This catering company is led by Head Chef Martino, who has many years of experience in the restaurant industry. He and his staff deliver beautifully-crafted meals served with style to accompany your elegant and special day. A locally and family-owned operation, Martino’s Catering has earned a reputation for professionalism throughout Southern California. Since opening his business in 2010, Martino has been committed to building strong relationships with his clients. He will work with you to create a meal that speaks to your tastes for this all-important life milestone. Martino’s Catering offers a large menu that you can customize to your preferences. The Chef Created Packages include Italian offerings of lasagna, chicken caponata, and saffron risotto. BBQ, Americana, Greek, and Hawaiian cuisines are also available and include tri-tip grilled over mesquite, roast pork loin, rosemary, and garlic lamb, and Kahlua pork. This caterer also offers an extensive selection of hors d’oeuvres, pasta dishes, Mexican favorites, and desserts. Besides your meal, they provide servers and bartenders, silverware and dishware, and tables and chairs, ensuring that dinner is as convenient as it is delicious.

The service at our wedding was on point and very professional. All of Martino’s staff were always in the right place at the right time and knew exactly how to take care of us and our guests. Odalys was so great to work with during the planning and tasting process, making sure we knew all of the menu options and ensuring our wedding had everything it needed.

nly that, their service is impeccable! They go above & beyond to make sure their clients are happy! Vanessa talked with me every step of the way and didn't even get annoyed when I changed our selections so many times haha sorry for that! Our tasting was just the beginning and once we had their melt in your mouth steak there was no going back! They are so accommodating and helpful, it made our wedding day a breeze! We even mentioned that two of our guests have severe nut allergies and they ensured to use safe serving/cooking practices to avoid any trips to the ER. Neither of them had any issues so that was a major success! The servers helped move the ceremony chairs into the reception area which may not seem like much but that was a big deal to me because my coworker recently got married and she had to make her family and friends attending the wedding move their tables and chairs. I surely didn't want that. I wanted all of our guests to relax and have a good time! Their staff also set up everything so beautifully, I couldn't have asked for more! Martino even personally came up to my husband and I during our wedding to ask if everything was ok. Surely, everything was PERFECT!!! They truly care and all their efforts show it!
