st because they’re local and she’s known the family for a while. My husband and I were SO IMPRESSED with the flower arrangements that arrived at my parents’ house the morning of our wedding. Not only did Kristen and Marilyn create gorgeous arrangements, but they took my vision and created one that was even better than I had imagined. I had asked for a flower crown to wear and the one they created never looked like it had a wilted flower on it at any point during the day, and I kept it on for well over 8 hours (I was so in love with it and didn’t want to take it off!). Kristen was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. At the time of delivery, we were unsure of the location of our ceremony on my parents’ property due to the weather. Martinsville Florist left everything we would need to have our floral arch under my parents’ porch (which is what we chose to do) or move the arch to the front lawn. They also came back and retrieved the arch a few days later after the wedding. The floral arrangements lasted over a week once the ceremony was over. Marilyn and Kristen designed gorgeous bouquets for both my maid of honor and me. They added so much color to our day and made it truly feel special! I highly recommend them for all your floral needs!

Corrina was so accommodating to meeting around my travel schedule and was also extremely helpful in customizing the florals so that we could stay within our budget. She suggested changes to different types of flowers and greenery to minimize cost, and did so without any hesitation or judgement. She was such a pleasure to work with and we were so thrilled with the end result. We’d highly, highly recommend Martinsville Florist!!

wers as decorations, I just wanted bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. We didn't end up coming to the florist until 2 weeks before the wedding... we tried some other places, and everywhere else gave me very annoying and judgy "you're getting married in 2 weeks and you don't have your flowers yet?!" but not at Martinsville Florist! Carina was so helpful in helping me pick out the perfect bouquet. My wedding was a Sunday which is a day they are closed, but she arranged for someone to meet my husband at the shop on the morning of our wedding, to pick up my bouquet. We ended up not getting my bridesmaids bouquets there, since a 3-rose bouquet seemed too expensive for what it was... but my bouquet was 8 roses (which was plenty) and very reasonably priced, especially when compared to many other florists in the area. Overall would definitely recommend this place. The flowers themselves were STUNNING too. It's been 12 days since our wedding and the bouquet actually still looks lovely and is on our kitchen table. The quality of service was just great here too.

planning process Dana made sure to stay within a budget I was comfortable with and would give me different options on different pay levels to help me spend the budget the way I thought was most important to me. On the day of, everything was delivered and on time. The flowers lasted and looked amazing. If you are looking for a florist in central Jersey don't look any further. By far one of my favorite vendors for the wedding!

centerpieces that I wanted for my reception but I wanted coral color flowers. Corrina took the time to search for the exact color I wanted and the centerpieces cam out amazing! Everyone kept complimenting them all night. For the ceremony she did beautiful bows for the church as well as a large alter piece that had colors that matched my bouquet. Corrina was wonderful!

I showed her some pictures of bouquets and centerpieces that I liked and she worked within my budget to give me exactly what I envisioned. You can also tell that Dana loves what she does--she is very passionate about her work and helping the customer get what they envision. The colors of my flowers were so beautiful and seeing my bouquets for the first time made me cry. My centerpieces, which were lanterns surrounded by flowers, were exquisite-my guests were arguing over who would be taking them home. Don't hesitate to use the Martinsville Florist--they do excellent work!!!

owers in the Church looked great, natural and a great recommendation to use plants as fillers in front of the altar. The center pieces at the reception were very colorful, noticeable and filled the space very nicely. The centerpieces were still alive when we returned from our honeymoon! I also appreciated that they were willing to use peonies in the bride's bouquet, many of places just told me know, but they did and they lasted the whole day!
