Marty Miz Events is owner-operated by me, Marty Miserandino, also known as DJ Marty Miz. I personally DJ and MC every wedding I book. I'm based on the North Shore and serve Greater Boston, Cape Ann and surrounding areas.
For me, it starts with understanding what's most important to you. Then we talk about what's possible and figure out what will make your wedding feel like you. Throughout the day, I'm reading the room, checking in and looking for opportunities to make the experience even better than you expected.
I've been doing this for more than 20 years, but that doesn't mean I'm doing what I did 20 years ago. I stay current with today's music, millennial throwbacks and creative mixes. I'm professional, fun and never cheesy, and I know when to bring the energy and when to let the moment happen.
The music matters, but your experience always comes first.

He also has a real gift for working a room. Every announcement felt natural, and he knew exactly how to get everyone’s attention and keep things moving without making it feel forced.
And the dance floor was PACKED the entire night. That’s probably the best review we could give. We wanted a wedding where people actually got up and danced, and he absolutely delivered. We had the best time, and he was a massive part of that. We’d hire him again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend him highly enough.
