Marvelous Entertainment

e to start about Sean aka DJ Marvelous & Marvelous Entertainment. Even though the DJ was the most important vendor to us, my wife and I were late in our wedding process and still hadn't found one. We were probably lucky because our wedding fell on Easter weekend and, even just a couple months out, we had several DJ options to choose from. All of our candidates had great offerings and knew their stuff. Their introductory calls were all really solid, which made our decision very difficult. Sean's calm and confident demeanor sold us. His relaxed but engaged energy was exactly what we needed as we navigated the hectic waters of wedding planning. Any question we asked was met with, "this is your day, you tell me what you want and we'll work on making it happen". We did not give Sean an easy job. My wife and I planned our wedding ourselves, found our DJ late, and had unofficial day-of coordinators that were simply family and friends helping out. Sean handled it all with grace and class, and when it came time to spin, he was as good as we had hoped. My wife and I didn't get any time at our cocktail hour, but the few songs I caught while within earshot were all from the detailed playlist we had made Sean, all executed so well. When it came time for dancing, my wife and I were still making our rounds in chatting with and thanking our guests. I longingly looked over to the dance floor many times; it was full of energy and excitement, and I knew I had picked the right guy for the job. He played what we had outlined and had a great feel for what to mix in when as well as what other songs would compliment the vibe. He was *excellent* on the mic, one characteristic I was worried about for any DJ we would have picked. Sadly, after making our rounds, my wife and I only got about an hour on the dance floor, but Sean made those moments fun and special. We wish that time could have gone on for a few more hours...at least. Sean gave us peace and confidence, worked with us to close last minute loops, and displayed a veteran presence on the tables. Our guests, especially those with good musical taste like ourselves, raved about the music at our wedding. If that is your end goal, we would highly, highly recommend Marvelous Entertainment's services. Just try and give Sean a bit more time and structure than we did, he deserves it! Thank you Sean!
