She was such a pleasure to work with and we are so grateful for the advice she shared with us as well as the patience she had for us in our indecisiveness and seeming inability to meet deadlines. She was always happy to give feedback on and accommodate my goofier song ideas where I was able to fit them in. She is a true professional and we were really at ease knowing that she had everything handled alongside our day-of coordinator with regard to keeping the event on schedule, announcing us at the right time, corralling guests and pulling them aside when they needed to be gathered for photos, etc. The evening went without any issues whatsoever - even with a rain shower that almost threw our schedule off - and all the minute-by-minute items on our day-of schedule were nailed to a tee. She had a huge hand in the fact that we were able to actually be present and enjoy our own wedding day as opposed to running around like maniacs checking things off of a to-do list or wondering where we were supposed to be at any given time. She does a really great job with song selection too and played all the music I gave her as well as some of her own picks which was really helpful in the situations that I struggled to come up with ideas of my own. She is very thorough (but not tediously so) in the way she tries to get to know your music tastes and we never for a minute worried about what song was going to be playing next. She has a great talent for reading the room and playing the right tracks at the right time. As I told her after our wedding was wrapped up, if I had to go back and plan everything over again I would have picked her again ten times out of ten. Do yourself a favor and book her if she is available for your event!

Overall, Mary Ann brought a lot of fun and energy on our wedding day. She had me dancing all night! She was an absolute joy to work with.

She is very detail-oriented and made us feel extremely comfortable about the timing of our grand entrance, first dance, mother-son, father-daughter dances, etc. We sent her a spotify playlist of songs we liked for dinner and the reception, and she had us select the absolute 15 favorites that we wanted played. But then she was able to interweave most of our requested songs throughout the night. She was very communicative with us on the big day - getting thoughts on how we were liking the music, volume, etc. and was open to all suggestions. She does not use fog machines, crazy lights, effects, doesn't yell into the mic to get people to dance, etc. She lets her craft speak for itself. She is truly gifted and such a genuine person - and a big reason of why we had such a BLAST during our reception. We are dancey people and I think we only left the dance floor once that night :) Thanks Mary Ann!

It wasn't the same type of group, but Mary Ann did a great job catering to each wedding based on the vibe and the couple's requests. I will always recommend Mary Ann to be your DJ. Just message her now, you will not be disappointed!

n we finally got to meet in person closer to the wedding date to go over details, I couldn’t believe the instant connection she and my now husband made over music! They were on the same exact wavelength and she knew exactly what vibes we wanted. She was fantastic on the day of, and was a subtle yet effective MC. The dance floor was packed the whole night! I really liked that she came up to ask us if we wanted her to play a requested song, because she knew it wasn’t something we wanted played but it had been asked for a few times. She was able to control the situation with no issues. I would recommend her any day!

Everything flowed beautifully. Her communication through both the planning and the event itself was a perfect amount to keep us up to date without over doing it. Mary Ann also did a fantastic job MCing the evening. Keeping track of our bridal party was not the easiest job, and she did it well. Both Erika and I can confidently recommend Mary Ann for any event and can’t imagine our wedding without her!
