Everyone wants happy tears when looking back at their wedding pictures, but that isn’t the case for us. Ours only brings sadness and disappointment by the quality alone. I can not figure out how we are to blame for such awful pictures that we paid thousands for. How could a photographer self sabotage herself and her company by sending such low quality photos to a customer? She claims we are to blame for her terrible pictures, which makes no sense because we weren’t the ones behind the camera or editing…Mary Kate is obviously capable of taking good pictures, but PLEASE choose someone else with better customer service for your special day. Customer service is just as important as the picture quality itself! If you are dissatisfied with any of her work and express this to her (like any normal person would), you will be immediately blocked and will need to seek legal help. We have already been contacted by multiple couples that used Mary Kate with similar stories to ours. Their reviews are to come. I don’t have much more to say other than our wedding experience, when it comes to a photographer, was quite possibly every bride and grooms worst nightmare. My wife hit most of the problems we had with Mary Kate in the previous review, but what she didn’t express was the amount of tears that were shed on the day we got these pictures back…This blurry picture was actually considered acceptable and is now what we have to remember our wedding day by for the rest of our lives…Not sure why we were treated differently. I’m honestly trying to figure out why the focus is on the back of peoples heads and not us?? I will let the picture do the rest of the talking.

Mary Kate is amazing! She worked with us through so many changes due to covid, and I couldn't be more impressed with how flexible and accommodating she was through it all! I absolutely LOVE how our pictures turn out. Every single one is so dreamy and perfect!! Mary Kate has such a bright and bubbly personality and really helps you feel comfortable while being photographed. She also uses such great cues to bring out your best smile and capture the cutest moments. I can't recommend Mary Kate enough!!

Mary Kate did an engagement session for us in Brooklyn, NY. When we first met her, it was like meeting an old friend. She was so sweet and down to earth. Her cheery demeanor makes you feel instantly at ease. I had told her we had taken an engagement session before but we felt really stiff. Our experience with Mary Kate was completely different and I really believe it’s because she knows the perfect combination of giving you direction, but also letting you be you. I could hardly wait for the photos, and they were better than I could’ve dreamed. I got them printed that day to hang on my wall! The artistry and aesthetic Mary Kate brings to photography is truly second to none. She is exceptionally talented and I would recommend her to anyone I know. I only wish we found her sooner so we could’ve hired her for our wedding.
