Mary Maisey-Ireland

ul, breathtaking way!! We very Highly recommend Mary!!

ul with getting our ceremony the way we wanted it to be.

ent considerable time with us as the date neared, making sure we were both happy and comfortable with how the ceremony would go, down to the last detail. She made helpful suggestions along the way, but always with the goal of making sure this was the ceremony that WE wanted. By the time we got to the wedding, it was such a relief to feel calm and confident that the flow of our ceremony had been so thoughtfully cared for and arranged. There are truly no words to describe how special it was to have her next to us that afternoon, as we stood in front of friends and family, embarking on our biggest adventure yet as husband and wife. To our guests that didn’t know her as anything but "the officiant", I think they were surprised to experience what an special connection she had with us both, and I can’t tell you how many people came up to me after the wedding and commented on how incredible the officiating was. Five stars for Mary Maisey-Ireland, from here to the moon... and back!

utiful and we received so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was!

perfect ceremony for us that was unique and personal. She worked seamlessly with our photographer and videographer to make sure we captured all our special moments. She even went above and beyond by meeting up with us on a specific date to officially sign the paper. We appreciate her so much for making our wedding day very memorable and exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!

e hired her, but our experience with her went far beyond a few emails and Google docs. Her communication is timely and professional, and her kindness shone through in her check-ins. She was one of the few people that truly asked us how we wanted our wedding day to feel, not just what we wanted to happen. We had a private elopement with only parents, grandparents, and siblings on Friday, and a full wedding day with extended family and friends on Saturday. We handed her a tall order: two different ceremonies for two different experiences, and some pretty significant family tension due to divorce and remarriage. Mary not only created two beautifully bespoke and thoughtfully arranged ceremonies for us, but braved an out-of-nowhere freezing rainstorm on Friday and some venue miscommunication chaos on Saturday. She handled my un-amicably divorced parents with graceful and diplomatic compassion, and helped me find a way to honor both of them with specific roles and acknowledgements. We can genuinely say our wedding day(s) would not have been the same without Mary's guidance and presence. She blended into our families perfectly, and gave us ceremonies more beautiful and heartfelt than we could have dreamed. When you're swamped in To-Dos and overwhelmed by vendor lists, "officiant" may feel like just another space you have to fill to get married. I can promise you Mary is not just an officiant, but an ally for your marriage, and a friendly face you feel relieved to see in the chaos.

ct ceremony in one of our favorite places among nature with our closest family and friends. Each detail reflected our unique love story and personalities, highlighting our passions, values and beliefs. Having our dog carry our rings and get loving hugs and kisses during a ring warming before our exchange and then stamp his paw on our certificate was priceless. After the ceremony, our guests raved about the special touches and all the details considered in our readings, vows and unity ceremony. Mary’s experience shines through in the different ideas she presents and her support in navigating the most important part of our wedding day. Our ceremony could not have happened without her. Mother nature may have presented some challenges but it was all so beautiful, and we would not change a thing!

, my 2 littles, and I and anyone willing to travel there to see it). Mary made recommendations for everything from the venue(a beautiful outdoor remote overlook that suited our style), photographer, hair stylist, dinner, and much more. Her suggestions were spot on. She officiated the wedding softly and confidently. She lent a helping hand before, during, and after the ceremony with so many fine details. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Her presents was calming and she just made the whole process easy.

he whole process. She performed a beautiful ceremony. Would definitely recommend!

two made everything so smooth and easy. I’m sure planning a ceremony can be overwhelming, but we never felt that way when working with Mary. As far as rehearsal and ceremony go, Caitlyn knocked it out of the park. At our rehearsal, she was able to kindly and firmly wrangle our wedding party and established boundaries to help make our day as stress-free as possible. She was so patient with us when we got excited during the ceremony and just wanted to have our first kiss, too! We had so many guests tell us that our ceremony was perfectly fit for us, and I give all the props to Mary & Caitlyn for that.

fields and our relationship has always been outdoorsy and adventurous. Mary gave us so many great options for the ceremony and was patient with us as we worked through figuring out what we wanted. Caitlyn officiated for us on the wedding day and was flexible with a last minute location change due to weather. And she stuck it out with us, unwavering despite the cold and wind! We could not have been happier with how it all came together. It was perfectly “us”! Thank you Mary and Caitlyn!

verything ready in time and get the details perfected. I am so glad that we chose Mary to be a part of our day!

&B whom we have know for years so we put our trust in that. From the very beginning, Mary was wonderful. She took care of everything from helping us with the perfect location, to accommodating our travel schedule, and learning about our journey to craft a very private and personal ceremony exclusively for us. It was a private ceremony for just the two of us, but Mary treated us like a group of 200. She was amazing. We were high school sweethearts separated by 35 years of life so finding each other after all that we had been through, was deeply personal and emotional for us. Mary was incredibly sensitive to our situation and the ceremony that she put together for us was so heartfelt and touching that you would have thought she had known us our whole lives. It was hard to keep the tears at bay. We could not have asked for more and everything was better than we imagined. We highly recommend Mary and know that anyone who trusts their special day to her will be incredibly pleased with the results. She truly is one of a kind. Tracy and Trey Reese

more than happy to provide any input, if needed, to help create the perfect ceremony. We would recommend Mary to anyone!

ng! Thank you Mary!

the smallest detail and made our wedding very special in one of the most beautiful places we have seen. We recommend her a 100%

he picked up on who we were as individuals and as a couple and interlaced our vows into the message. She made the ceremony about us and our family, which is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Mary and were grateful to have her be part of our wedding!!

the details I was afraid someone else would miss, Mary had already taken care of for us. Our friends and family were very impressed with our ceremony as well.

o planning the ceremony, to the ceremony weekend- Mary made the process seamless, easy, and most importantly intimately perfect. She has a very quick turn around time when it comes to answering questions, and believe me when I say I asked her a lot of questions. She went ABOVE and beyond. We had a destination wedding with iffy weather and when I needed her most for rehearsal reasons, she was immediately there. On our wedding day Mary knows how to properly center a bride and groom so that all you need to focus on is your future spouse. She is fantastic at giving cues so you never feel lost and makes ceremonies effortlessly seamless! If I could rate her 100 stars I would! Don’t sleep on hiring Mary! She is definitely a 10/10

wedding, but we were able to meet with her in-person to discuss everything (if we hadn't she would've done Zoom, very flexible!). Once she had met with us, she gave us so many ideas for how to personalize our ceremony, and we were even able to pick and choose pieces or find our own ideas, too. She listened to us and was patient as we worked through the planning stages. So many of our family and friends made comments to us about how awesome our wedding was, and how it was the best they had been to. We would highly recommend Mary for your wedding officiant! You will not regret it!!!

her. My husband and I struggled when deciding church or no church for the ceremony and Mary took that into account. She sent so many options for different types of ceremonies with different feels and levels of religious comfort. We also knew we wanted to involve my husband’s college priest in the ceremony and Mary made sure to do that. It was an absolutely amazing process. The day of, her words and love for us and for our loved ones there was palpable by all. So many of our guests said they had never been to a wedding ceremony like ours and were teary the whole time. We can only attribute that level of emotional detail to Mary’s unwavering guidance. Would absolute recommend to all!

y her all. She can make it feel like you are the only two people on the planet; she crafted this moment just for you. Sit back and enjoy the magic.

so easy to customize our ceremony so it felt just right for us. She helped with every detail from the unity ceremony to readings. Her remarks during the ceremony were well said and reflected our relationship perfectly. We had so many compliments on how beautiful our ceremony was and how great of a job Mary did. She is also a great resource for other vendor recommendations and comes well respected from others in the area. If you get the chance to have Mary as part of your special day, hire her. You won’t regret it!!

ghout the planning process. Every moment of the ceremony was perfect and magical. Caitlyn performed an exceptional ceremony; one we will never forget. We received an abundant of compliments from our guests on how personal, heartwarming and special Caitlyn and the service was. Again, thank you so much for your assistance. Tina and Curtis

y personal and intimate ceremony for us and Caitlyn stepped in when Mary had a family emergency. The whole process was very intimate and more then we could have ever asked for. It was absolutely perfect!

ent ceremony and coming all the way from Illinois, I had nothing but confidence in her the entire time. Highly recommend her!

that. She customized the ceremony completely for us. It felt so genuine, honest and true to who we are as individuals and a couple. She is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone looking for an efficient.

y knew that we wanted her to officiate our wedding. She eased so much stress regarding the ceremony because we had no clue where to start. We wanted to tie some religious aspects into the ceremony but did not want a full on Catholic wedding, and Mary knew exactly what to do. After the first meeting Mary shared an extensive document with us that included several options for each part of the ceremony so we could handcraft what we wanted. It worked perfectly! One of our favorite parts was brainstorming unique unity ceremony ideas with Mary. She had tons of ideas up her sleeve. We had plenty of time to chat back and forth before the wedding day, and Mary would check in every once in awhile. Mary even helped us find a venue (and provides recommendations for other vendors as well). The day of the wedding was snowy and very cold. Mary arrived early, and the ceremony was carried out perfectly. Mary, thanks for helping make our day one we will cherish forever! -Madilyn and Austin

g officiant. She married my husband and I for our elopement that, in the planning stages, was a little rocky with regard to the venue. Mary was very helpful and dedicated to helping us problem-solve. At the moment of truth, Mary delivered. She was on time, was dressed professionally, and had the pages of our wedding ceremony inside of a very nice book with our ceremony printed out and inserted into document protectors. She took the time to help us with a second witness and took the time to help us write the perfect ceremony that was so very special and unique to our own story. It was so beautiful and so special. We are so appreciative of her services. If you are looking for an officiant in the Black Hills, Mary will not disappoint! Thank you, dear Mary, for making our special day one that we will never forget!! Susan and Jerad Groon

more than a courthouse ,we found Mary Maisey Ireland- how serendipitous! Communicating with Mary via email was effortless, accommodating and personalized. Our only requests were to have a simple sweet, and unique service hopefully outside in nature on St. Patrick’s Day (being a bit o’Irish). That’s about all the personal information we gave aside from selecting our vows. Then Mary really knocked it out of the park when she surprised us by opening our ceremony with a reading of Celtic Gaelic origin that was not only beautiful but so surprisingly an example of us and our relationship, producing tears of joy. -Add Intuitive to the list of Mary’a many talents! She has graciously provided the ceremonial prose for us and we look forward to framing it along side our wedding photos. Mary gave us everything we asked for and oh so much more. Thank you Ms. Mary for truly making our simple wedding so very special , stress free and Fun❣️ Ann &Sean

mony is exactly what you want, but she executes it in a way to make you feel it is just you, your partner and Mary. I could not recommend Mary more! She is the real deal!

hrough our photographer and some friends of my mother. She had a phone call with us to introduce herself and made sure she always pronounced my name correctly! We were able to meet up with her for coffee during our wedding planning process when we were in the Rapid area about a year prior to our wedding. She made planning our ceremony seamless with her large document of ideas and was so open to any additional ideas and touches that we had. We received endless compliments on our ceremony and how unique it was and personalized for us. We had a few helicopers fly over during the ceremony and Mary handled the situation seamlessly. She was worth every penny and we would recommend her to anyone getting married in the Black Hills!

pointments, listened closely to our story, and told our story in a way that shined through our ceremony. She was also very versatile and flexible when we had to change our wedding ceremony location shortly before the wedding due to the rain. She made everything leading up to the ceremony very comfortable. Highly recommend!

eople as we scrambled for our plan B. We were so incredibly thankful for her help on such short notice. But on top of that, she did an absolutely amazing job at helping us craft our own unique ceremony and she conducted it so, so beautifully. She had such a calming presence at the altar that really put us at ease during such a significant moment in our lives. It felt casual yet professional and meaningful and momentous all at once. We received many compliments from our friends and family on our ceremony and our officiant in particular. Mary is absolutely top notch and I will forever recommend her to anyone that asks! Thank you Mary for being such a critical and beautiful part of our special day!!

l and intimate, so much better than standard cookie-cutter vows.

ormed was beautiful and caring. I highly recommend Mary.

il was perfect down to the tone of voice. Our ceremony was in the middle of a blizzard outdoors and Caitlyn did outstanding at keeping the perfect pace and timing for our ceremony it never felt rushed. We received so many compliments about our ceremony and Officiant. If we had to do it again they would be on the top of the list to have again!

easy to work with. She helped us plan a beautiful ceremony over just a few emails. She was open to any suggestions we had and wanted to get personal details about us and our relationship. On the day of the wedding she was professional and yet seemed as though she had known us for a long time. Our guests commented that the ceremony was so beautifully put together and delivered. They could not believe it was done with a few emails over just 3 weeks. I would absolutely recommend her!

ficiated our ceremony- she was so professional and a wonderful speaker! The entire ceremony flowed together so beautifully because of these wonderful two ladies! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much, Mary and Caitlyn!!
