Dissatisified and unimpressed I ordered all of my bridesmaids dress (for a very large wedding party) from Mary Me. I was given a date that all the dress had to be paid for by then two weeks before the deadline got a call that if they were not paid for ordered immediately that day they would not make it for my wedding. So I scrambled and had all of my many bridesmaids pay for their dresses immediately. Called them back and asked the sales associate to order the dresses that day. They did not order them and I received a call the next week that I had to pay a rush charge on each dress because of I did not they would not be at my wedding. I understand some things are out of their control and they were polite on the phone but I did not feel that they communicated well with me at all. A fee of upwards of $200 could have been avoided.

I used Mary Me Bridal for all our bridesmaid dresses, tuxedo's, & the flower girls dress & the customer service we received while choosing everything was phenomenal! We worked with Katie & she went above and beyond helping us pick out everything & find the perfect attire for our wedding party! I would highly recommend Mary Me Bridal to any newly engaged couple! They made everything super easy, and took all of the stress out of dress/tuxedo shopping!

We had our first bridal appointment of the day for my sister(they even gave us coffee!!) at this shop and they created the standard!!! We were acknowledged almost immediately and escorted to our area. There were not as many gowns as what I thought there were going to be but there was still a really beautiful and budget friendly selection at this shop. Eleanor helped us and did give my sister the personal privacy & patience she needed throughout her whole appointment. They also have a nice selection on Jewelry(super budget friendly) -- My sister ended up buying her Wedding Gown at this store --not only did she love the dress the customer service was much better compared to another shop in the local area. If you are looking in Minot... check this shop out first you will not be disappointed! ** I will add -- this is an out of town wedding.. the service didn't lack because of that.

All of the ladies at Mary Me were fantastic to work with and they have a great selection of dresses. Despite trying on everywhere in Bismarck and Fargo, I was pleasantly surprised to find my dress in Minot. Mary me takes walk-ins and appointments and are gracious to all!
