we are the area’s premiere indoor/outdoor waterfront venue for weddings, receptions, banquets, and
private events. Additionally, our spacious 8-acre property provides waterfront views
from all angles. You and your guests will feel like you have entered a private island.
With only a 20-to-45-minute drive, our property is conveniently located for you and
your guests within the Baltimore Maryland and Washington D.C. area.

Venue Rental Rates:
o Weekday (Monday-Thursday): $1,500.00
o Friday & Saturday: $4,000.00
o Sunday: $3,000.00
o MYC Member: 50% Member Discount
Included with venue rental:
o Use of the MYC campus for a 7-hour rental period
between the hours of 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
o Use of outdoor waterfront gazebo
o Use of dock and piers for photo

not one thing was overlooked. Every detail was perfect and Carole was amazing to work with. Carole and her staff made our wedding day magical and memorable and I truly thank them for all their hard work!
I sincerely recommend this venue for all brides and grooms to be who are planning their wedding. If you want a romantic venue, with beautifully painted skies, and gorgeous views, this is the place!
Carole was fabulous in attending to all of our needs at the yacht club. She was very easy to get a hold of and she was ALWAYS upbeat and friendly. She was so wonderful and pleasant...
to work with. Everything was set up beautifully an exactly how I requested it! Loved it. My only two complaints were this: The AC was broken during my wedding and it was HOT HOT HOT. Everyone was SWEATING and it just didn't seem like a whole lot was being done to rectify the problem. And then at 1030 when the reception was over, the workers were literally brushing everything off of the tables into trash cans. EVERYTHING. I like didnt even get a minute to think about if I wanted to keep somethings off the tables... nope all in the trash. And, they obviously didn't look at what was on the table because I was missing a card or two from people and when I asked they said 'oops left the envelope on the table' so I am sure it got swiped right into the trash!!
