My wedding was last year. The day of the wedding the photographer lady was 2 hours late. I don't have any pictures of my dress hanging or of me and my bridesmaids getting ready. She did not call to say she was running late and got there and acted like nothing was wrong. When we took pictures she stated that she could not get to the reception hall before my husband and I because she had to go put gas in her car.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??! So needless to say we don't have any pictures of our entrance to the reception hall. Then the photographer lady decides to finally show up at the reception hall and gets in line to get food! This is NOT professional. They were never on time with anything! I couldn't believe how unprofessional these people are. The lady photographer is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I attempted to talk to the owner of the company but kept playing phone tag. Please take it from me if you want to enjoy getting your pictures taken PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! (I do have to say that the owner of the company (the guy) is a lot more respectful and takes really good pictures) but none of that matters when you have crappy customer service and the turnaround time to get your pictures is ridiculous. AND it is not cheap so with as much money as you pay you shouldn't have to deal with an unprofessional company.

Mascorro did my engagement and wedding photos. Both came out gorgeous and I loved seeing the in-the-moment pictures I didnt even realize were being shot. The staff was friendly and i received my photos when promised.
