I'm sort of a non-traditional bride. I didn't want a big diamond engagement ring, I wanted to have more of a unique wedding ring without any big rocks sticking up. I had a fairly specific style in mind, where the ring is basically just filigree going all the way around. I went to probably 10 different jewelry stores before I found what I wanted at Masseys. Jane, our sales rep, was very helpful and didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. She ended up throwing in my husband's ring ($300, also a unique band with an infinite celtic design) for free, since we bought my ring (for $1500) that day. My only issue with them was that it took 3 weeks to get my husband's ring in, and then it was the wrong size because they hadn't measured properly, so we had to send it back and wait 3 more weeks for a new one. Other than this issue, they were great to work with.
