Mat was the photographer for my July wedding. I can't even begin to share with all brides out there how Mat made my wedding day special. Mat went above and beyond truly making it the most amazing day. Leading up to the wedding we met up and talked about my/our vision for the wedding and the type of photos that we wanted. Mat was at our suite early taking pictures of all the the moments you don't want to miss when you are getting married. Mat listened and made happen all of my wishes for our wedding! If you still need a photographer for your wedding, you need Mat & Ash Photography! From the beginning, Mat was so accommodating to my needs and requests. He took time out of his day to meet me and discuss what exactly I wanted to have in my package. Mat made sure that I would have everything I wanted in the price range I wanted to stay in. He brought so much energy and humor into the photo sessions. We couldn't help but laugh and smile when he was around :) He was quick to respond to any questions I had before the wedding, came early on the wedding day to get a feel of the venue, and was very prompt with sending us our wedding photo gallery. When I got the pictures, I was just speechless. His and his partner's talent was evident with every photo. All of the pictures just took my breath away, and I was amazed at how well they captured my wedding. The traditional family photos were stunning and the candid pictures added an awesome perspective to the wedding. I had the pleasure of working with Mat and Ashley on my wedding day. They flew to Wisconsin from Maine and gave me a big discount on their destination wedding package price because it was just a little bit out of my budget. They communicated very well with me and promptly answered any emails or calls. They gave me lots of advice on how much time to budget for pictures and perfectly captured the look I wanted to convey. On the day of they were professional but also very laid back and fun. They will make you feel at ease if you are nervous and will help you with anything they can. They were with me all day and traveled around the city to hit all the spots that I wanted to take pictures. They were so friendly to our guests and actually made a lot of friends. We had so much fun with them that we asked them to stay for the rest of the reception after they were done shooting! The quality of their work is stunning. I believe they gave me 700 edited pictures back and every single one was gorgeous. They have true talent and a beautiful eye for details. They are a young team but their picture quality and advice makes it seem like they have been in the wedding business for years. A year later I continue to get compliments on how amazing the pictures turned out and have referred so many friends & family to them. It was an honor to work with two kind and good hearted people that truly love what they do.

We found Mat & Ash right here on The Knot and couldn't be happier with our wedding photos!! My husband and I are both in the design industry so it was important to us to have a mondern, fresh take on wedding photography. Mat & Ash came through! Not only did they negotiate a great rate with us, but they really put the extra effort to make our wedding amazing. Mat came with his assistant and they showed up at least a half hour early just to make sure they were prompt - it was much appreciated! Mat got right to work with me and had a great precense and knew exactly what he was doing (he is also super friendly and easy to be around). Once we got to the wedding site, he made sure to capture every moment we wanted but they managed to stay out of the way and weren't pushy at all. I realized how important that is after the fact. Mat and his assistant also stayed a little longer on our wedding day to make sure they got all the shots they need to make sure our wedding day was captured perfectly. I really felt as though they were there for me and cared about me as the customer. About a week and a half after the wedding they were kind enough to put us up on their blog so we could get a taste of what the photos look like and we were blown away with how beautiful they are! They do such an amazing job capturing the feel of the day in a still image. It was also quite impressive that we were able to see some of our pictures that soon after. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend and couldn't be happier with the images my husband and I will have for the rest of our lives :)

Mat & Ash are the PERFECT wedding photographers. I absolutely love my wedding (and engagement) photos, they came out so beautiful. Beyond the amazing pictures Mat and Ashley are so fun to work with, keeping everything so stress free and relaxed. I will promote their business to anyone I know looking for a photographer(s) int he future and I know once we start a family they will be our go-to photographers for all family photos. Mat & Ash photographed our engagement and wedding photos. They are talented, creative, and fun to work with. We felt comfortable working with them and are happy with all of our photos! We would and have reccomended them to friends and family in need of a photographer.

Mat and Ash came to our house for a meeting to talk about their services. We were already in love with their work from their website, and instantly upon their arrival we fell in love with them. They bring energy, creativity, and fun to everything they do! I was incredibly nervous about posing for pictures, something I had never done. They encouraged us to do the engagement shoot for exactly that reason, to get comfortable with them and the process. It turned out to be an invaluable experience! They put us at ease, made us laugh, and got great pictures from what could have been an awkward shoot of two novice, nervous people. The engagement shoot provided time to get to know them and for them to understand us, our likes and dislikes, our goofy tendancies, and even a window to our relationship...all things that contributed to an amazing wedding day shoot! We were thrilled with them on the wedding day, amazing patience, again- creativity, and the stamina and attitude to keep up with an energetic, all-over-the-place bunch! Our guests loved them as they provided a perfect balance of behind the scenes and interraction. The photos came out BEAUTIFUL. We could not be happier! Two other couples who attended our wedding have already booked them and used them for their engagement shoots and nuptuals as well! Now that we are expecting a new addition to our family, I plan to call them for a family/baby shoot this winter! They communicate well, they are very well priced, and they listen...which is key for any bride/couple!

I must first say, I knew I had to have Mat and Ash as our wedding phtographers the second I saw their website. I loved their creative eye for capturing shots that aren't your typical wedding photo. This was again confirmed when we had them shoot our engagement photo session at Shaker village in NH. They actually suggested the site where they used all of natures elements and the beautiful historic grounds to take breath taking photos of my husband and I. Not only are Mat and Ash very talented as photographers, but they are great people to be around. They are fun and energetic and my wedding party as well as guests all commented on how great they were. Our wedding pictures came out absolutely amazing and they are everthing we ever dreamed they would be and we have Mat and Ash to thank for providing us with this great portfolio of memories :) We highly recommend!

Matt and Ash are not only extremely talented they are so sweet and really make you feel comfortable and at easy.
