He was so knowledgeable and upfront with each guest. What an incredible business Matt has made for himself and I can’t recommend him to enough people. If you know you enjoy a cigar at a wedding, a golf tournament, etc., this is a MUST HAVE!!

After a chance request from a family member to pick up some cigars for a wedding, he realized there was a missing piece of the wedding puzzle that needed to be filled. With the calendar filling up week after week, both novice smokers and seasoned aficionados are going to get the first-class experience of premium cigar smoking at a beautiful venue near you!

well advised in cigars, but will occasionally smoke them based on the occasion, Matt was full of knowledge in assisting us with making the most of our experience! The biggest thing that made this process unique was getting to sit down with Matt and him actually taking the time to get to know us individually and as a couple in order to pick the most accurate cigars for our wedding! It was more than just having someone pick a couple types of cigars and show up! Matt took the time to inform us of how the cigars were made and excuse my French but eliminated a lot of the BS that inexperienced people might experience when selecting cigars/a company to take on this task!
Fast forward to the day of our wedding, Match Sticks Was an absolute hit!! Whether it be people similar to myself and my husband, who just socially smokes cigars or some of our guests who I may consider cigar connoisseurs, Matt Had something to bring to the table for everyone! Matt doesn't just bring cigars to a wedding, he turns it into a professional and unique experience catered to the wedding theme and the wedding couple. Matt takes the time prior to the wedding to get to know you and asks you many questions about your hobbies, skills, interests, background etc and turns those answers into special cigars.
For example, for our wedding he brought Jeremy Piven cigars (because I work in film) and then cigars that were half the mexican flag and half the italian flag like my husband and myself.
My husband also got personalized cigars as individual gifts for his groomsman and they loved it.
Truly a unique and creative man and yes, the cigars were a HIT!

ersonable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered every question any of our guests had with a smile and had the information to back it up. He truly had a selection where there was something for everyone. His small details did not go unnoticed either. The custom cigar labels and match boxes that displayed my wife’s and my initials were an intimate touch.
Working with Matt leading up to the wedding was enjoyable and effortless. He truly wants to get to know each of his clients to properly represent them thru cigars at their wedding. His passion for the work he does comes thru as clear as can be!
I would definitely recommend anyone looking at the idea of cigars to use Match Sticks and we will definitely be using him again in the future!

Matt’s professional and knowledge was like no other! I never knew there was so much thought that went into cigars! h call at the beginning of booking so that he could get to know me/the family/the ultimate the nature of the party so he could better merchandise the cigar-buy for the event. He provided an array of cigars from super mild for the inexperienced, all the way to the "serious business" heady cigars for those who know what they're doing. He was available to coach anyone interested on selection, proper lighting, etc. should they need help. With Matt, even a curious non-cigar-smoker would enjoy learning about this art form. Each cigar choice he bought was a nod to something pertaining to the event, like champagne (it was NYE), anniversary (50th), Brazil (important to my family, lots of Brazilians in attendance), etc. He even made custom bands for the cigars, and then took care to mail leftover cigars to us after the event to enjoy at a later date. He brought his awesome wife to assist, and their enthusiasm for what they do was clear. I cannot recommend Matt enough, such an incredible touch for a special celebration.
