waiting for service. However, the air conditioning wasn't working in the limo- it was black and the day of our wedding the heat index was 105! He kept saying there was nothing he could do but, with 9 of us in the back, sweltering and attempting to still look good in photos, one would think the driver could have worked a bit harder to get a replacement limo.
After photos, we had a stop at the hotel for about an hour. The limo was switched out at that point but, then we only had about a 5 minute drive and of course it was a bit cooler.
The company did provide about a 75% refund for the air conditioning not working- which is the other reason for the 3 stars for service.

This turned out to be one of our sweetest memories of the night. Matchless Transportation was great to work with from the very beginining. First of all, they have beautifully restored cars! Secondly, they are very responsive and organized. The driver who picked us up was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. We expected to drive around town but as a bonus actually got a bit of a tour of our own town. He was charming and it was so quaint! The car was gorgeous!
