My husband and I got introduced to Matt, as he had done many weddings of our family, and friends and they were incredible. We finally met him during the first meeting and he asked everything there is to know about us, how we met, family, ect. We loved his energy and the way he explained the process. We had to postpone our wedding a year due to covid, and thank God he was able to do our date! Fast forward of constant communication, I was on the phone with him weeks before the day, and told him a few surprises I was going to do. First I told him I wanted to honor my fathers memory by singing to my mother during our father and daughter dance. He was so excited to hear that. I also told him about the audio guest book (Fete phone) and he wanted the audio ASAP as he already had an idea on how to use it. The excitement he had got me more excited! The day had come, Matt was beyond patience, calming, even helped me with my dress. He was like my best man lol during the entire event, we rarely noticed getting filmed, even our guests said the same. He was behind the scenes taking the most incredible shots! He had left us a voicemail on the audio guest book, so sweet! Now let me talk about the video process because the timing…. Omg! We got married 11/26/2021 We received the first teaser on 12/18/21 absolutely amazing, perfect Christmas gift to us! We literally cried! It looked like a movie! The music, the color, the clips EVERYTHING was perfect! Then we received our highlight on 12/29/21 just before the new year and on this one he incorporated the audio guest book! With our voicemail greeting at the beginning, then the entire highlight of our wedding, then you hear my husbands grandma and my mother at the end while I’m walking towards him during our first look. That made me cry. It was so precious and perfect! Now you must be thinking wow he’s fast! Oh let me tell you fast and efficient doesn’t even begin to describe it! We just received our full wedding video 1/2/2022!!!! Wow just wow!!! Matt you are seriously INCREDIBLE! You’re professional, you have a gift and your viewers can clearly see the love you put into your work through the lenses. You’re such a blessing, you’re not only our videographer, you’re now family! Matt is by far the BEST! My son's wedding was on Friday, November 26, 2021 and the date was structured around Matt's availability. HE IS A MUST HAVE! I am on pins and needles waiting for the trailer. I found him through my niece who used him and her video was the best I have ever seen. I strongly suggest you use him. Everything else is negotiable. He is not. There is no comparison. He will be at every family and friends wedding.

I hired Matt after seeing so many people I know work with him and say nothing but wonderful things about him. Matt, alongside our photographer, was the best investment I made for our wedding. I told him what was important to us, and he seamlessly incorporated that into our video. He truly wanted to get to know us and what we were looking for in a wedding video. He also got along great with our families on our wedding day! And sent us our wedding video 4 weeks after our wedding. I will forever treasure the beautiful video that he made for us, and am so grateful to him and his team!!!

I found Matt through friends back home on Long Island who used him, and absolutely loved his work. Matt was so easy to work with and very accommodating, he openly offered to come to us in NJ for our in-person meetings. Matt was very prepared and I loved that he took the time before the wedding to learn about our family dynamic, our backstory, and other important details that he could incorporate into our film. After our wedding, we upgraded to the highest package and received an online gallery with the teaser, full video, and extras including all special moments and raw footage. We really appreciated having the option after the wedding, especially when he shared that he doesn’t like couples feeling pressured upfront, and he feels living through the wedding really gives couples a better perspective on what you really want in terms of the captured video content. I am OBSESSED with our video, our families can’t stop talking about it either!!

Matt was a pleasure to work with and did an incredible job on our video. It truly feels like we are watching a movie. It’s something that we will watch again and again. Due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding an entire year out. Matt was incredibly accommodating. Before our wedding Matt was great about communicating with us. By the time we got to our day I felt like I knew him so well. He worked amazing with our photographer, Dear Stacey and she actually recommended him to us. I know a lot of people are on the fence about getting a videographer. When the wedding is over all you have are the photos and videos. Make the investment and record your day! Matt is worth every penny.

Coming from a background in media production, I always knew having a videographer was an absolute must for my wedding, and after searching through many many vendors, I was feeling defeated that I would never find a videographer that fit the modern and fun style I was looking for. When I found Matt, his work instantly stood out from the rest and I cannot put into words how amazing it was working with him for not just one wedding but two. Yes, I was a corona bride but Matt made the whole situation bearable and worked with my husband and I to make both days an absolute dream. Not only is he extremely talented in filming, editing, and storytelling, but he is so fun to work with that you feel like you leave your wedding day with another friend. Being a good videographer takes more than just talent, you need the personality to go with it and Matt 100% has that. He is fun, responsive and truly listens to your wants and needs every step of the journey. I'd recommend him for anyone who is considering a videographer. I am so grateful to have these memories recorded in the way that he did for the rest of my life. He really made being a corona bride not feel like such a bad thing at all.

As many others, I originally thought I wouldn’t go with a videographer. Yet, the more I thought about due to having my wedding on August 2020 when restrictions were still very strict I realized that pictures and videos were going to be the only thing I got to really keep from our day. We booked Mateo early on and the whole process of working with him was a walk in the park, not only is he very responsive, knowledgeable and professional but when the pandemic hit he also made sure we were okay and checked up on us regularly reminding us that he was there if we needed him. We weren’t able to have our dream wedding nor a reception at the venue but what with Mateo’s wonderful videography skills it sure looks like we did. I get to watch that video any time I want since the downloading process was made beyond easy, as well as the payment process and methods. I seriously doubted the need for a wedding videographer. I've had members of my family who have gotten married and didn't bother to get video, only photography, but my husband convinced me to go for it. I have to be honest, if I went into it again, and had to pick one, I would pick video every time! Photography is great, and I love my photos, but video is what really brings the moments to life, it is like reliving this magical day all over again! Matt and his team were exactly what you want; professional, caring, and able to put us at ease! They were there whenever we needed them, but never in the way. During this pandemic, there were a lot of things that went wrong, but Matt and his team managed to make sure the video and our special day went right! If you're doubting and on the fence, go with video, and go with MVP!!!

Matt and his team, especially Kwesi and Jesse, are amazing! They are all friendly, patient, and helpful. They put both my guys and my wife and the girls at ease. They are mindful of everything, especially during this difficult time. Not only did they listen and take the shots we wanted, but they came up with great ideas that we didn't even think of! Best of all, they was really fast! We had our wedding highlight, documentary, movie, and everything extremely fast (within a few weeks)! When watching, it felt like we were there again! You can tell that this isn't just work for Matt and his team. They genuinely care about what they are doing and will go that extra mile. 5 Stars, will always recommend and will use in the future!

Matt and his team are the very definition of professional. Throughout the entire planning of our wedding, he was extremely responsive, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and made recommendations based on his expertise that ultimately led to the absolute best wedding videos we could have ever asked for! When looking for a wedding video grapher, I set out to find someone who was professional, talented, knowledgeable about videography, and understood how to capture moments. I found all of that plus more. Matt was my videographer, wedding planner, friend, consultant, confidant, and advisor. I called him my J.Lo from the movie "The Wedding Planner"!! He made the entire experience personal and I felt like we had known each other forever. The time, effort, and care that he put into the whole wedding was more than I could have asked for. He helped me plan, schedule, organize, create, timeline down to the minute, and checked in with me every step of the way. With COVID, my wedding in NY needed to be postponed, cancelled and we had our wedding down in NC on the beach at a beach house. Matt was the one thing that I told my husband I could not compromise with the new wedding, he needed to still be my videographer!! So lucky Matt was able to help me plan the perfect wedding not once but twice! Matt and his partner Kewsi took on my wedding and wedding party and made themselves at home on the having a great time with my photographers, guests, and vendors. It was such a pleasure working with Matt for our videographer. We are so so glad we booked him. Matt was so great about touching base and checking in before my wedding. He was so kind going above and beyond to think through timeline with me and even brought a microphone and extension cords and set everything up for both ceremony and speeches. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Mateo Vale Productions has shot both my family’s and friend’s wedding videos and all of the wedding videos have been beyond incredible!! When my husband and I got engaged, Matt was the first person we called prior to securing our date because we knew we HAD to have him. I think from the get go our interactions with Matt were so straightforward I knew I could trust him. He spoke with me at length about his process and how he does what he does. Once we booked him and his team at every step of the way he made sure that we had nothing to worry about as far as videography was concerned. He was very flexible, communicative and checked in with us multiple times. Not only was he always proactive but also he was the only vendor who we knew that we had nothing to worry about and who was always thinking one step ahead. Even on the wedding day he was early to arrive and made us feel comfortable. What differentiates Matt for us was the fact that he has a story to tell with the videos he makes. We had browsed through many other videographers but we felt that Matt’s videos were not cookie cutter. He made our video so personal and so reflective of how our wedding was. He gave us a video that captures the essence of our wedding day and was a great reflection of how we want to remember it. I am so so glad we had him on our wedding day. I just recently got married on Sept 6th. During the wedding planning process I was unsure if I wanted to have a videographer due to all the other expenses that come with having a wedding. A few weeks prior I decided I could not do all this planning and not have it documented! I searched all over and came across Matt’s work, I took a chance and preyed he had my date available, & by chance and he did! From the first moment we spoke on the phone he answered every question & made me feel so comfortable. When we sat down to go over all the details I knew he was perfect for the job. He’s sincere, & takes pride in his work. As for the wedding day, he got all of the shots he needed & didn’t overwhelm Us or take any time away from the day. I just got my video back and literally can’t stop watching it. He’s phenomenal and has a one of a kind spirit. Matt is what I consider a "no-brainer" vendor! The second I got engaged he was one of my first phone calls I made because I knew he was best in the business! What makes Matt such an amazing videographer and wedding vendor is that his takes each wedding like its the only one on his mind. Matt was an amazing videographer from the moment that we hired him! He was so easy to work with during the whole process of wedding planning. Matt would check in with me every few months to touch base on how wedding planning was going, as well as to discuss the style of video I was interested in and to discuss his plan for our wedding day. On the day of the wedding, Matt arrived to my parent's house early and was very efficient, making sure that he filmed all the shots we had discussed. We loved how Matt's work came out! From start to finish they were professional, extremely detailed oriented, very organized and super fun, which made working with them amazing!! My husband and I were extremely lucky to find Matt and his team for our August 2017 Long Island Wedding. He shows the utmost level of professionalism and is extremely compassionate about his profession and skilled at his craft. The videos were more than we could have imagined and we received them so quickly after the wedding! He even had a trailer playing during our wedding so guests could see us getting ready that morning and the ceremony if they missed it. Matt was amazing to work with. We did an engagement video with Matt prior to the wedding and then used him for everything including the photo booth and we could not be more happy with the results.
