t stop raving about Kristin and her team, and their dedication to my big day! We had beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsages, flower girl basket, and centerpieces! But the showstopper was the custom piece they created to flock our custom name sign that went on a fireplace mantle in our venue! We had so many compliments about it, and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! I am beyond thrilled that we went with Matlack!

She was able to source a few from a coworkers garden that survived and she was able to supplement with mums to make the exact look we wanted!! Everyone remarked about how beautiful our flowers were! We had a rustic, fall winery wedding with table garland and everything was beautiful!

She just knew exactly what I wanted with barely any pictures for guidance, and stayed within my budget. I felt the price was extremely fair. The flowers were extremely fresh and vibrant in color. hoice for me - not only for the personal relationship my in-laws have developed with them, but also because they were competitive in every aspect of choosing a florist. I worked with Nicole throughout the planning process, and she was wonderful. I had 2 in-person meetings with her - 1 at the beginning so that she could work up an initial proposal for my consideration, and 1 a few weeks before the wedding to finalize the proposal. She was incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions, changed my proposal quite a few times to get it exactly how I wanted it, and was present day of to make sure everything was perfect. Matlack is able to do so many different things - our venue offered iron candelabras as a centerpiece, and Matlack was able to utilize those and build a centerpiece around the candelabras, which was great. We also had 2 beautiful stairways at our reception venue, and Nicole had the idea to decorate them with season evergreen garlands, berries and twinkle lights. They looked beautiful, and it wouldn't have even crossed my mind if she hadn't suggested it! Our bouquets and boutonnieres were simple at my request and came out beautifully, and our 4 flower girls' mini bouquets were the perfect size for them to hold. Thank you Nicole and the entire Matlack team for the amazing work and helping my winter seasonal floral vision come to life!

I also planned to donate my flowers to a local charity that breaks down arrangement into smaller bouquets to donate to nursing homes, when Matlack heard that is what I wanted to do they coordinated and worked with the charity to do the drop off for me! I can’t say enough positive things about Matlack from start to finish, they were responsive, helpful and honest in making sure I had the exact flowers I pictured on my wedding day. (Nicole was my coordinator and was the best)

Even though we have been going to Matlack Florist for so long, I continue to be blown away by their work. Nicole was amazing to work with and she created such beautiful arrangements for my wedding day. She took detailed notes and helped me talk through what I was really imagining for my big day. That same day she was able to give me a quote and we signed the contract right away because we were really happy with the price. On our wedding day when I saw all of the flowers I was so impressed and absolutely loved the bouquets and arrangements she had created. They were beautiful!

very reasonable. We wanted to use a lot of anemones for boutonnieres, the cake, bouquets and other places but it happened to be the beginning of their season when our wedding came around. Since the anemones weren't opening as she had anticipated, Nicole immediately communicated her concerns to us and helped us to prioritize where it was most important that these flowers were used. Nature is something that you cannot control but Nicole helped us navigate a challenging situation to get the best outcome for our wedding day and I am extremely appreciative!

to take these color ideas I had and turned them into a perfect combination of flowers for my bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. And when everything arrived the day of my wedding, it was everything I could have hoped for. My bouquet was just stunning and I would love to somehow figure out a way to replicate it with silk flowers just so that I could look at it every day. My Bridesmaid bouquets ever so elegantly fit with their dresses and our ceremony site was gorgeous with the flowers all over the room. I cannot rave enough about Matlack and would recommend them to any bride I meet.

When interviewing other florists, I felt like I was being forced into adding so many floral features (I'm guessing to add increase the price?) despite saying I wanted to keep things simple. But as soon as I spoke to Nicole from Matlack, I signed a contract with them immediately! Nicole listened to what I said I wanted and worked with me every step of the way to create the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and arraignments. From a payment standpoint, I also preferred the way Matlack Florist handles things, as it allowed me to make some changes and add things after our initial discussions. I added a ceremony feature and had some seriously last minute requests for corsages, and they were beyond accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to help! I didn't truly know what I wanted in terms of colors, flowers, or sizes, but Nicole worked with me every step of the way, sent me sample pictures, suggestions and ideas, and in the end, I trusted her eye and creativity enough to choose some of the final details for me! Again, so happy and thrilled with how everything turned out. They were so wonderful to work with, and I'll keep them in mind in the future for birthdays, showers, etc. and will recommend them to everyone I know!

ote was over what I wanted to spend (we decided that flowers would not be a big ticket item in our budget), they did a great job of communicating the reason behind the costs and discussing alternatives. It was really wonderful to work with Nicole. She even helped us with what could have been a big mix up in the last few weeks leading up to our wedding. We wanted garlands on long tables for some of our reception tables, and the size of the tables was miscommunicated by our caterer - so we found out after we signed the final contract with Matlack that we needed to change the size of the garlands. Nicole kindly made the change for us, without having to adjust the contract, and she was so nice about it. Due to a family emergency, Nicole could not be there to set up on our wedding day, but we did not notice any deviation from what we discussed. The flowers turned out just as I hoped they would, and walking into our reception felt like a dream! FYI - our wedding was in Philadelphia, and their cost to deliver from West Chester and stay for set up were very reasonable!

e time to speak with me in regards to what our wedding looked like and what I was looking for in the flower arrangements. She told me to match my bridesmaids' dress color to a paint swatch from a local hardware store and it was a genius idea! I was able to give the paint swatch to Debbie as a guideline for the color (and the swatches came in handy with several other vendors as well). Our centerpieces were included in the package through our vendor, Concord Country Club, but I knew we had to go through Matlack for everything and we were not disappointed. She really went above and beyond to give us products that were different and so beautiful. My bridal bouquet was more than I imagined - it contained deep purple calla lilies, succulents and gorgeous dusty miller. I really like how Debbie knows exactly what you want, even if you don't! I also greatly appreciated the price quote at our first meeting. I was able to plug this into our budget and get everything that I wanted. I highly recommend Matlack Florist to every bride!

She also got flowers for my wedding cake (dealt with the baker on her own so I didn't have to) and the cake came out more beautiful than I ever imagined. She also made an estimate for all the pieces I could possibly want so i could have it for my budget plan and then said we could add or subtract from the list as the wedding planning was done and I would have a better idea what was needed. It was a great experience working with her and I actually came in under budget on flowers and I got so many compliments on the color and designs of the bouquets.
