We take a lot of pride in knowing we document your life’s biggest moments.
At our core, we are storytellers. We are driven to capture emotion so every time you look at your photos, you remember exactly how you felt. Your wedding story will be woven together by countless moments – not just the big ones, but the little ones you may not realize are occurring.
The reason we are photographers is simple. We understand these images are what you leave behind for your children and grandchildren. These photographs are your heirlooms and your legacy.

We didn't hire a wedding planner because we had these two, who were meticulous about the day-of schedule and had the foresight to avoid timing pitfalls. They are both just so sweet and knew how to read the situation, when to step in or give space during a very emotionally charged and wonderfully chaotic day! Their style of photography too was exactly what we could have wished for and more-- such a classic and clean look that was professionally polished and truly captured the personal touch of our day. And on top of all that, they are so intuitive about directing to get the best poses so you feel natural and it works on a large scale too when herding large groups of family for pictures together. We will definitely be returning to them to capture future life events!

wedding vendors but at the end of the day, the reason we chose to work with Matt and Ashley was because we felt their style and expertise matched with what we were looking for. It’s not surprising then that we absolutely love how our photographs turned out. It wasn’t just us either. Our friends and family are equally in love with how they turned out. Matt and Ashely delivered our photos quickly, answered any questions, were able to find specific photos we were looking for and even sent us a nice little gift with a few of their favorites printed and a lovely handwritten note.
Just as important as the pictures though, they’re just great people who were so kind and generous with their time. We obviously had a million questions and “oh sh!t” moments throughout and Matt and Ashely were our rock in this process. From curating a timeline to answering our millions of questions and even recommending other vendors, they were the vendor we relied on the most. On the wedding day, they both did such a great job of keeping us on schedule without being bossy or overbearing. They were simultaneously able to slip into the background to document everything without inserting themselves into the special moments, while also being able to chill and hang out with our wedding party during any downtime. We had so many people come up to us at the end of the night and tell us how great their interactions with Matt and Ashley were and compliment us on choosing such kind and respectful people to work with.
By the time they day ended, we felt like they were more than just our photographers, but they had become our friends.
After everything was over and we had a chance to take a breath and reflect on everything, we easily agreed the best decision we made during the ENTIRE wedding planning process was choosing Matt and Ashley to be part of it. Just simply can’t say enough good things about them.

ur most intimate moments, balancing family dynamics, and making sure you don't run behind, all while being tasked with actually photographing the wedding! As such, it was important to my husband and I that we chose a photography team that we loved and trusted wholeheartedly. Matt and Ashley were (and are!) everything we were seeking and more.
While we initially fell in love with their photography and editing styles (isn't their portfolio is to die for?!), once we got to know them, we were sold. From their first email, they were communicative, professional, and extremely organized. We had a Zoom consultation and immediately felt at-ease and connected to them both--they're extremely warm, kind, and knowledgable people. Even throughout the wedding planning process, they were always available to answer any questions we had or even help create timelines.
On our wedding day, Matt and Ashley arrived early and got to work right away. They struck a perfect balance of keeping us on schedule while allowing us to enjoy priceless moments with our friends and family. As such, we got all of the shots we wanted and SO many more--my husband remarked that while a special moment or conversation was taking place, he'd think to himself, "Wow, this would be a cool photo." Then, out of the corner of his eye, he'd see Matt or Ashley taking a snap. It was like they read our minds--they were everywhere!
In terms of portraits with each other, our families, and our wedding party, I was a bit nervous about posing and feeling awkward. Matt and Ashley helped all of us feel natural and relaxed in front of the camera. Our guests fell in love with the two of them and couldn't stop raving. Many members of our wedding party (including one who is a wedding photographer) want to hire them to shoot their own weddings someday, and we can't say we blame them!
Our gallery was delivered early--despite it being busy season--and was jaw-dropping. Matt and Ashley captured every little in-between moment that we can now cherish forever and ever: my bridesmaids giggling and dancing as we got ready, a kiss I placed on my grandfather's cheek, my father-in-law jumping in the lake right before donning his tux, our friends and family meeting and mingling over spritzes at cocktail hour, my mom looking misty and proud during my dad's speech--the list goes on and on and on.
My advice? Stop looking for your wedding photographer; you've found them! You won't regret handing over the reins to these two.

During the wedding day, they were extremely organized, and we worked through all the shots efficiently, but were also not at all pushy or trying to rush the process. The way they balance this is masterful. They have tons of ideas for what they want to shoot, and are always asking open to feedback and adjusting during the process to make sure you get the outcome you want. Throughout the evening, once we were interacting with all the guests, Matt and Ashley were always capturing the moment without getting in the way of the guests. It’s truly awesome seeing them in action.
Afterward, they got us our curated and finalized gallery very quickly, and even touched up a couple photos where we had specific requests. We can’t recommend Matt and Ashley more highly.

The pictures have been absolutely stunning and everything we could have imagined and more, but there's so much more. They helped us develop a fantastic timeline to the day, they recommended first look photos and knocking out family formals before the ceremony, and they helped navigate us through the day and made it all effortless. We were able to actually enjoy our time with family and friends, and the pictures back it all up. On top of that the pics were ready in just over 2 weeks from the wedding, well ahead of schedule. planned my venue choice around their availability 😂. They had photographed 3 of my best friends’ weddings, 2 of which I had been a maid of honor/bridesmaid in, and I fell in love with with them. Obviously their work is incredible and high quality, but their dynamic as partners in life and as photographers, coupled with the fact that they are just extremely kind human beings, has made every wedding I’ve been a part of with them just a little more special. They were organized and communicative from day one, and captured the essence of what we wanted from the big day. They provided a very detailed timeline and worked closely with my wedding planner to finalize it as the wedding drew near. They also helped us with vendor recommendations as well. Their structure & organization made the first look, bridal party, and post-ceremony family photos a breeze. During the wedding/reception, it felt like they were just everywhere. As soon as someone pulled out a cell phone to try to get a picture with us, Matt or Ashley would just come out of nowhere to capture every moment. I cannot recommend them enough!

They were also great at taking our preferences for photos into account, even to the point of taking some photos on the street we lived on in college during our engagement session-- they somehow managed to make student housing (complete with massive trash cans) look good and the photos they took there are some of my absolute favorites. Choosing a photography team was a huge stressor for us - we really wanted gorgeous, timeless photos, but it was also very important to us to connect with our photographers and enjoy their company. Matt and Ashley went above and beyond in both categories - the photos we have seen so far are incredible and really capture how we felt on our wedding day. And being with the two of them all day felt like hanging out with two close friends who just happened to be holding cameras - we were so comfortable with them and had a blast wandering around town taking photos.

they are also incredible at what they do. From the beginning, Matt and Ashley made us feel so comfortable. Living out of state was complicated while planning a wedding, but Matt and Ashley made it super easy for us. We facetimed our first meeting with them and then they worked with us to find a weekend where we would be in town to do our engagement photos...in the dead of winter...during sunrise. And they did all this with a huge smile on their faces. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they were there to capture every moment we did and didn't see. Ashley was there every step of the way to make sure I was ok and check if I needed anything as I anxiously awaited walking down the aisle. When we received our wedding pictures, we were so happy with how they turned out. They were absolutely beautiful and really captured the emotion of our special day. I would 100% recommend Matt and Ashley to anyone looking for a wedding photographer...you can't go wrong!!

Aside from the quality of the photos, Matt and Ashley played a pivotal role in making sure we stuck to the timeline on our wedding day.
