We had our rehearsal dinner in the Hearth Room. It was a beautiful space and a great value. They let us use the patio for cornhole and helped get both a slide show via laptop and baseball on the TV. The staff was wonderful. They made sure the trash cans weren't full and checked in to make sure we were set all night. We had an issue with the bartender they recommended but can't fault them for that.

I used the matt ross community center for both our rehearsal dinner and reception site. For the reception we used 2 of the 3 multipurpose rooms and saved a lot of money on a DJ. they have built in AV equipment and all you have to do is pay a small fee ( around $10 ) to rent the cables and you can hook your laptop or mp3 player up. They had a kitchen our caterer could use to set up the food.
