our touches up pictures we are impressed and he delivered amazing results. From the beginning Matthew was so easy and flexible with the booking and payment. We agreed on a contract and met day of the wedding. The day of the wedding he jumped right in, me and my husband were busy and he noticed. he wasted no time getting detail shots and looking back at it I’m glad he did. those small moments mean so much and during getting ready that was never communicated and I’m glad he took initiative to do this. Matthew walked us through poses and easy going, he broke the ice with both of our families and this was a big plus for us as the pictures were fun to do. Matthew was so helpful in more ways than photography, he and our DJ were willing to work together if we didn’t have a wedding coordinator. We had multiple family helping with this but if your getting married you may have seen wedding coordinator prices and you will see why this is soo important. He also kept us on schedule. Throughout the wedding he came up to me and my husband asking if we were okay. HE HELPED CUT OUR CAKE. He walked us through the pose and how to do our first bite and HELPED SERVE CAKE TO OUR GUEST. My wedding was perfect and waking up the next day to have the raw photos available, it’s very clear Matthew cares deeply about his profession and it’s so understandable why he gets so many good reviews. I will recommend him every chance I get and he will be my got to photographer. Thanks Matthew!

Matthew was also very timely and prompt with getting the photos uploaded for us at lightning speed right after the photography sessions, which helped us a lot and allowed us to use our engagement photos as displays at our wedding ceremony. We had wedding guests who wanted pictures on their phones and he was very gracious in managing multiple outside cameras. As an officiant he gave us multiple options for how to make the ceremony personalized for us. Overall, highly recommended!

have asked for a better wedding photographer. He did not get in the way and he got along great with guests not that that’s his job… he was reasonably priced and his pictures made everybody happy. He made sure to get all the shots that we asked for plus use his creativity to give us shots that we would not have known to ask for but appreciated.

He also made sure to get every shot with our friends and even stayed a few minutes over his time to get some shots of our first dances!! It was obvious how much he cared about getting us all our shots and making sure we loved them! We actually got quite a few compliments from some of our guests at how great our photographer was so he had evidently had great interactions with guests as well. He worked with our budget and really delivered top quality photography! I would highly recommend him and will be using him again.

the right decision. I appreciated his no-nonsense business model and years of experience. He knows what works, and does it. However, I didn't feel like I got a "one size fits all" treatment. I can't think of a shot I was hoping for that he did not capture. Admittedly, I was hoping for classic simple photos before and during the ceremony, because I think that's what we'll apprecite most years from now. However, he was ready with plenty of pose suggestions when we were feeling awkward or not sure what we wanted to do next. On the flip side, when it came to candid photos, he got plenty that captured guests' personalities and the relaxed yet festive vibe of our reception. Thanks to his experience in the Austin wedding and event scene, he had shot at my venue before, and was familiar with some of the best places for photos. My friends appreciated his offer to take posed portrait-like photos of them on the balcony. A practical bonus was that he had room in his contract and schedule to stay later for an additional cost, if necessary. Our wedding didn't run late, but it was nice to know that he would be flexible to capture as much of the evening as appropriate. I would absolutely recommend Matthew Chambers to anyone who needs a wedding photographer!

n when taking photos about certain poses. If you want him to he will move your body to exactly how he wants you to be for a professional looking photo. I felt like I looked awkward but the photos turned out amazing. I am not into the boudoir photos he was discussing but he was definitely good at posing me for engagement photos. He is very very talented and has a keen eye for detail and creativity. He was able to get all the shots we wanted and shots that we didn’t know we needed and was able to do it in very little time. His pictures turned out really well before they were even edited. He is able to change his camera settings before he takes a picture so all 1000+ pictures of ours look edited and ready to go already.
