I knew when planning my wedding, I wanted those involved in our big day to reflect the vibes - calm, compassionate and just happy to be there! Matthew was all of those things and more. From our first phone call I had zero worries at all. He understood exactly what I had in mind, and he also took the time to look through the Pinterest Board I created! I explained our wedding was not your typical big flashy wedding, just a small southern baptist ceremony and fried chicken lunch. He never once made me feel like my day wasn't important, he was excited right alongside of us! The day of the wedding, he arrived early, and he was the first smiling face I saw when I arrived at the church! He always had a smile on his face, he was very kind to my family (My nephew loved him!) and got the most precious pictures of everyone. Our family and friends complimented how they didn't even realize he was in the sanctuary, and how respectful he was during the lunch in the fellowship hall. Our photos are beyond perfect. He captured not only our love, but the love of God overflowing in the church. And I have to mention this... His pricing is INCREDIBLE. Matt was a blessing to our day, and we can't wait to book him for family photos in the future.

When Matt's not behind a camera, he can be found in the kitchen cooking up something delectable or spending quality time with his cat, Iggy. pher. He has great packages, is flexible and very professional. He did everything I wanted to do if I could clone myself and more. He was non-intrusive, but managed to get every important moment and the photos came out fantastic. The lighting and composition are spot on his technical skill are good enough you won't see overly photoshopped images in his portfolio. He is consistent and every image is solid. I am glad that our special day has been documented by someone so talented. Beyond being skillful Matt is just a nice guy. He's the type of person you'd be happy to kick back and have a drink with. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and it shows in his work ethic and attitude. To sum it up - check out his work and talk to him. You won't be disappointed!
