Hi, I'm Matthew!
Based in Minneapolis - St Paul, MN, I grew up in the Midwest, graduated, and moved out to the west coast. From there I adventured overseas for about 5 years working for both Disney and Universal Studios. During my travels I picked up a camera and haven’t been able to put it down since! I started in headshots and editorial work, but when I found weddings, something just clicked!!! There’s something special about not only being able to document one of the most important days of a couple’s life but being able to add to it and help create memories and stories that they will carry with them forever! Wedding photography is a beautiful amalgamation of art, technology, and performance. I wouldn’t give it up for the world!

Matthew did an amazing job with all the photos . Also helped in others areas besides doing photography. Was great with all our guests. Also did all our photos we requested and also had great ideas that we loved. Can definitely tell he loves what he does and is way more invested than just taking photos. Did an amazing job and would highly recommend!

Matt is an incredible person and incredible photographer! He is kinda, fun, funny, and above all else he is talented. He had great ideas for fun photos and his strength in lighting techniques made for gorgeous photos. I would recommend Matthew in a heartbeat for your photo needs.

We absolutely loved our experience with Mathew from start to finish! He photographed our engagement shoot and our 2 day wedding, we couldn't be happier with the photos! My husband and I don't love being in front of the camera and Mathew made it as comfortable, and more importantly as FUN, as it could be. 10/10!

Matthew was an amazing person to work with! Many of our family members spoke very highly of Matthew on the day of and weeks after.
Matthew helped find special spots for my wife and I to take pictures and have special moments for just us. We got our pictures back in almost no time at all! Could not recommend Matthew more to any couples out there!

Matthew was incredible to work with from the very start. His attention to detail was impeccable! He captured the most breathtaking photos! He was so helpful keeping us on track to ensure every beautiful moment was covered! Personality is so important and Matthew made it so easy to work with him! He was such a pleasure to have with us all day! I loved how he could be spontaneous in the moment to capture some of the Best photos I have ever seen! Matthew is an AMAZING photographer. We had him do our engagement photos and recently, our wedding! He was so great at keeping things fun and relaxed while also making sure he got all of the shots we wanted. Our engagement photos were gorgeous, and we recently got a sneak peek for our wedding…I’m in love! It was so cold outside on our wedding day so we couldn’t be out there long, but he definitely made the most of it! Our guests gave us so many compliments on him throughout the wedding as well. I can’t recommend him enough!

Wow! It was so fun working with Matthew on our wedding. We had so much fun with him! Matthew felt more like an old family friend than someone we hired. He made everything feel natural and seamless. My husband and I didn’t have an attendants so he filled in! Grabbing us drinks, carrying out plates to the table, helping out with the sound equipment, and even helped with some of the cleanup! Both of us were so sad when he had to leave. We have so many beautiful, emotional photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you Matthew!

Matthew went above and beyond his photographer duties from filling my drink to plugging in my phone- he even had an emergency sewing kit! Matthew is very personable and so fun to work with. We received beautiful pictures that really captured the entire day. We never felt rushed to take pictures, they were all done so organically. Highly recommend him!

Matt is the best! He did our engagement photos and wedding. He is AMAZING! Posing for pictures can definitely feel awkward and uncomfortable. But Matt makes it so much fun and makes sure you are comfortable. He is very responsive, genuine, flexible and really has your best interest at heart. He made our wedding day so special and went above and beyond!! I cannot recommend him enough. He also had so many fun ideas for photos. Not to mention, that if we had an idea for a photo, he was determined to get the shot for us. He is so talented and so worth having apart of your big day!!

We looked at dozens of photographers' portfolios, compared quality & cost, and interviewed a good handful that felt like a good fit. We couldn't be happier to have selected Matthew Eberle. At the end of the day, what you really want is a bunch of great images captured of your big day - which we were thrilled with - but it also was a big bonus to have someone with Matthew's personality and professionalism. He arrived a little early, stayed a little late, showed up sharply dressed & ready to go, and somehow managed to walk the line of never being intrusive but always being available. He was fun, funny, and great with guests of all ages, young and old. We got a lot of great feedback from our attendees that they really liked our photographer, which was nice to hear.
Aside from a very easy-to-work-with personality, his work was excellent. He had great suggestions & creativity for different shots, he listened to what we wanted for shots, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He captured so many moments, big & small, from the first look and first kiss, to family portraits, to campfire shots, and all the random unexpected action shots of the day.
Can't recommend Matthew enough! Would use him again in a heartbeat!

Matthew did an amazing job capturing 1,000 photos of our farm wedding. From a butterfly release to the goats, kids wearing face paint and adults dancing, our first look to the sunset photoshoot. He really focused on us as a couple and captured the love of the day. We have so many photos framed in our house and we would highly recommend Matthew as your wedding photographer. He has great communication, was prompt and we got our photos back on time. 5 stars!

Matthew is an incredible photographer. He clearly has an artist's eye and captured gorgeous, genuine shots of our wedding and engagement. He gave us great prompts that inspired us to laugh and smile in a very real way, and he caught so many awesome candids throughout the day. Matthew was also really fun to spend time with, and even our wedding guests were giving us compliments about his obvious skill and how great he was. We would definitely recommend hiring him if you're looking for a photographer that will give you helpful guidance along the way and will produce super high quality photos.

Matthew was everything you could hope for in a photographer - he was organized, easy to get ahold of, calm in the chaos, energetic, and overall fun to have around. He checked in with us throughout planning to make sure we had everything we needed and had our photos back incredibly quick! Every photo is even better than we had imagined and he even found us a wedding day rainbow! My only regret is not having him there even longer.

My fiancé and I had an engagement session shot my Matthew yesterday and had such an enjoyable time! It was honestly a lot more fun than we anticipated. My fiancé hates taking pictures, but Matthew’s energy made us both feel so comfortable! He gave us great direction, showed us the photos he was taking throughout the session, and had us whispering into each other’s ears to catch that ‘candid’ shot. He exceeded our expectations! I cannot wait to see how the edited shots turn out!!

Matt was easily able to jump in and had that “go with the flow” mentality but also keep everyone on task to get the pictures we wanted for our big day! His communication and responsiveness to texts and messages was great! He kept everything smooth and stress free. He also showed up some behind the scenes pictures throughout the day, which we appreciated! We couldn’t of asked for a better day or better photos!

Matt is an amazing photographer. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we weren’t sure what to expect. Matt walked us through the entire process via email, text, phone calls and even an initial FaceTime call so we could meet him before the wedding . We had so many requests and he made it all possible. So many of our guests came up to us and told us what a wonderful photographer we had. We really appreciated how at ease he was with our guests and how he made it fun (eso for the little

Matthew had the perfect energy for our ceremony: calm and professional yet friendly and personable. From the first time meeting him before the wedding, we felt like we were in the presence of someone who clearly knows what he is doing—and just as importantly, enjoys what he is doing, too.
