However, after much deliberation, we decided a videographer would be an important piece to our wedding. That is when we met Matt. From the beginning, we knew that Matt was the videographer we wanted. He was very communicative, organized, professional, and honest with us throughout the planning process which gave us peace of mind. As part of the package we chose, we had an extra day of filming before the wedding festivities. We chose to go to a local park for a scenic hike and read our wedding vows. Matt went above and beyond by driving there, bringing his equipment, and making the hike. It was perfect, and the film we got from it made our final wedding video extra special! Before we knew it, our wedding day was here, and Matt went to extra lengths to make the day worry-free. He arrived at the venue with ample time and quickly began filming the surroundings. Thanks to his preparation, he was never in the way of our preparations and only involved us when he needed to. Which was very much appreciated. Then we received our wedding highlight video. My wife and I were blown away, and the video brought both of us to tears. The editing was class, the music was perfect, and the video was the perfect recap of our special day. OING and he does it WELL! So much so , that when I got engaged, I immediately asked him to make our wedding video. Being VERY picky when it comes to video, I knew he was one of the few people I personally knew (maybe the only) who could make something as beautiful, genuine, and creative as I was hoping for. I can truly and honestly say, from a client perspective- I am absolutely blown away. I had some high expectations for the video as a videographer AND I've seen Matt's work before (if you've ever seen his work you would have high expectations too.) That being said- when I got our wedding video back- my husband and I had to pick our jaws up off the floor. Matt did such a great job capturing the day, telling our story, and beautifully and creatively crafting together something that we will cherish FOREVER. On the flip side, he is all around just a positive and fun person to work with! I cannot recommend Matthew Kennedy Media enough. If you're looking for someone to shoot and edit video- he's your guy!
