We let him pose us and tell us what to do for all photos, specifically our sunset photos. We just got our preview and I am OBSESSED!! These photos are everything I wanted and more. I literally cannot stop looking at them. Now I am excited to receive the full gallery! Definitely hire him! You won't regret it.

We are so grateful to Matt for so perfectly capturing our best day ever with such beautiful photos. We will treasure the images forever, and we couldn't be more happy with how they turned out--Gorgeous!! Matthew truly has a gift: in terms of all his photos that we have shared on social media, we are getting soooo many comments about how gorgeous, beautiful, like a magazine, etc. our wedding looks! All thanks to his amazing skills! His ideas for shots are so interesting and creative and turn out beautifully. Honestly, Matt is truly so talented that his work speaks for itself, but he is also a great human being and so much fun to work with. While being a true professional and artist, he also has a great sense of humor and a laidback personality that will help you feel entirely at ease behind the camera lens. I recommend taking engagement photos with him too, to use for save the dates and to practice striking a pose before the wedding! We did. Pick him for your photographer. Worth every penny! We didn't hire a videographer because between the awesome pictures and slideshow, our day was captured in the best possible way, and we are so glad we made that choice (Matt is so good, seriously, you don't need a videographer). Even if you are not looking for a wedding photographer, the whole process makes for a great date, great memories, and definitely rekindles that spark! My husband and I will contact Matt in a heartbeat for future anniversary pictures and maybe even future family pictures! :) There is a reason he has been voted one of the best photographers in CA, and you will see why when you see your pictures!!!

wedding day, and I could not be happier that we chose Matt. He's a master of capturing all those moments that make your day, YOUR day. Photos came back quick and there were oodles of them.... and they seriously were all fantastic. We waited a year to order our actual wedding album (because I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorites), and it just arrived this week. It is stunning! And looking through all those photos really and truly felt like re-living the day all over again. Eternally grateful for the lifelong memories that Matt so beautifully put together. We spent so much time preparing all these little details that let's face it, people don't even notice at weddings and when we got our pictures back and saw Matt had taken amazing shots of those "little things," that meant to world to us! Everytime we look through our wedding pictures, we feel that moment again! I know it sounds cheesy but his eye behind that camera is magical! So, when we had our first baby in february, we KNEW we had to have Matt photograph her to REALLY get what we were going for, (his fault for setting the bar so high!) Despite his disclaimer of "not being a baby photographer," we were well aware of his gift and he did it again... He delivered us with these breathless pictures that captured the magic! I HIGHLY recommend using Matt to EVERYONE that asks for a photographer referral. In fact, I demand it! Next monumental event in our lives, we'll be booking Matt again!! Even after we told him he was "off the clock" and could join us for dancing (he knew many of our guests), he still made sure to grab his camera if anything exciting happened. His edits are absolutely astounding as well. We have viewed only a few of our photos so far, but they are incredible.
