We are so grateful that we hired Matt as our videographer for our wedding vow renewal and reception! From the very beginning, Matt was responsive, professional, and thoughtful. He ...
asked questions to make sure he fully understood the moments and footage we wanted captured. He also requested the photos and video from our wedding ceremony several months earlier so he could beautifully incorporate them into our final film.
On the day of the event, Matt arrived early and was ready to capture every special moment. He did an incredible job! Just four days after our event, Matt had a rough cut ready and asked for our feedback. We mentioned that we would love to see more footage of certain people dancing and more of the historic mansion where our celebration took place. He made the requested edits and sent the film back to us for another review.
We were absolutely thrilled with the final film! Matt even included additional raw footage at the end—moments that didn't fit into the main video but were still so much fun to watch. And the personal touches didn't stop there. Just two weeks after our event, Matt mailed us a beautiful, custom-engraved wooden photo box featuring the bride and groom's names and wedding date. Inside was a USB drive containing the finished video.
From his communication and creativity to his attention to detail and incredible turnaround time, Matt went above and beyond every step of the way. We cannot recommend him enough to other couples looking for a talented and dedicated wedding videographer!
We’re so thankful we had Matt as our wedding videographer. He was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. He perfectly captured the emotion, joy, and energy of the day...
in a way that felt so genuine and true to us. Watching our video feels like reliving every single moment… the laughter, the happy tears, and all the little in-between moments we didn’t even realize were being filmed.
Matt has such a calm, friendly presence that made everyone feel comfortable, and he worked so seamlessly alongside our other vendors that it honestly felt like he was part of the family. He was professional, organized, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell he pours his heart into every project.
The final video blew us away. It was beautifully edited, emotional, and somehow managed to capture both the big moments and the subtle ones that really tell our story. We’ll treasure it forever.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his couples and creates stunning, cinematic memories you’ll want to watch again and again, we can’t recommend Matt enough.

tSwiftFreelance made the memory even sweeter by interviewing us to capture the story of us, how we met and when we knew we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together! MattSwiftFreelance was punctual, professional, the pricing and expectations were discussed upfront and there were no surprises. We love our memory video and highly recommend this vendor!!
We are more than pleased with the quality and professionalism offered by Matt Swift. We hired Matt to film our outdoor wedding in Santa Fe. The end result is a quality videography ...
that we will cherish for years. Photos can not capture everything you want to save. You won't be disappointed if you hire Matt for your wedding.
What can I say about Matt, that could even give his justice? He is an incredible videographer and has a huge passion for his art. He is approachable, kind, understanding and extrem...
ely funny! I approached Matt through "The Knot" and I was worried by his extremely low prices, but what Matt offered me, was the ability for my wife and I to have something as luxurious as a videographer at our wedding. Matt also attended our bridal shower and he interviewed and gained testimonies from all of our friends and family. The on our wedding day, he arrived early, and stayed until the very end.
He worked so hard and was very professional - however, he was also relaxed and seemed to have a great time of his own.
Matt is something that will come into your life as "just" a videographer, but will remain in it as a friend.
I would advise, with confidence, Matt Swift to anyone looking for a videographer. I would even argue that he is the best New Mexico has to offer.
Matt was amazing! He has a great personality on top of professionalism. He did such great work with our wedding video + even added some of our honeymoon moments into it! His prices...

assionate about his work. Our wedding video is so beautiful and he provided us with a usb with all the footage he took. I could not recommend Matt enough. He’s the best!!
I wish everyone would choose Matt to do their wedding videos! He was so nice and professional. He went above and beyond to create such a beautiful video of such an important day of...
our lives. He was so accommodating and wanted to make sure he was doing anything to make our lives easier. He made sure he stayed at our wedding to capture all the important parts and even checked in with me to see if there was anything he wanted me to capture before he left. I could type a million more things about what I loved about Matt, but I'd be here all day!
Matt was an amazing blessing to our wedding. Not only was he on top of getting all the footage we wanted, he was able to craft us a beautiful wedding video, with video montages and...
capturing all the moments we wanted from our ceremony to first dances and speeches. Matt is very open to suggestions when need be and pivots very well in the ceremony without it being intrusive or interrupting anything. I think the only thing on my end we could have done was actually to benefit him and give him a more definitive schedule but his flexibility allowed him to capture something we will treasure forever.
Matt was very professional, and helped beyond just videography. He worked alongside our still photographers to get us much appreciated lasting video memories.
Matt was amazing. This was the send time we used him for videography skills, and yet again did not disappoint! We had a garden wedding with a reception indoors. Matt did not miss a...
beat! From the ceremony, first dance DJ, special messages from our guests, to the end of the reception! He videographed all the best details of my wedding. Matt was punctual, professional, and very personable. I will continue to use him in the future and I highly recommend him!
