Maui Tropical Plantation Events

It's hard to put into words how incredible our experience leading up to our big day and day of was at the Maui Tropical Plantation. My mom lives on Maui so I know the island really well and there is really no place more beautiful, in my opinion, than Maui Tropical Plantation. It's very lush and green, and then you have this beautiful backdrop of mountains. My now husband and I knew that we wanted to get married outside with a unique view and where we could get really great food. The food and drinks at the Maui Tropical Plantation are amazing. We opted for family style because we wanted something less formal and more engaging. Our mains included Kona lobster, gnocchi with beef ragu, and fresh coconut fish curry. We haven't stopped getting compliments on the menu! I could go on and on, but I do want to make a point that Ronda from the events team really made the day. She helped communicate with multiple vendors, answered all our questions in detail, and just had the best attitude about it. Planning a wedding far away is stressful, but Ronda always had great ideas and was so supportive. Some additional thoughts if you are considering planning a wedding at MTP. We had our flowers arranged with Dellables Florals, music was by the awesome Brian Santana, furniture from Signature Maui, silverware from Set Maui, and fresh coconuts cut from The Catered Coconut.

Ronda and her team made our wedding experience wonderful! They answered all our questions, gave us a timeline of the day's events and calmed our nerves. On the day of our wedding, the venue was beautifully set up and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this team of professionals!

If you are getting married in Maui this is an absolute must use place! The scenery and back drop are absolutely breath-taking and make absolutely beautiful pictures. The set-up is perfect with the banquet facilities and ceremony site right next to each other. Patti is absolutely wonderful and goes beyond expectations to make sure everything is perfect. She is polite, professional, and punctual and I was at ease having to plan a wedding from California. She works with you on every aspect. I was amazed to find out that my other vendors had worked with her and it was so easy collaborating because so many of them worked out the details of set-up and pick- up themselves. Our package included site, chairs, linens, cocktail food items, and dinner. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
