Maui Wedding Gown Pressing

ferred vendor with the venue we used and boy am I glad I did! From the first communication with Courtney I knew she was just what we needed! She is quick to respond, professional, on time and truly what every bride needs. She pressed the bride's gown, all bridesmaid's dresses, and handled the cleaning of the gown after the wedding. In addition, she took care of the grooms suit at the last minute. She also offers a bridal concierge service - which I wish we would have used!! Arrangements were made to pick up the gown as we were arriving at the airport. She also arranged with each bridesmaid to pick up their dresses from the hotel since they all were arriving on different flights. The weather on the day we arrived was awful with high winds and rain. She was concerned with the gown being subjected to the elements and she made immediate arrangements with me to meet on the curb and secure the dress so there would not be any issues. All of dresses and the groom's suit were delivered right to the venue the morning of the wedding. All perfectly pressed and in garment bags. And let me just say - after a 6 hour flight and hauling the bride's dress through the airport - it was in need of some TLC. I was thrilled! With every interaction her focus was on the integrity of the dresses. After the wedding, we bagged up the dress to return to Courtney for cleaning. Again, the weather was horrible! Rain, heavy winds, and several road closures. She kept in constant communication with regards to meeting up to hand off the dress on our way to the airport. Even with several road closures near her home, she managed to make her way to our meeting spot to grab the dress! I can not say enough about this service! The pressure this takes off the bride (and her mother) is worth every penny. Courtney is so easy to work with, kind, attentive, professional and adaptable. She goes above and beyond with every aspect of this service. She deserves way more than 5 stars!
