Love love love Courtney!! She is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her-this would practically be a novel! I reached out to her about pressing my wedding gown once we reached Maui for our destination wedding. She was very responsive, warm and pleasant to work with (even via email!). She met us right at the airport and collected my dresses and veil, the guys suits and a bridesmaids gown, even with our flight arriving a couple hours late. After reviewing her website more I also inquired about her concierge service. Oh my goodness!!! Soooo worth it! She showed up the morning of our wedding (we did an early morning ceremony) in the most pleasant, helpful, calming mood. I was super stressed that morning, hair and make up was late, my groom showed up late (even later than me as the bride to our ceremony!). One of my bridesmaids was going to “steam her dress in the bathroom with hot shower steam 🤦‍♀️“. Needless to say that didn’t work and Courtney took care of pressing her dress. She did the most amazing job on my dresses! She anticipated my needs as the bride, made sure me and my groom had water, helped us transport everything from the hotel to the ceremony site, then from the ceremony site to our reception brunch location. She accommodated our guests. My daughter lovingly (to this today) refers to her as a BOSS. And my family can’t thank her enough for all her help and work, and how wonderful she made our wedding day. I also had my gowns preserved. I received them timely (in the 4-6 weeks it takes to go through the process). They are stunning. Courtney checked in with me the following day to make sure I did infect receive them. The biggest heartfelt THANK YOU, Courtney, for being a part of our special day. I cannot recommend you enough to people and would HIGHLY encourage, if anyone is on the fence about bridal concierge services, a Courtney is the best!!

I am so glad we utilized Courtney's services for outfit pressing before our destination wedding in Maui! They offer an incredible deal that includes pickup/pressing/delivery for a wedding dress, partner outfit (in this case, my fiance's suit) PLUS two additional dresses which worked out perfect for my two maids of honor. She was super quick to respond via email and text and worked with me to find the best time to pickup the outfits at my hotel. After pressing the items, she delivered them to our venue at no additional charge which made it so convenient to go straight to the venue once we were ready and not have to worry about transporting outfits. When we met she was so friendly and made me feel so excited about our big day. I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to how much of an amazing experience I had with Courtney! Having my dress steamed/pressed was kind of a last minute thought for me. When I reached out to Courtney, she responded very quickly...and right off the bat, I could tell what a sweet, caring person she was. Courtney was kind enough to meet me at the airport to pick up my wedding gown as soon as I arrived in Maui... and she greeted me with the biggest, most welcoming smile, and the total “aloha spirit” that is Hawaii. Throughout the entire process Courtney and I kept in touch through text...which was very convenient. Once my dress was ready, she delivered it to our condo herself! The dress was perfect! Courtney did such an amazing job! I could not have asked for any better! After our wedding in Maui, my husband and I traveled to Kauai for our honeymoon. While in Kauai I contacted Courtney to ask if she could do the cleaning/preservation of my dress and of course, she was super accommodating! During our layover back in Maui on our way home, Courtney, yet again, met us at the airport to pick up my dress!!! I have never worked with anyone who showed how much they cared about their clients like Courtney does. She made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with (even though that was obviously not the case)! I cannot say enough great things about Courtney and her company! I can’t say enough about good things about Maui Wedding Gown Pressing! I arrived to Hawaii with the plan to drop off my gown and husbands suit at a different place only to find out days before my wedding they could no longer accommodate me, I was of course freaking out! I stumbled upon Maui wedding gown pressing on Instagram and contacted her, I had a response within minutes! Although hesitant to give my gown to a complete stranger as soon as I met the owner I knew my gown was safe. She was soooo friendly!! My gown was pressed and delivered back to my resort within a day with the cutest Hawaiin packaging ever! The owner was in constant contact with me and updating me on the progress.
