oyable. On the wedding day itself, everything ran so smoothly that I was able to be fully present and soak in every moment without a single worry—because I knew Madison had everything completely under control.
She consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. Not only is she incredibly organized and attentive to detail, but she is also genuinely kind, supportive, and a joy to have on your team. Her calm presence and willingness to help with anything (big or small) made such a difference throughout the process.
On top of everything, she also created the most beautiful florals for our wedding. Every arrangement was absolutely stunning and perfectly brought our vision to life. The bouquets, centerpieces, and overall design were beyond what I could have imagined—they added such a special, elegant touch to the entire day and truly made everything feel magical.

r 9 months) incredibly seamless and stress-free. She was quick to communicate, kept us on schedule, and executed the vision perfectly. I’m telling everyone who is recently engaged that their first step is to get a wedding planner and it has to be Madison Collins. Julie with Maven Florals did NOT disappoint either! I was blown away by how she took 2 inspiration picture and made my floral dreams come to life. Everything was better than I imagined, and the guests spoke very highly of every little detail. They made my wedding the most perfect day and I’ll never be able to express how much it meant to me.

ding day together seamlessly. She worked with my other vendors leading up to wedding day, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. She helped me stay calm when weather changed week of my wedding and we thought through a back up plan so that I could have the wedding of my dreams no matter rain or shine. She was truly my saving grace leading up to wedding day.

a very detailed vision and a long list of specific requests, I knew I wasn’t the easiest client to take on, especially with a venue that had strict rules and tons of logistical challenges. But Madison handled everything with such calmness, grace, and precision that I truly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her.
From day one, she made me feel at ease. She listened so carefully to what I wanted, never once made me feel like I was asking too much, and somehow brought every single idea to life even better than I imagined. She was always one step ahead, anticipating what needed to happen before I even realized it.
On the wedding day, everything was perfect. Every detail was executed seamlessly, and I was able to be fully present and relaxed once she arrived which is saying a lot coming from me! Madison was there through every moment, making sure things ran smoothly, calming my nerves, and handling every moving piece behind the scenes with total professionalism.
If you’re looking for someone who is organized, thoughtful, kind, and truly exceptional at what she does, Madison is that person. Also is just a wonderful person!! She took on a hefty task and absolutely nailed it. I can’t recommend her enough!! She made our day everything I dreamed of and more.
