—it allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every single moment. We chose Maverick Helicopters for our special day, and it was hands down the best decision we could have made. Our coordinator, Marie, went above and beyond in every possible way. She handled everything—flowers, cake, champagne, minister, photographer, and the breathtaking helicopter experience to the Grand Canyon. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed flawlessly. Our day started with a limo service picking up my husband and his parents from their hotel, and my mom and me from ours. When we arrived at the terminal, we were warmly welcomed, checked in seamlessly, and escorted into a beautiful VIP lounge where we could relax before takeoff. From there, the experience only got better. We boarded the helicopter and enjoyed an incredible flight over the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and into the stunning Grand Canyon. We chose a sunset ceremony, and the colors over the canyon were absolutely breathtaking—our parents couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. We landed near the river, and the ceremony itself was so intimate and meaningful. The minister connected with us in such a genuine way in such a short amount of time—we felt completely understood and present in the moment. Afterward, we took photos with the most incredible backdrop—the canyon, the helicopter, and our family. Our photographer, Keiki, was phenomenal. She captured every moment, even the small, intimate ones I didn’t even realize were happening. She paid attention to every detail—perfectly arranging my dress, shooting through the flowers, and catching the sunlight just right. A true professional. I honestly expected to feel rushed or like just another number given that it’s Vegas—but it was the complete opposite. We felt so special, like we were surrounded by people who genuinely cared, almost like lifelong friends. The flight back was just as magical—we flew down the Las Vegas Strip, and the fountains went off as we passed over… it couldn’t have been more perfect. When we landed, the limo took us back to our hotel where we celebrated with dinner—and the cake was absolutely amazing! Throughout dinner, our parents kept talking about how incredible the entire experience was and how much fun they had. Words truly can’t express how special this day was. I will forever be grateful to John, Marie, and the entire team for creating such a first-class experience and memories we will cherish for a lifetime.
