When we signed the contract, we were advised that the video production delivery time is around 10 weeks. 2 months later after our wedding, they came up with some blabbering excuses and eventually delayed it up till 25-28 weeks later after several times of chasing up. Till now we still haven't got our hard copy! The most unacceptable part is that Issac kept pointing to us to the clauses in the contract when he can't even deliver the video within the stipulated timeframe as per the contract. On top of this, we were being assured that the ceremony audio is included as part of their deal before we accepted their offer. The contract went silent in terms of not including vows as a storytelling element for the highlight reel. Based on their portfolio on their website, we took that the vows will be included as part of the deal. However we were let down when they shared us the short highlight video that doesn't come with our title (name, wedding venue & date) and most importantly the edited vows during the ceremony. It took them several weeks to help add the video title and when they did upload the footage, they was a slight corruption towards the end of the video, Issac didn't even check before sending us the link. Third revision came back with a wrong venue in the title. We had to go back and forth five times to eventually get an acceptable video. All of these had let us down terribly!!! It was definitely a worst experience in dealing with Mawwiage who rather spent so much times in writing long ranting emails than providing solutions or fixing up the videos!!! If we were living in the state, we would have taken further legal action to get this issue resolved! Argh!!! P/S: Mawwiage is talented in crafting video, but definitely poor in providing customer services!!!!
