She may do good work; however, her customer service is poor. The advertising for the business is misleading. It's not a store, no brick and mortar, this person is using her day job and a cellphone to conduct business. To this end, she seemed surprised that someone called her to inquiry about her services. If you only accept jobs via word of mouth, don't advertise online. Terrible customer service....

Amazing work by an amazing person. I received top notch service and have received multiple compliments on the calligraphy. I would recommend Max & Molly Design to all future brides!!!
