Max Bridal was more incredible than I could have ever imagined! They are all so welcoming from the moment you walk in. My consultant Jules was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable supportive of my thoughts on the dresses and so so incredible sweet when I was nervous. I thought I knew what I wanted for my dress but I let her pick a few dresses that she thought would look good on me and her choice ended up being my wedding dress! It was something I never thought I would pick but it was incredible. They let me see myself with the dress a veil and flowers and I knew it was the dress. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal suite to go to for my first experience.

I had such a great experience at Max Bridal! I loved the private rooms to try on dresses with your friends/family without the distraction of other people looking on. Jules my consultant was so professional and kind. She wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to pull a variety of dresses and styles to make sure I felt confident in my final choice.

From the moment I booked the appointment, Max Bridal was amazing. They have you fill out a form to get to know you and your vision/budget look like. They picked out different dresses for me based on that and worked with me to understand what I liked and disliked. They are extremely knowledgable about their dresses and are very accommodating to your needs. I specifically worked with Jules who was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and was so helpful throughout the process!

Had an amazing experience at Max Bridal! (Syosset location) My bridal consultant Rafaella was attentive and super friendly. She listened to everything I wanted and did not want in a dress. She was very knowledgeable about each and every dress I tried on. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and I ended up buying my dream dress!

I had the best experience at Max Bridal out of everywhere I tried on dresses. My stylist, Rafaela, was the first person I had that listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push my out of my budget / upsell me in anyway (which I had not experienced before and this was SO refreshing). This was the first experience where I left feeling rejuvenated and the cherry on top was that I found my dress!

I had a wonderful experience going wedding dress shopping at Max Bridal! When I arrived I was feeling a little burned out after visiting several other shops with no success, but I ended up saying yes to the dress here! Jules was an amazing bridal attendant. She studied what I liked about dresses in the portal and had already pulled several options by the time I arrived. She was particularly excited for me to start with one of those dresses, and that ended up being the one! She also helped me match it to the perfect veil. I’m excited for my upcoming fittings!

Max bridal was fantastic it was literally the easiest experience. Sara helped me and she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She knew exactly the dresses I wanted and I said yes to the second dress I tried on. The process was so easy 10/10 recommend.

Upon entering the private room for my first appointment, there was a small board that said "Congratulations Maria!" with my wedding date written on it. The room was so cute and well decorated with good lighting, especially in the main area where there is a GIANT mirror. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, young, and fashionable. My bridal attendant, Aliyah, was incredibly helpful, and understood my vision immediately. Every comment I made about a dress she took to heart before bringing in anything new. She did an amazing me feel comfortable and heard. By the end, Layla, came over and was just as amazing. They both made me feel like we were old friends which was huge considering these are people helping me pick the most important dress of my life. Prices were overall reasonable, and Aliyah did not bring anything over budget without discussing it with me first. Overall, I really felt appreciated here and not just like a walking credit card. We spent the whole time laughing, and even though we went past our appointment time, I never felt rushed out of the room. I could not recommend Max Bridal, especially Aliyah and Layla, enough!!

I found my dress within 3 dresses here!! I loved how before my appointment they asked me to send 4 dresses that I wanted to try on so I felt like I already narrowed down what I was looking for. The dress I actually ended up choosing for my wedding was a dress that I was indifferent trying on because the picture online didn't wow me. However, this dress in person was jaw dropping. The second I tried on that dress I knew it was the one and I didn't want to bother looking anymore. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. When I had my dress on and was walking around the store I was given compliments by everyone and it made me feel really good about myself. I also loved the vibe of the smaller store and the private rooms, I was a little anxious going into dress shopping and having a more personal experience made it less overwhelming. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!!

Had the best experience ever! So professional, neat and clean. The girl who helped picked my wedding dress with me was beyond patient, kind and really listened to what I wanted. When I was torn between two gowns she had me walk like I was walking up the aisle which honestly helped! I always heard great things about Max Bridal but now that I got to experience it, it was even better than I imagined!!! HIGHLY recommend!

I had a horrible experience at Max Bridal, and I strongly recommend avoiding this store at all costs! While the initial dress-shopping experience was fun and the staff were incredibly complimentary, things quickly went downhill after I placed my order. I found the dress of my dreams. It had mesh details on the sides and back with appliqués, and I made sure to specify that I wanted the whole dress including the mesh in ivory. I did not want the mesh in nude because it didn’t compliment my skin tone. The associate reassured me multiple times that the dress and mesh would be ordered in ivory. I ordered my dress in late November and was told it would arrive in four months. But in March, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check on the status. On March 13, I was told the dress was being shipped, I was told it will take a week or a month. Over a month later, on Thursday April 25, I called again and learned the dress was never shipped out. They blamed this HUGE mistake on the manufacturer for this delay and promised me it would shipped overnight and arrive the next day. I followed up on Tuesday April 30th, I was told the dress had just arrived that day. Last time I checked, that is not overnight, but once again I let it slide because I had full faith in them. At this point, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, and made an appointment to "see" the dress, which I had never heard of any other bridal store doing. I’ve been a bridesmaid on multiple occasions, and I have yet to hear any other bridal store request an appointment to see the dress, take it home because apparently, they don’t have room to hold the dress, and come back for another appointment for alterations. When I arrived for my appointment on May 5th, I was devastated to find they had ordered the wrong version of my dress. While the dress itself was ivory, the mesh was still the nude color I had specifically asked them to avoid. I was shocked and heartbroken. The associate apologized, and another staff member (who never introduced herself or explained her role) offered more apologies, but I was too stunned to process what was happening. I was in shock and I was mentally driving in auto mode. I didn’t know what to do, how to act, so I tried to stay calm. But what I really wanted to do is scream and become a bridezilla and throw a public tantrum, but that is just not in me. I didn’t want to cause a scene and ruin anyone else at the store experience, like they did to me. I couldn’t believe this was happening to me. They reassured me that their seamstress, Maya, could fix the issue, and will call me when they discuss it with her. I was heartbroken, and when I got home, I broke down and cried for the rest of the day. That shouldn’t happen when you see your wedding dress for the first time after purchasing it. When I didn’t hear from them after I left my 12pm appointment, I called at 4:30 p.m. (half an hour before closing) still crying, I was told that they were just about to call me (so convenient) and was reassured once again that Maya could fix the mesh issue. However, I had no reason to believe them at this point, as they had already made so many mistakes. Wedding planning is stressful enough without this kind of added anxiety. I cried nonstop for the rest of the day, and at my first alteration appointment on May 26th, I was still emotional. I requested to speak with the manager. The associate that I spoke to, not sure if she was the manager, she never introduced herself nor her job title. As I was crying hysterically, I expressed my frustration, how poorly the entire process had been handled. I told her about how terrible this whole experience was after ordering my dress, and how disappointed I was that I had to continuously follow up for my dress. I demanded some sort of discount or refund for their mistake whether it was for my dress that I already paid for, or alterations.The response? More empty apologies. I was told, “We’re sorry, but Maya is going to fix it,” which didn’t help ease the stress or the pain of realizing my dream dress was no longer going to be perfect. Well the only truth to that statement was Maya, is an amazing seamstress, but she isn’t a magician. Maya was the only part of the experience that was positive. She was kind, calming, and reassuring, but unfortunately, the damage had already been done. Maya explained that the nude mesh couldn’t be swapped for ivory on the back of the dress. At this point, it was too late to order a new dress, and I was left with a dress I didn’t fully love. At the end of it all, I received no compensation for the mistake Max Bridal made, nor any acknowledgment of the stress and anxiety their errors caused me. The only thing I heard was, “We’re sorry.” If you want a bridal experience that’s full of excitement and joy, avoid Max Bridal. I had to continuously follow up with them to ensure my dress was ordered and delivered, and when they made a huge mistake with my dress, there was no real solution. The entire experience was unprofessional, and I’m left with a constant feeling of anxiety every time I think about it, even months later. Trusting Max Bridal with your wedding dress is a gamble. And personally, I wouldn't risk it.

The people at Max Bridal were so helpful and did not bring me any dresses that were out of my price range! My dress came in super quick and the seamstress did a fantastic job with my alterations!

Max Bridal was able to help me find my dream dress. All the consultants were able to lead me in the right direction after asking about what kind of styles, fits and materials I was looking for. Bernice did the alterations so beautifully and made me look like the most beautiful bride. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. Absolutely would recommend 10/10

Best decision ever! Max bridal was my third wedding salon I went to and I had never gone to a salon where I felt so comfortable and so special at the same time! You have your own private room so you don’t need to be out and stepping over other brides in wedding gowns which takes a lot of pressure off! Everyone at the salon is the absolute sweetest and so professional! My seamstress was ines who was an absolute gem. I trusted her from the getgo and I’m so happy I did! She was so sweet and did such an amazing job on my gown. I can never thank max bridal enough for making my wedding dress shopping so memorable and so amazing!! Cannot recommend this salon enough!

Everyone that works at Max Bridal is incredibly nice and super accommodating! I was pressed for time planning a wedding in 4.5 months and they totally made it work out in such an easy way! We added sleeves to my dress and it came out STUNNING! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Max Bridal was the my first and only dress appointment! I got my dress a whole year early. They reached out prior to my appointment for some ideas of what I was looking for and when I arrived they had already pulled out dresses that matched these images, in addition to a few others. They also had a cute sign with my name and wedding date on it. I ended up trying on 9-11 dresses and the one I chose was actually one of their choices! I loved it and they were great in adding in some details to make it pop more as it was a very modern dress with no many details on it. Alterations were super easy, they always listened to any concerns I had and they were very accommodating if I needed to reschedule one. When picking up the dress they even loaded into my car for me. Great experience overall!

Leila was amazing to work with at Max Bridal. She made me feel comfortable and validated the feedback I had about different dresses. She took the time to find dresses that met my requirements. I didn’t end up buying my dress here but I would definitely recommend this shop to other brides and ask for Leila!

Found my dress today at Max Bridal! The salon itself was gorgeous and I loved my private room. My bridal consultant was Mikayla, who was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She picked out a few dresses for me to try that I wouldn’t have looked at on my own and I ended up finding “the one!” The entire staff was great. Max bridal was one of my FAVORITE parts of the wedding planning process. The women at Max make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and really know their stuff! Kayla was the consultant I worked with and she really listened to everything I was saying as well as was patient, kind, and encouraging.Through lots of trial and error, she helped me find my dream dress and made me feel special, comfortable and confident during my entire appointment. The rest of the process with Max was seamless. Ewa was my seamstress and she was a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. Ines took time out of her own schedule to assist my mom in tailoring her dress and my mom could not be happier to have crossed paths with Ines. Max bridal will always be a special place for me and I could not recommend better!

I’m a person of the less choices, the better. Max Bridal was the only dress store that I checked out and they were amazing! Very helpful and did not pressure me at all to make a decision. Inez was one of their seamstresses and did a beautiful job with my dress and bustle (it had a lot of layers in the cathedral train)

From the start of my appointment to the end was incredible. I worked with Emily and she listened to exactly what I wanted. I loved that she asked me the night before what gowns that I had my eye on and she automatically pulled them for me to try-on. Dress shopping can be super frustrating, but Emily made it beyond easy. I cannot recommend her and the salon enough!

The staff at max bridal was amazing! They made me feel comfortable and really listened to me when I was describing what I liked and disliked about the dresses I was trying on. Alterations with Ines were fun and easy! I live out of state and the staff was so accommodating when scheduling my dress appointments that I had to fly in for. Such an adorably decorated shop with great artwork perfect for taking a picture in front of. Champagne and a yes to the dress sign when you buy. The staff was so funny and helpful and kind and the prices are incredible. Frequent trunk shows for extra discounts, too!
