down, and seemed unsure about which size to order. At my “try on and take home” appointment in September, the gown did not zip. The manager, Leila, admitted the original measurements were clearly incorrect and told me a new dress would need to be ordered. Over the next several days, I received conflicting explanations: first that the salon made an error (Leila’s perspective), then that the designer was at fault (Bri, another manager’s perspective) and then that the designer could not be contacted. I repeatedly asked for written documentation and confirmation that a replacement order was placed, but the store was not transparent. Finally, instead of correcting their mistake, Max’s Bridal processed a refund and told me to purchase my gown elsewhere, framing it as a lack of “trust” on my part. While I appreciate that I was refunded, I am now left scrambling to reorder my dress before my wedding  Bridal gowns are a once-in-a-lifetime purchase, and the process should inspire confidence, not stress and confusion. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Max’s Bridal due to their lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care.

I thought I knew what I wanted for my dress but I let her pick a few dresses that she thought would look good on me and her choice ended up being my wedding dress! It was something I never thought I would pick but it was incredible. They let me see myself with the dress a veil and flowers and I knew it was the dress. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal suite to go to for my first experience.

I specifically worked with Jules who was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and was so helpful throughout the process!

She was particularly excited for me to start with one of those dresses, and that ended up being the one! She also helped me match it to the perfect veil. I’m excited for my upcoming fittings!

elf. I went back 3 times before I finally “said yes” and each time, the whole staff was so sweet and welcoming. They gave honest opinions and always made me feel so beautiful. My dress came in about 4 months after ordering and I began alterations in November. While they sounded expensive at first, Bernice was a literal magician so it was well worth it. She took my dress and make it fit me like a glove. She was so detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect. I was a little sad to leave for the last time with my dress!

l decorated with good lighting, especially in the main area where there is a GIANT mirror. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, young, and fashionable. My bridal attendant, Aliyah, was incredibly helpful, and understood my vision immediately. Every comment I made about a dress she took to heart before bringing in anything new. She did an amazing me feel comfortable and heard. By the end, Layla, came over and was just as amazing. They both made me feel like we were old friends which was huge considering these are people helping me pick the most important dress of my life. Prices were overall reasonable, and Aliyah did not bring anything over budget without discussing it with me first. Overall, I really felt appreciated here and not just like a walking credit card. We spent the whole time laughing, and even though we went past our appointment time, I never felt rushed out of the room. I could not recommend Max Bridal, especially Aliyah and Layla, enough!!

but boy did this salon change my perspective. I remember looking online for other salons, and I found a dress on their Instagram that really interested me, so I decided to book an appointment later that week. Their website has Pinterest boards of some of their in-stock dresses, and you can tell the team some of your favorite selections to get a general sense of what you’re looking for. Now on the day of the appointment, our group was running late due to highway traffic (we live 40 minutes away from the salon), and when I called the staff to give a heads up, they told me not to worry at all. When we arrived, Leila greeted us so warmly and told us to take our time looking and trying on dresses. She brought me to my fitting room, where all my selections from the Pinterest board were hung up and ready for me to try! I remember feeling so much joy trying on different dresses there. And then I tried on the dress I saw on their Instagram, and fell in love with it, knowing it had to be my dress, and I said “YES” pretty quickly! The dress took a few months to come in, and the team called me as soon as it was ready! They even have an in-house team of seamstresses, so I could get my alterations done in the same place without having to worry about finding a trusted one on my own. I worked with Inez, and she was so helpful in getting my dress perfect for my wedding day. They even prepped the dress for me, so I didn’t have to worry about prepping it all on my end after picking it up. All the Max Bridal staff were so friendly and bubbly, and I always felt so welcome when I would come for my appointments. Overall, I got so many compliments on my dress, and I am so happy I went to Max Bridal!

looking for. The dress I actually ended up choosing for my wedding was a dress that I was indifferent trying on because the picture online didn't wow me. However, this dress in person was jaw dropping. The second I tried on that dress I knew it was the one and I didn't want to bother looking anymore. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. When I had my dress on and was walking around the store I was given compliments by everyone and it made me feel really good about myself. I also loved the vibe of the smaller store and the private rooms, I was a little anxious going into dress shopping and having a more personal experience made it less overwhelming. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!!

bly complimentary, things quickly went downhill after I placed my order. I found the dress of my dreams. It had mesh details on the sides and back with appliqués, and I made sure to specify that I wanted the whole dress including the mesh in ivory. I did not want the mesh in nude because it didn’t compliment my skin tone. The associate reassured me multiple times that the dress and mesh would be ordered in ivory. I ordered my dress in late November and was told it would arrive in four months. But in March, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to check on the status. On March 13, I was told the dress was being shipped, I was told it will take a week or a month. Over a month later, on Thursday April 25, I called again and learned the dress was never shipped out. They blamed this HUGE mistake on the manufacturer for this delay and promised me it would shipped overnight and arrive the next day. I followed up on Tuesday April 30th, I was told the dress had just arrived that day. Last time I checked, that is not overnight, but once again I let it slide because I had full faith in them. At this point, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, and made an appointment to "see" the dress, which I had never heard of any other bridal store doing. I’ve been a bridesmaid on multiple occasions, and I have yet to hear any other bridal store request an appointment to see the dress, take it home because apparently, they don’t have room to hold the dress, and come back for another appointment for alterations. When I arrived for my appointment on May 5th, I was devastated to find they had ordered the wrong version of my dress. While the dress itself was ivory, the mesh was still the nude color I had specifically asked them to avoid. I was shocked and heartbroken. The associate apologized, and another staff member (who never introduced herself or explained her role) offered more apologies, but I was too stunned to process what was happening. I was in shock and I was mentally driving in auto mode. I didn’t know what to do, how to act, so I tried to stay calm. But what I really wanted to do is scream and become a bridezilla and throw a public tantrum, but that is just not in me. I didn’t want to cause a scene and ruin anyone else at the store experience, like they did to me. I couldn’t believe this was happening to me. They reassured me that their seamstress, Maya, could fix the issue, and will call me when they discuss it with her. I was heartbroken, and when I got home, I broke down and cried for the rest of the day. That shouldn’t happen when you see your wedding dress for the first time after purchasing it. When I didn’t hear from them after I left my 12pm appointment, I called at 4:30 p.m. (half an hour before closing) still crying, I was told that they were just about to call me (so convenient) and was reassured once again that Maya could fix the mesh issue. However, I had no reason to believe them at this point, as they had already made so many mistakes. Wedding planning is stressful enough without this kind of added anxiety. I cried nonstop for the rest of the day, and at my first alteration appointment on May 26th, I was still emotional. I requested to speak with the manager. The associate that I spoke to, not sure if she was the manager, she never introduced herself nor her job title. As I was crying hysterically, I expressed my frustration, how poorly the entire process had been handled. I told her about how terrible this whole experience was after ordering my dress, and how disappointed I was that I had to continuously follow up for my dress. I demanded some sort of discount or refund for their mistake whether it was for my dress that I already paid for, or alterations.The response? More empty apologies. I was told, “We’re sorry, but Maya is going to fix it,” which didn’t help ease the stress or the pain of realizing my dream dress was no longer going to be perfect. Well the only truth to that statement was Maya, is an amazing seamstress, but she isn’t a magician. Maya was the only part of the experience that was positive. She was kind, calming, and reassuring, but unfortunately, the damage had already been done. Maya explained that the nude mesh couldn’t be swapped for ivory on the back of the dress. At this point, it was too late to order a new dress, and I was left with a dress I didn’t fully love. At the end of it all, I received no compensation for the mistake Max Bridal made, nor any acknowledgment of the stress and anxiety their errors caused me. The only thing I heard was, “We’re sorry.” If you want a bridal experience that’s full of excitement and joy, avoid Max Bridal. I had to continuously follow up with them to ensure my dress was ordered and delivered, and when they made a huge mistake with my dress, there was no real solution. The entire experience was unprofessional, and I’m left with a constant feeling of anxiety every time I think about it, even months later. Trusting Max Bridal with your wedding dress is a gamble. And personally, I wouldn't risk it.

rivate room so you don’t need to be out and stepping over other brides in wedding gowns which takes a lot of pressure off! Everyone at the salon is the absolute sweetest and so professional! My seamstress was ines who was an absolute gem. I trusted her from the getgo and I’m so happy I did! She was so sweet and did such an amazing job on my gown. I can never thank max bridal enough for making my wedding dress shopping so memorable and so amazing!! Cannot recommend this salon enough!

I had Micaela as my consultant and Ines as my seamstress. The fact that you go into a seperate room to try on dresses was a huge bonus for me and that I was able to choose 4 or 5 gowns to have ready for me when I got there, my dress ended up being one of those😊 every step in the process was seamless and was never stressful. Ines was honest and that’s what we needed for our alterations. I am so happy that they were part of my day!!

n I arrived they had already pulled out dresses that matched these images, in addition to a few others. They also had a cute sign with my name and wedding date on it. I ended up trying on 9-11 dresses and the one I chose was actually one of their choices! I loved it and they were great in adding in some details to make it pop more as it was a very modern dress with no many details on it. Alterations were super easy, they always listened to any concerns I had and they were very accommodating if I needed to reschedule one. When picking up the dress they even loaded into my car for me. Great experience overall!

ate was just waiting for my "aha moment" response and did not feel enthusiastic or encouraging as I tried on various dresses to see what I wanted. Later that day, I went to Max Bridal and my associate with SO sweet and helpful. I may not be the most emotional bride when it came to trying on dresses but she helped me figure out what I liked about certain dresses and what I didn't. She gave suggestions and we went from there until I was able to narrow it down to my original dress that I had tried on at the previous store. However, Max Bridal at the time wasn't yet having their trunk show deal (it was the following week), so for me to get the same dress at Max Bridal would cost MORE than if I went to that original (less friendly) store. However, because Max Bridal was so much more welcoming and helpful, I decided to do business with them to show them how much we appreciated their quality of service we received from them. I also later got my alterations done by their recommended seamstress that would meet me at Max Bridal and use the space. They were flexible with my schedule and all in all made for a great experience. Would recommend :)

She let me try on the "fun" dresses to get the curiosity out of my system, but listened to what I liked in different dresses, and found one dress that found everything I liked in one! I knew it was mine from the moment I put it on. They make you feel so special at Max Bridal, the whole team got so excited when I said "yes" to my dress and we even enjoyed with some champagne! All of the girls at Max Bridal are very sweet and knowledgeable. They make sure to schedule you appropriately for your alterations and are very professional. The seamstress at Max Bridal is also amazing, and patient. She listens when you want something a certain way without judgement or batting an eye. She is also so fast! She re did my bustle placement in about 3 minutes flat! I swear she is magic because she made my dress fit like an absolute glove, even in the tricky spots. She made sure she got those right before I left. I have recommended all my friends to say "Yes" to their dress at Max Bridal!
