We were very disappointed with this vendor. It rained on the day of our wedding. Our flight was scheduled at 9:45 for our sendoff. We were told by the venue owner they would make a decision at 8pm, and it was possible we could fly if the rain let up. To our surprise, they cancelled our flight at 4pm, but we noticed when we left for our sendoff the weather was dry. The venue told us MaxFlight would process our refund the next day, but it took almost two weeks. We paid them by credit card, and requested the refund in the same tender, but the ignored us and sent us a check instead.
