Absolutely amazing teachers, great atmosphere, and their prices are super reasonable. Been going here for lessons for years and I can't wait to start practicing for our first dance...
in private lessons!
I had separate dance lessons at this studio with my husband and my dad. Our instructor, Nicole, was amazingly! She was patient and choreographed dances for us that were fun but sim...
ple. I'm hoping to go back there soon for additional lessons!
My husband and I met with Nicole to take 2 lessons for our wedding first dance. She choreographed a fun, but still simple enough dance for us within the two sessions, and ran us th...
rough it enough that we felt ready for our big debut! Nicole made us feel comfortable right away even though neither of us had ever ballroom danced before and she gave clear direction and guidance to help us be more graceful than I ever thought possible. My dad and I took lessons with her also, and learned some really nice moves for our dance. We all had such a relaxing, enjoyable time with her, and my husband, who's always been resistant about ballroom dancing, even wants to go back for more classes! So worth it even if you can only take a few lessons!!
We enjoyed taking our salsa lessons here!!
Both my husband and I are horrible dancers. We started lessons only 2 weeks before our wedding. Blake did an amazing job putting together a first dance for us that was easy to fo...
llow and made us look like pros!
Michael was great! We came to our first lesson with our music and from that first daywe started putting together steps for our routine. We took 5 lessons but 3-4 would have been ...
sufficient. Everyone told us how great we looked on the dance floor and now it's more fun going to weddings because we can"properly" slow dance now!
We got 5 lessons for $300- which is GREAT compared to other studios. Chris was nice and friendly, and very patient with my now husbands 2 left feet. Looking back I wish we had spen...
d less time on our first dance and more time on fun dance moves to use throughout the night.
A co-worker has been trying to get me to take dance lessons for years. I am not a dancer, but the wedding pushed me over the edge! My now hubby and started dance lessons a few mo...
nths before the wedding and surprisingly loved it! The instructors are great, and we were always able to request we dance together (instead of rotate) to practice for the big day. Some of my favorite instructors are: Nicole, Bev, and Blake, but they're all great! Minus one star for not always having the dances I'm interested in, but you can't please everyone!
We had private lessons from Jackie Sanchez at May I Have This Dance. She assisted us in selecting a song and choreographed a wonderful dance for us! We didn't have any experience...
with dance lessons and we (mostly me) wanted something fun with spins and dips. It was perfect and provided SO MANY good photos! I loved it!
A friend gave us a 5 pack of dance classes for our wedding gift. We hadn't really thought about the dance really since we were so busy with other tasks. It made sense that we did...
n't want to rock around the room while everyone watched so we gladly accepted the gift.
It was difficult and we are not good dancers! We had Jackie as our dance instructer and she was so patient. She choreographed a dance to our song. In the end we struggled a bit, but we had all of the moves that she had taught us, so while we mixed it up a bit, no one had any clue. I was glad we had a legitimate first dance.
Also, Jackie was very accomodating with our work schedules and met with us pretty late during the week and on Sunday afternoons.
The most fun place to take dance lessons, and the instructors are great! We had Jackie, and she was wonderful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn't danced before an...
