Dress shopping at Maya Palace was easily one of the most fun days I have ever had. Margarita made me feel so beautiful and had the best recommendations. My dress was amazing and I couldn't have found a dress that was more "me" than the one I found. My dress was altered here, and I was so happy with how it turned out. Maya Palace is the best!

Maya Palace made the dress shopping experience easy and fun. As a plus-size bride I was worried about how I would feel trying on dresses and the women who helped me were beyond patient and helpful. I found the dress of my dreams and they made my vision come to life by also altering my mom's veil to use for my big day. They were invested in the journey for me and I will never forget them.

Colleen and Maria were wonderful! I had bought a dress from Maya Palace in November. I took it to a different shop to be altered and the dress was ruined. We went back and worked with Colleen and Maria and they made sure I found a new dress that I loved! They were so kind, professional and helpful during this really stressful situation.

My dress appointment was July 30th, 2022 and I had such a good time! Margarita picked out wonderful dresses that matched my style. I walked away having picked out a dress and ordered my dream wedding dress. The seamstresses did a wonderful job.

This bridal shop & fashion shop has been in business a long time and never fails to serve their customers well and have a great inventory. I looked here as a young bride and now my daughter is doing the the same. Their buyer is great, good quality and range of styles and options. Their service is personable and attentive. I always think I should go up to Phx only to find closer to home at Maya Palace is where I return to purchase.

Maria was an excellent assistant, she even picked out a top three dress! She explained things clearly, was efficient and fun.

I had an appointment with Maria and or was just so amazing, she took time to speak with my family, made everyone comfortable, helped to give me options I didn't even knew I had but really added to the dress. When you go here you really won't need your other appointments, you're sure to find the one and not break your bank in the process. They were quick to bring accessories and double check measurements to make sure everything would be perfect, even helped me to make sure the alterations would be done on time for my wedding! They were really kind and respectful about my other appointment for the day, and shared in our joy of finding the dress, if you're stressed about looking for your perfect dress that isn't really expensive, go here and the stress will roll of your shoulders and you'll be able to find what you want, don't be scared to try on a little of everything go with your gut instinct you'll know it when you see it. Mayas palace was a beautiful experience and I'm glad we were able to be there for the say yes to the dress moment.

I got my dress from Maya Palace after visiting a few places. The staff there was so knowledgeable and friendly. Maria specifically picked up on my style right away and new exactly what I would want and found my perfect dress immediately. I am so happy that I decided to look for a dress here!

I got my wedding dress from Maya Palace after looking online for local bridal shops with great reviews. Maya Palace helped me with my non-traditional bridal shopping: I went alone but had my sister and friend on Zoom. Margarita was so helpful and found me beautiful dresses to try on. She helped me stick to my budget and quickly learned the style I was going for. After my dress came in, the seamstress (I think her name was Maysoon?) was so skilled in getting my dress to fit me so perfectly. Everyone there was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend going to Maya Palace for a wedding dress.

Maya Palace was fantastic. The staff was so helpful from the beginning. I was getting my dress a little bit on the late side. I had looked at a few other places and did not anything that was right for me. The staff asked questions and then guided me to dresses that were available right away without having to be ordered. They listened to my comments on all the dresses and helped me find the perfect dress. It had everything I wanted, sparkles, flowers, and it was a long flowy ballgown dress. The seamstress was amazing and very attentive. The shop also has clothes for everyone involved in a wedding. I highly recommend Maya Palace.

This was the first and last wedding dress store I visited! They have a huge selection and I was able to find my dream dress right off the bat. They make everything super easy, including the alterations. Everyone we worked with was very pleasant as well. Highly recommend!

I saw Maya Palace’s dresses at the 2022 Tucson Bridal Expo and LOVED their dresses. Out on a whim one day, my mother took me there to look at wedding dresses just for fun but found my PERFECT dress - we bought it right then and there without hesitation! Maya Palace has an impressive selection that fits any bride for any budget. We went back today for my first alteration fitting, and was very happy with the service Maisoon provided. I look forward to shopping here in the future for party dresses and will definitely be recommending Maria for finding your wedding dress!

I loved my experience at Maya Palace with Maria! I said yes to a dress! They have a huge selection of dresses which worked out for me as a non-traditional bride. We had a sectioned off space to ourselves to be as goofy and fun as we wanted. The fitting room was large and comfortable to get in and out of dresses easily. She let me do my own thing (which I wanted) and she came immediately when requested for help. I also never felt pressured to buy anything which was a bonus.

This was the first place I went to and Lori took such great care of me and my family! She made me feel so pretty and special. I couldn’t help but fall in love with every dress here. I chose my first dress that I tried on that day! 10/10 would recommend.

I bought my dress from here, my sister just bought her dress and my other sister who is in pageantry always gets her gowns from here. My experience was nothingness but amazing, they brought me different styles and even said they can customize parts of my dress. I will always recommend this place

I said YES to the dress at Maya a year before my date, but lived abroad until right before the wedding. So, we ordered the size I needed and arranged to have a "dedicated" seamstress for the week before the wedding as I would need alternations in a short time. Reem, one of Maya's seamstresses, met us first thing in the morning after I arrived in Tucson and was great. I had my shoes on a fitting day, and I'd lost more weight than I thought so the alterations were a bit more than expected. I also had bra pads put in, which were a bit pricey, but SO worth it for the comfort and support of bigger breasts. She did the alterations in 5 days, I was told between 4 and 5. I forgot the shoes at the 2nd fitting, and it was a touch long at the wedding, but it was a heavy dress and probably fell a bit. But I loved the dress and it really did fit wonderfully!! The bustle was great too and I could dance well! I was glad to have wide heels though, cause I probably would have ripped my toole on a spiky heel. The dress was nice quality, though I know Maya doesn't make them. For the price, $1100 and the price of alterations $400, I would have liked a wooden hanger at least, the plastic one nearly buckled and needed to be swapped out for pictures. They also steamed my 20-year-old veil, which was very nice of them! Overall great service. Store staff can be a little distracted and slow, but everyone is very nice.

Maya Palace was the best bridal boutique I’ve been to in Tucson. Not only so they have a thorough selection of all different styles and brands but they also have a tons of knowledge on ways to modify dresses to fit the brides wants. The ladies who work there are incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. All of the hard work on alterations made the dress feel super comfortable and stunning for my wedding day. My mother also bought her day of dress at Maya Palace and her experience was just as wonderful. Thank you to them for the wonderful role you played in my wedding!

Maya's Palace had a great and broad selection of dresses. Definitely felt like they had a larger selection than most of the places we visited. Susie helped me find my wedding dress and was just wonderful throughout the process. Reem was also wonderful and did a great job with the alterations.

This was the absolute worst experience. They didn’t help us find dresses, stuck us in a dirty area with used champagne glasses, didn’t help me out on or take off the dresses, did t even get my name right when we were done with our appointment. Didn’t feel special at all.

They were also so patient, kind, and helpful in understanding my style. They provided recommendations of dresses I might also like, but also let me choose what I liked on the sales floor. Maya Palace is amazing! Teresa was not only my seamstress who altered my dress perfectly, but she helped me find my dream dress. She was able to piece together my random thoughts and found the dress of my dreams. Last minute I wanted to try a veil and it honestly made my most crazy gorgeous dream come true. They have everything and their staff is just the icing on the wedding cake! I love them like family now and could not imagine my fairytale becoming reality anywhere else.

If you want a dress that fits perfectly and a second-guessing free experiance, Maya Palace is your place! All the ladies make you feel so welcome and know what they're talking about. My stylist listened carefully to what I was looking for and brought my many options plus a few that she thought would flatter my figure. That's how I found the perfect dress that was bacially build for me. Their in-house seamstress only had to alter the hem and bustle it for me. I'm also a seamstress and could tell she was excellent at her craft. Also, the veil and floral crown piece my stylist picked out for me was exactly what I had been hunting for. Etsy had similar styles for 4x the price! So I was very happy at finding what I was looking for (I'm a very picky shopper). I bought my dress in October 2020, it had to be ordered and arrived in early January 2021. I had two fittings and had the dress in my possesion by mid-February with my wedding in mid-March. They also offer a voucher for dress preservation and I'll be working on that here soon (been married 10 days lol).

I couldn't have imagined going anywhere else after my amazing experience with Maya's Palace. From scheduling to alterations, everything has been so smooth, especially considering all the rescheduling involved due to Covid. My initial appointment was phenomenal, they even gave us champagne for a toast when I found the dress! And I can't say enough great things about Reem, the seamstress who did my alterations. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this bridal boutique. I came in with a vision and they helped me make my dreams a reality! They knew exactly what kind of dress I wanted and helped me find the best one for my body. They were so understanding with the new Covid regulations when I went in for a fitting they even provided extra masks for my mother and sister to use so they could be a part of my special time. The seamstress even made me a mask out of the extra lace from my dress ❤️❤️❤️

I purchased my wedding dress for a March 2020 wedding from Maya Palace. After researching designers and styles and then trying other bridal salons, where the prices were much higher and none of the styles were quite what I was looking for, my godmother suggested trying Maya Palace. I walked in one day on a whim and Suzie helped me look at a few options. She was very kind and thorough even though I was a walk-in and the store was busy. The number of choices was a little overwhelming so I decided to make an appointment and come back another time. Suzie helped me again at my scheduled appointment time and I was able to make a choice with the caveat that it would need some alterations. The dress arrived a little ahead of schedule and I started alteration appointments with Sylvia. Sylvia and her team were amazing and did an excellent job on the alterations - they really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend giving Maya Palace a try.

When we first walked in I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy the experience. The building itself it’s packed full of bridal gowns and all kinds of formal dresses. It was a little overwhelming to be honest but once we checked in and Maggie greeted us everything changed. She was beyond helpful and made the whole process fun and exciting. I couldn’t be happier to have said “Yes to the dress!” And cannot wait to wear my dress. Thank you Maggie for all your help and being amazing to work with! (We had a lot of mom opinions and this was the third stop.)

The worst wedding dress shopping experience. My soon to be mother in law travels to Tucson frequently and likes this store. So when her son and I got engaged she was set on us taking a trip to wedding dress shop here. She tried to set up an appointment with her regular helper but she was out of town. Instead, we got an appointment with the owner, Suzie. We arrived to the store for our 10AM appointment and we reportedly weren't in their books despite my mother in law confirming by phone the day before. Suzie wasn't even there yet - she was "running an errand" per another employee. Suzie arrived twenty minutes later and unfortunately the experience didn't improve. I wasn't even asked what my style or vision was, therefore all the dresses she pulled were pretty much the opposite of what I wanted. I also found out halfway through that she was helping another client, which makes sense since she wasn't around multiple times when I needed help getting into a dress. Overall it was just a bad experience and I left never wanting to go back.

where do I even begin!? From the moment I walked into Maya Palace I knew this was the place I would buy my wedding gown. I was treated by Myrna who clearly takes pride in what she does. She made me feel right at home and had me in a room trying on gowns the same day when I only thought I would be looking. The selection of gowns is incredible and the quality is by far the best in town. The salon is full of unique and absolutely stunning selections you won't find anywhere else. Myrna has an eye for what makes you look "WOW!" and knows how to accessorize to the T. She made me feel like family and always gave me her honest and most professional opinion. I was able to trust her 110% along the way, eating my wedding stress and jitters. My seamstress Rheem was my fairy godmother (literally the sweetest and kindest person I've ever met!) who took the utmost care in making sure my gown and veil were absolutely perfect. I must have tried my gown on about 10 times over a few months and she always greeted me with equal excitement. She put my mind at ease knowing that she was a professional. As I said, you won't find this kind of quality, selection or service anywhere else in town. Myrna will work with your wedding budget and offers payment options. Maya place was absolutely amazing. I decided on a dress a year before my date which gave me plenty of time to doubt and have ideas. This place was fantastic! Maria set up my appointment and we had a room to ourselves with my female family and friends. I was very open-minded so she brought out dresses she thought would look good on me. She had amazing taste and helped me pick the dress of my dreams! They called me to let me know every time they received one of my accessories. Since the dress was shipped to the store, they said I could come in anytime family was in town to show them and just enjoy being in my dress before my big day. I had a great experience with them! They really do care and want you to feel like a princess.

I have been asked so many times where I found my dress and I am eager to say it was Maya Palace. I had the most beautiful gown! The store manager understood better than I did what I was looking for. They had such a wide selection but they were so knowledgable about what they had and how to match what I was looking for. I was an out of state bride but originally from Arizona and Maya Palace was so understanding and accommodating to my schedule of when I'd be in town. I cannot say enough about there alterations, Reim is absolute magic. My gown was fitted as if originally made for me all thanks to her. I am still in awe of her work.

Nope- Margarita went straight to work helping me see what works, what doesn't, more "this" less "that" and an hour later ( with absolutely no rush at all) I found my perfect gown, and took the store sample! After purchasing the dress, they held onto it for me for a few months before we began alterations. I worked with Sylvia and she made magic happen while making me feel like the only person there, and the most beautiful bride ever. No rushing at all, and most importantly honest feed back about changes you want to make. Now that I have my dress, Im actually a little sad that I dont get to see them once every few weeks! I was so glad I came here! My first bridal experience at a different shop was disappointing. When I came here for my second try at dress shopping I found the one!! Maria was so nice and let us pick some dresses and also shopped around for me too. She constantly came around checking on us and was there when I needed her but also gave us space to talk about the dresses in private too. Maya Palace has a gorgeous collection of dresses! Maria helped me pick out the most beautiful dress that I would never have even thought to try on. Reem made fabulous alterations so that my dress fit perfectly.

The dresses are beautiful, Margarita is a joy to work with. Sylvia the taylor did a phenomenal job with alterations. My dress was perfect and worth every penny! From the first time we walked in to the cleaning and preservation afterwards I felt cared for and special.

As a bride who purchased a dress online i felt the need to go in and check to see if i should do any alterations to my dress, and to look into seeing if i could have a large stain on the third layer removed or covered. The ladies at Maya palace were nothing short of amazing to me. I had tried on dresses in bridal stores before purchasing online and had never felt very much like a bride. They reassured me the dress was absolutely perfect and they didn't believe it needed any alterations. They also believed they could REMOVE the stain! I asked to see veils and jewellery and they definitely delivered! I tried several veils and picked one, im very decisive, but they recommended i try just one more. It was the one! It matched the lace beautifully and i immediately fell in love! They were not trying to make extra money but rather the veil was $30 cheaper. We then went over to the jewellery and i was shown the most gorgeous earrings and was shocked to see the low price tag. I left the store feeling elated and excited too see the results of the cleaning! I returned less than a week later and recieved my beautiful, no longer stained,wedding dress. I cannot recommend Maya Palace enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful!

They have such a beautiful selection of gowns and not just wedding gowns! Our day went a little different than we had planned and they took us almost two hours before our scheduled appointment. I tried on a number of dresses and was not completely set on what I wanted. The staff was helpful, it was our last stop of the day and I found the dress of my dreams here. Highly recommend!

Low budget brides beware- I have never felt so demoralized and disrespected. I had a very specific style and price point (under $1000) in mind, and completely understood when I went in the first time and was told they did not have what I was looking for. But then the manager called because they had my number from a bridal show, and said that they had exactly what I wanted in a sample, and promised to call, but wanted me to make an appointment in the meantime. After a few weeks I decided to stop in to see for myself, since the first time I was there I was unaware that they had a separate shop for sample gowns. I came at a busy time, did not mind waiting for a while, and completely understood when they said they couldn't take me over to the other shop due to staffing. They encouraged me to make an appointment, but my time is valuable (as is theirs) and all I needed was 3-5 minutes to see if it was worth it. So I came back again mid-week, afraid I was missing this "perfect gown". I waited for 15 minutes while I watched every other person in the shop be helped, phone orders me made, and each salesperson pass me off from one person to another, even whispering behind their hands and giggling before the final person finally took me to the other shop. When I arrived I was crushed and humiliated. They had maybe 5 dresses over a bridal 14, nothing even close to what I was looking for. It was then that I realized they had been stringing me along and pressuring me to make an appointment so they could upsell me, and that I was ignored each time I came in because without the opportunity to get me to spend more I was worthless to them. I ended up driving 2 hours for the perfect bridal experience, and recommend that other frugal brides do the same.

Maya Palace has the MOST beautiful wedding dresses in Tucson, and can contend with any big city bridal shop as far as selection. What you won't find in a bigger bridal store, is the sincere personal attention of salespeople and seamstresses like you find here. The ladies at Maya Palace made me feel so beautiful during the fittings, and they were even able to alter my daughter's dress which was purchased from another store. If you're in Tucson, go to Maya Palace for your dress. Skip the mall.

Maya Palace has a beautiful selection of dresses, and all of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The young woman who helped me find my dress was great, bringing dresses she thought I might like to the dressing room, which made the potentially overwhelming task of looking through rows of dresses much easier! Being a 1st time bride, 5'2" and over 50 years old, I was having a hard time finding an what I would call an "age appropriate" dress. Suzi and staff were very attentive and honest with me about what I was looking for and what would look good on me. We found an amazing outfit for the evening: Top, long skirt and jacket in silk lace. While the vendor said they did not make it in the shade of white I wanted, Suzi had another contact to the same vendor and I had the pieces in the color I wanted within 2 weeks. Alterations were flawless and made the look perfect. We also purchased non-traditional outfits for the Matrons of Honor--- flowy silk pants and top. The ladies loved them and I bought a set in another color for a future event. I look forward to going back for any future needs I have.

Maria is fantastic here. This place made me feel like a princess in my entire shopping experience with them. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!

I went in yesterday with my aunt, mom, sister, and grandma to find a dress for my wedding (10/5/18). I was really excited at the variety offered and the way the dresses were organized made it easy to browse and pull dresses that would fit me. My consultant, Maria, was very helpful and positive and let me and my family pick dresses to try on. I couldn't be happier with the dresses I tried on and I ended up saying "yes" to a gorgeous dress I would have never originally chosen. I would highly recommend going to Maya Palace for a fun, unique bridal experience.

I happened to come by planning to just look at dresses and they were so great and got me in for an appointment and I found the perfect dress! I couldn't have found it without the help of Maria. She was also sweet enough to come in the next day, on her day off!, so that I could bring my family to come and see the dress before I made a final choice! Such a great experience! Edit: I wanted to add here that my alterations experience was also amazing. I was a little nervous that the initial appt would get lost in the shuffle because I scheduled it over a year out but nope, not a single issue. And in the 6 weeks between my first appointment and my wedding, they were able to do three fittings. They held onto my dress and veil after steaming them and I was able to pick them up perfectly ready to go the day before my wedding. Excellent experience!!!

Love Maya Palace!! They have such a great selection of bridal gowns! I recently just bought my dress from them and have nothing to complain about! The service is great and they always try to accommodate you and find what your looking for.

This is the 2nd dress I've purchased from Maya; first, a bridesmaids dress and now my wedding dress. I also took my sister, best friend and now sister-in-law, here & they all purchased their wedding dresses at Maya Palace as well. The women are so knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do! I found my dress in about an hour and a half. I worked Maria and we discussed the styles that I was interested in. After trying on a few dresses, she suggested something different. I loved it! Our wedding is the end of this month and I am so excited to wear my dress as I walk down the isle!! This is the best place to go in tucson for women's formal wear, hands down!!

Thank you Maya Palace for being there from start to finish. I've never experienced such exceptional customer service. The girls here truly helped me find my dream dress and were unbelievably supportive and helpful all the way until the day of our wedding.

I wish I could give zero stars, I live in Phoenix and made an appointment 2-3 weeks ago where I specifically asked for a dress, they told me they had it in a larger size that what I wore. when I get there they told me they didn't have it, then they said they did have it. so they pulled the dress (the place is so tight, unless you're like a size 4 you have to awkwardly walk through between the racks) then they put me in a regular dressing room. the dress was exactly my dress size so it was tight and it got twisted and could get to untested so I had Maria come help to try untwist, she tried a little bit then gave up and told me that I should just go out and show my mom and sister. I wasn't buttoned up in the back and I could feel how twisted it was. so I got out of that dress and went to try on a second and that one didn't fit either. So then I was told by Maria that we would be going to the bridal rooms cause one opened up. So we went and the bridal room was still occupied by the previous party so she told me to go look at more dresses and by the time we were done we could head into a room. Well, that didn't happen stood there for another 15 minutes awkwardly while the the other party stood there talking and taking pictures. Maya palace should have asked them to wrap it up since the next appointment was there, however they did nothing. I told my mom I wanted to leave so I told them we were leaving, they told me to wait a few more minutes and I could have a room. it was too late by then. You can't fix that, maybe if only one of those things happened it might have been ok, but no. I will NEVER go back.

I love being able to go to a local business for such a large purchase. They have a great selection of wedding dresses from sale/purchase floor models to brand new higher budget dresses. The first time i went in, i did not have an exactly idea on a dress so the attendant brought me a few samples and i chose from that. Then she brought in more examples of the ones I enjoyed from the first set of samples and so on. It was great not having to look on racks. The dressing areas are very roomy so bring your family/friends (maybe no more than 4). Definitely book an appointment ahead of time to get a room/attendant. They call when the dress is ready and book for the fittings with plenty of time.

amazing !! helped me find my dream dress at a good price. I was afraid of not finding the right dress or finding one too expensive but they helped me with my exact likes and dislikes and were so incredibly helpful. they can also do all kinds of alterations to make it perfect. so excited to see my finished dress. thank you !!

Maya's palace has great products and everything that we wanted, however not one order was done right! First was the wedding dress that I did not know was in nor had I seen it. They called and said there was water damage in the store and I needed to pick it up immediately (I was out of town). I refused to pick it up without trying it on but stressed all week that it was damaged. Then was the flower girl dress that they lost! It has to be re-ordered. Then the failed to ever inform me that the veil came in until I called 2 weeks after the due date for it. Then the mother in-law ordered a dress. First they told her it was lost! She was in tears being so close to the wedding and still needing alterations. Then a few days later they "found" the dress but it was ordered in the wrong size. Then the jewelry ordered was again "lost" a week later they found the necklace but have not found the earrings. With the wedding only being 3 weeks away. They were so easy to say things were lost and not urgent to fix anything or try to correct their mistakes. They made the entire process way more stressful than it ever should have been with thousands spent at their store. I am just hoping to get the dress back with proper alterations. Once bringing these issues to their attention they were great in fixing the problems and making sure everything was perfect.

All their staff went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was accounted for and perfect! You can tell everyone who works there loves their job!
