They had soo many options size 16+ and well into the 20s. Colleen was amazing and helped me customize many of the dresses with sleeves and veils until I found one that I absolutely loved. Everyone was so kind while I was there. I can’t wait to go back for my alterations next year.

After trying on maybe 5 or 6 dresses, my daughter was done. She felt frustrated and that she was somehow being a burden. This was surprising to all of us because her sister found and bought her dress at this salon - VERY different experience. When we left that salon, her sister decided to call Maya Palace. We had purchased from them before and knew that they have a good selection and quality. We did not have an appointment but they were very happy to have us come in to look. In the 20 minutes it took us to get there you would think that we had a scheduled appointment weeks in advance. They had set up a viewing room with seating. They welcomed us and encouraged us to look at dresses and pick out anything my daughter would like to consider. We were very fortunate to work with Fyohar. She's a fashion designer and had so many wonderful suggestions. She treated my daughter as if she was her own personal designer. She was very knowledgeable about fabrics, fit and styles. She suggested add-ons, straps or sleeves for instance, and even got lace, straps, bows, etc. and added them to show how it could look, explaining that their excellent seamstresses could do whatever she wanted. She encouraged my daughter to try on dresses that she might not have considered, because in her experience, she has seen that sometimes you may love what you think that you don't. She was correct, more things were considered. To her own surprise my daughter found the perfect dress at Maya Palace. Once she decided on the dress, they immediately checked to make sure they could order her size. Two seamstresses came in to take her measurements and decide the correct size to order for her. She has complete confidence that it will fit her perfectly once it comes in and they fit it to her. After a disappointing start at the "premier" boutique, we all had so much fun at Maya Palace. It was exactly what shopping for your wedding dress should be; fun, relaxing, exciting and feeling a little pampered. I can't say enough about the customer service they offer - exceptional. If you book an appointment with them you should absolutely request Fyohar, she's an absolute gem. If you don't book an appointment, I hope you get her to help you, as we did.

They were quick to bring accessories and double check measurements to make sure everything would be perfect, even helped me to make sure the alterations would be done on time for my wedding! They were really kind and respectful about my other appointment for the day, and shared in our joy of finding the dress, if you're stressed about looking for your perfect dress that isn't really expensive, go here and the stress will roll of your shoulders and you'll be able to find what you want, don't be scared to try on a little of everything go with your gut instinct you'll know it when you see it. Mayas palace was a beautiful experience and I'm glad we were able to be there for the say yes to the dress moment.

but had my sister and friend on Zoom. Margarita was so helpful and found me beautiful dresses to try on. She helped me stick to my budget and quickly learned the style I was going for. After my dress came in, the seamstress (I think her name was Maysoon?) was so skilled in getting my dress to fit me so perfectly. Everyone there was so helpful and kind, I highly recommend going to Maya Palace for a wedding dress.

g that was right for me. The staff asked questions and then guided me to dresses that were available right away without having to be ordered. They listened to my comments on all the dresses and helped me find the perfect dress. It had everything I wanted, sparkles, flowers, and it was a long flowy ballgown dress. The seamstress was amazing and very attentive. The shop also has clothes for everyone involved in a wedding. I highly recommend Maya Palace.

my PERFECT dress - we bought it right then and there without hesitation! Maya Palace has an impressive selection that fits any bride for any budget. We went back today for my first alteration fitting, and was very happy with the service Maisoon provided. off space to ourselves to be as goofy and fun as we wanted. The fitting room was large and comfortable to get in and out of dresses easily. She let me do my own thing (which I wanted) and she came immediately when requested for help. I also never felt pressured to buy anything which was a bonus.

ss for the week before the wedding as I would need alternations in a short time. Reem, one of Maya's seamstresses, met us first thing in the morning after I arrived in Tucson and was great. I had my shoes on a fitting day, and I'd lost more weight than I thought so the alterations were a bit more than expected. I also had bra pads put in, which were a bit pricey, but SO worth it for the comfort and support of bigger breasts. She did the alterations in 5 days, I was told between 4 and 5. I forgot the shoes at the 2nd fitting, and it was a touch long at the wedding, but it was a heavy dress and probably fell a bit. But I loved the dress and it really did fit wonderfully!! The bustle was great too and I could dance well! I was glad to have wide heels though, cause I probably would have ripped my toole on a spiky heel. The dress was nice quality, though I know Maya doesn't make them. For the price, $1100 and the price of alterations $400, I would have liked a wooden hanger at least, the plastic one nearly buckled and needed to be swapped out for pictures. They also steamed my 20-year-old veil, which was very nice of them! Overall great service. Store staff can be a little distracted and slow, but everyone is very nice.

All of the hard work on alterations made the dress feel super comfortable and stunning for my wedding day. and found the dress of my dreams. Last minute I wanted to try a veil and it honestly made my most crazy gorgeous dream come true. They have everything and their staff is just the icing on the wedding cake! I love them like family now and could not imagine my fairytale becoming reality anywhere else.

t. My stylist listened carefully to what I was looking for and brought my many options plus a few that she thought would flatter my figure. That's how I found the perfect dress that was bacially build for me. Their in-house seamstress only had to alter the hem and bustle it for me. I'm also a seamstress and could tell she was excellent at her craft. Also, the veil and floral crown piece my stylist picked out for me was exactly what I had been hunting for. Etsy had similar styles for 4x the price! So I was very happy at finding what I was looking for (I'm a very picky shopper). I bought my dress in October 2020, it had to be ordered and arrived in early January 2021. I had two fittings and had the dress in my possesion by mid-February with my wedding in mid-March. They also offer a voucher for dress preservation and I'll be working on that here soon (been married 10 days lol).

ll the rescheduling involved due to Covid. My initial appointment was phenomenal, they even gave us champagne for a toast when I found the dress! And I can't say enough great things about Reem, the seamstress who did my alterations. She is an absolute sweetheart, she even made a mask from the leftover lace from my dress!
