Brooke with Mayapple Weddings did an amazing job bringing our wedding to life. We did not start out with a particularly strong aesthetic vision for the event, but knew exactly the vibe we wanted: personal, relaxed, and fun.
Thanks to Brooke’s attention to detail and organization, our wedding was all of these things — and more. Brooke helped us keep our wedding extremely intentional, checking in at every step to make sure it still felt like us.
Brooke kept us on track from the initial stages of planning. She prompted us to think through every detail of the event so when the day arrived, we could simply sit back and enjoy the party. These details ranged from silverware choice to bringing activities for kids to revising and redesigning our invitations and signage. She skillfully coordinated all of our vendors, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She also helped me navigate through the weeds of contracts and ensured all our questions were answered along the way.
Leading up to the wedding, we were lucky enough to experience some unpredictable weather. Brooke created multiple contingency plans and executed them beautifully on the day of. We felt very at peace with Brooke running the show. We knew she would do everything she could to help us have the wedding we wanted.
Overall, we have nothing but wonderful things to say about working with Brooke and Mayapple Weddings. We had an absolutely beautiful day and wouldn’t have changed a thing. I feel confident we could not have pulled together this wedding without Brooke and would recommend her to anyone without reservation!

Brookside Gardens is already a beautiful space, and Brooke knew exactly how to let the venue shine. Her design approach was intentional and perfectly understated. She proved that less is truly more, creating a calm, familiar atmosphere without adding unnecessary noise.
Brooke managed our vendors and our family members seamlessly - no small task! She kept everyone on schedule and went above and beyond in coordinating family member transportation to multiple locations at various times, allowing me and my partner to just relax and enjoy our day.

For me, weddings are art. A very personal kind of performance art, you might say.
