This place is run from a scam artist family !! Please do not come here . I wouldn’t waste my time trying to prove to couples for there wedding or need a ride by them . They try to take money from people ! They tried with my husband and I .. took them to small claims court . Please go to the one Jericho turnpike in commack there really good people and will take care of you . The family that runs this place are scams and liers

This company was taken over by two women 3 years ago and what a difference!!! My family has been using them for years and the new owners have really stepped up their game. The cars are cleaner, newer, and the drivers provide amazing service. I just used them for my wedding and had a great experience.

Very unreliable! Do not use this company for your Limo. We booked a Limo, for a Thursday night,gave a deposit and confirmed. I called the day previous to pick up and was told "the Limo broke down and there was nothing they could do". I inquired as to if they were planning on notifying me and they said, they were going to send a regular Suburban truck. I booked a limo not an regular truck. They said they checked with the Owner, Mrs. McMann and she said no other Limos that size were available and although they had some "wedding limos" would not upgrade us. We were told it was not their fault, the limo broke down. Unbelievable. Terrible Customer Service. No call and no apology. I have no idea how this "family" company could stay in business for so long. DO NOT USE THEM!

Beware!! Get it in writing because their word is no good. They quote one price and charge another. They don't even care to compromise to keep your business. Even speaking to the owner gets you nowhere. Horrible way to run a business.

The drivers were polite and dressed in tuxes. The cars were beautiful. We had the Rolls Royce and 2 SUV limos.

We used Mayfair for our October 19th wedding. I do not remember his name but the driver for my limo was amazing. He had a CD already in the limo with music that had us dancing all the way to the venue. He is an older gentleman with white hair. If you can get him as your driver you will enjoy your ride tremendously. He helped each of the girls into the limo due to the wet ground and helped us each out when we got to the venue. He was very polite and very very funny. Their price was very very reasonable. We only needed two limos one for the bride and bridesmaids and one for the groom and groomsmen, to pick us up at our homes and bring us to the venue. It was only $480. I was getting quoted double and sometimes more than double from other limo companies. Very Highly Recommended!!!!

Mayfair Limo was great on my wedding day! You always hear horror stories about the limo not showing up on time, but both our limos did! The limos were clean, the driver professional, and on time! It went very smoothly and we are glad we used them!
