This was amazingly generous of her and Mayfield Flowers. We cannot describe how much it meant to us during such a stressful time, and it's something that we'll never forget. She was truly a dream to work with! On the day itself, we were confident that Keely understood and shared our vision, and we gave her our complete trust in the arrangements, the centerpieces, and the Chuppah (which Mayfield Flowers designed themselves). We got so many compliments from everyone, and we were overwhelmed by the care and thoughtfulness of Keely and her team. Along with a few other key partners, they quickly became our “Wedding Dream Team.” And when it came time for my fiancée and I to make the decision to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19 pandemic, our Dream Team never missed a beat. Mayfield reached out to us before we even had a chance to contact them. They wanted to check on our wellbeing and offer any assistance possible – whether we decided to keep our original date, reschedule or even cancel the wedding. When we alternative dates, their response was immediate, “We’ll be there. We’re so sorry the virus is forcing you to reschedule but we will be available for you. Is there anything else we can do to help?” More than words, it’s been their follow-up with a quick text or a funny email letting us know they are thinking of us. Letting us know they appreciate what an emotional time this is and how disappointed my fiancée and I must be to have to postpone our wedding day. Letting us know they care about us as more than just a contract, more than just a financial transaction. They are invested in us and our relationship – just as we have become invested in Mayfield. They have truly become extended family members to us and we can’t wait to work with them for our wedding and all our events after that.

And happily they were able to fulfill my wish by incorporating the lavender this crazy client grew herself (and my bouquet smelled so lovely)! They were so accommodating of our requests, even when they didn’t need to say yes to them. We’re so happy with their work that we’re hiring them again for another party we’re hosting this spring. They asked all of the right questions to figure out what I wanted. They were always quick to respond to my emails. They sent us an idea board for us to look at and took all of our suggestions. The day of they eased my nerves when we had to move the ceremony inside; they made sure the reception hall got turned over in time and it looked phenomenal. My bouquet was amazing and I couldn’t wait to preserve it forever. Keely and Marcy are very talented and can make your dreams come true!

I wanted for our wedding, and Keely and Marcy took the image in my head and made it a reality (in fact, they made it even better than the image in my head)! My mom and husband can confirm that after our first meeting with them, I literally frolicked around the house because I was so excited after bouncing ideas around with them and so confident that they would do an amazing job. A couple weeks before the wedding when we started worrying about the details of getting everything decorated, we spoke with Keely and she was able to address every concern and put us at ease. I like to say that I got to have a first look with my flowers along with my first look with my husband on the wedding day; both took my breath away.
