I knew nothing about florals when I first met with her and ended up with the most beautiful wedding flowers; we didn't stop getting compliments on the arrangements for weeks. She spent so much time planning with my mom and me and I trust her completely. We planned out everything to a tee, including doing some centerpiece trials, with the exception of the bridesmaid bouquets. I didn't know what the bridesmaid bouquets would look like in advance, but trusted her to create something magical, and they were everything I could have dreamed. Book her as your florist! You will be thrilled you did.

th an idea and she completely took it and ran! I went to see a total of 8 florists, and Maria was the one that stood out and was willing to work with me. It helped so much that Maria knows the staff at our venue and was able to creative our centerpieces that hung from the ceiling because she was so familiar with the space and what she would be able to talk the venue into letting her do! (HA!) Maria makes you feel like family and is completely there for you during your whole process! Whatever she touches is GORGEOUS!! She's so knowledgable and spits flowers off the top of her head that'll make your head spin! She is so hands on, she makes sure every piece is PERFECT and IN PLACE otherwise she will make sure of it! I can't put into words how extremely talented and how much of a wonderful person she is. Maria is definitely worth it!!

alented in a vast number of ways. We fell in love with Maria from the moment we met her. She is one of the most positive people we met during our whole wedding process. The amount of advice she gave to us throughout the entire process was invaluable. We always loved talking with Maria and probably have made a new friend for life. Her personality draws you in immediately. She put as at ease during the stress of wedding planning and always made sure we were so happy. Maria’s talent as a wedding designer and florist is out of this world (just look at her website and you will see what we mean). The design she did for our wedding was beautiful, classy, elegant and aesthetic. Every detail was picture perfect and exactly what we envisioned for our black tie wedding at Guastavino's. We highly, highly, highly recommend using MC Nino and Maria for your wedding. She was better than the best!!

I have ever met. Second, her excitement and love for what she does, as well as her energy, is contagious. Third, her product is AMAZING. When I first met her it was immediately evident that she cares about what she does, and her clients, more than any other florist I met (and I met with at least 4 before Maria. I hired her ON THE SPOT). I was a tough bride because I knew I wanted an old NY themed wedding, but wasn't sure if I wanted more rustic-like centerpieces to go with an October wedding or something else. We landed on the something else, but only after Maria and I bounced about 100000 ideas off each other. She did a mock up of our centerpieces in her studio and when I walked in and saw them I actually cried! They were gorgeous. She had another bride on my wedding day but made sure to go back and forth to all the venues and to personally make sure my wedding centerpieces were perfect. She did these gorgeous glass vases with floating candles, and the venue was all floor to ceiling windows. The effect was breathtaking and I had countless guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they ever went to. My bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets were likewise gorgeous. I know I wanted very very muted colors, largely grays and white with a touch of black and perhaps a hint of blush pink, and Maria executed perfectly. I also wanted a cascading bouquet, which is hard b/c I am very tiny and cascades can eat up the bride and dress, but Maria tailored mine to me perfectly. She also does gorgeous calligraphy and did our placecards AND table signs. They were beautiful as well. She was super responsive and met with my husband and I many times before the big day. In fact, I met with her for wine and cheese just because on numerous occasions! I loved her.

She created a chuppah with a garland of flowers around it and we reused the garland to surround the railings around the dance floor and the poles of the chuppah to decorate the DJ's table. We had 3 big balls of yellow as different sizes flowers as our centerpieces and everyone commented and told me how beautiful everything was! Maria was full of ideas and I would definitely recommend her to anyone, but especially someone who doesn't know exactly what they want because she will help you figure it out!

of picking out flowers fun! Maria has a great eye and is super creative. We had a pretty set budget in mind and she was able to keep everything below it. She was very flexible and patient with us during the whole process. Everything she did came out great- the centerpieces, the individual flowers for the ladies, the chuppa, and the place card table- all came out beautiful!
