The day of the wedding, Mario the photographer and his crew were punctual and made picture taking fun! We received our photos less than a month after the wedding and they came out absolutely beautiful. Our video was also incredible. One of my favorite parts was the 5 minute highlight trailer that they created. They captured all of the memories of our special day so perfectly. Throughout the video editing process, Ivone was so patient with any changes that I requested. I highly recommend using them for your event. They are a fantastic and creative team that will capture your day beautifully!

r to cover the rest of the day in her place. To this day, we have no idea why she left. I tried asking that day and afterward and never got a clear response. Her team member was uninformed, which led to him trying to leave the reception an hour earlier than what we paid for. I stopped him when I saw this and if I didn't, I am sure he would've left with no notice. They advertise a processing time of 4-6 weeks on their website. After 4 weeks, we did not hear from anyone and proactively reached out for an update. We were shocked when told that our video and 3-minute highlight would have a 16-week turnaround time. We did not receive the initial draft of our video and highlight until February 2024. There were edits we requested to be fixed, including muffled sounds, obstructed views of the bride and groom, some key reception moments missing, and music choices. We confirmed with Ivone that turnaround time for the edits would be 2-3 weeks. Months went by with no updated video. Any communications were initiated by my husband and myself. Each time we were reassured that her team need more time and Ivone offered to upgrade us to a package that included drone footage as a condolence. Why were drones filming at our wedding if it was not part of our package? My guess is that this happens often and is used as a safety net. Mid-July 2024, I called Ivone and just asked her to forego any remaining fixes and send us the final video - we just wanted to be done dealing with this. The call was productive and Ivone seemed apologetic for the delay. We even discussed potentially receiving a partial refund of our final payment due to the delay. But then in her email that followed, multiple excuses were thrown at my husband and I, none of which answered the question of why she left our wedding, why her team tried to leave an hour early, or why this process was taking almost a full year. Our video was finally delivered to us in August 2024. Overall, working with MC Productions left us disappointed from our wedding day through the 11 months that followed.

Every email was answered promptly. This team is exceptional and you will not regret working with them.

The team we had on our wedding day was wonderful. They were somehow both everywhere and invisible at the same time. However, once we met Mario & Ivone and saw their work, we cancelled the other photographer and hired them to do the entire wedding, photography and videography. Truly, once we left their studio having hired them for the videography, my bride-to-be daughter sighed...Oh, I wish we would have known about them before we hired the other photographer. Their work is just amazing and they are so nice! We turned right around and went back and hired them for everything. From being on time, to having their services for the entire day (a very very long day!) at no extra cost, to taking just the most amazing photos of us and making us feel at ease, I cannot say enough about Mario and his team. The cost was fair and what we received was the most beautiful, professional, stunning work we had ever seen. Best of all, they were so pleasant, friendly and easy to work with. Given the wedding was in December 2020, we were slammed by Covid and the big wedding was now a much smaller event with changes every day. Mario and crew worked safely and efficiently, making everyone feel at ease and setting up the most amazing photos. People tell me the photos of my daughter should be in a magazine and on the cover, they are that beautiful. And the video, the attention to detail in editing, asking us to review and making all edits we requested...just so professional and the product is superior. I wish I had known about them years before for my other daughters. Lovely people to work with and their services are top notch. They receive my highest recommendation.
