McBoat Photography is led by Owner/Lead Photographer Meka McBoat. Meka and her photographers have been providing Colorado Wedding and Destination Wedding Photography Services Worldwide since 2008. We photograph amazing clients from diverse cultures, each with their own story to tell, in locations ranging from Glenwood Springs, CO to Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.

We are a luxury photography company that focus on meeting the unique needs of each client. This means that we have no set wedding photography packages and only create a Custom Package after learning more about each couple and their specific wedding photography needs. She successfully captured the fun group shots with old friends, formal family portraits, as well as more intimate photos with my husband and I when we were (finally!) alone toasting with a glass of champagne. Our wedding was fairly large -- close to 100 people -- and also in a somewhat rugged outdoor setting in our backyard. Shameka overcame all the challenges of bright middle-of-the day lighting, guests and wedding party disappearing into the woods, and my husband and I who are not spring chickens but still wanted to look radiant in our wedding photos!

r pictures are simply amazing. Our wedding flew by and seems like such a blur to us, having these pictures allows us to relive that day. They captured everything! Greg and Meka weren’t just our photographers; they were like good friends who just happened to be taking our picture. I felt so calm and relaxed on the wedding day and I think a lot of that is because I had Meka and Greg with me all day. They were constantly cracking me up and making sure I had everything I needed. Their work is fantastic, they are awesome, and their prices are so reasonable. What’s not to love?! We highly recommend them to everyone! Our close friends just booked them for next summer and we are ecstatic that we get to see them again!
