I couldn’t speak more highly of the team at McCall Weddings. I used their coordination and floral services. My amazingly talented and SWEET coordinator Tanya was so dedicated to perfecting every detail. At one point when the budget began spinning out of control due to another vendor, Shannon stepped in to lend a hand and worked her MAGIC. Throughout the wedding planning process people asked if I was stressed out - not for a second with McCall Weddings at the helm. Every detail was thought out, the event flowed seamlessly, and, most importantly, they provided choices for everything within our budget. Though McCall Weddings offers a number of services in addition to coordination, I never felt pushed to use them, I was encouraged to pick the best option for me. On that note, Shannon’s floral artistry truly is ART. Our flowers were stunning! Each and every member of the team took such great care of us, it is clear they all truly care about their clients and their events. Thank you, thank you, thank you ladies!!

My husband and I decided to hire a day of wedding coordinator to relieve stress on ourselves and our family during our wedding day. We were very happy with our coordinator the first few months after booking McCall Weddings. However, less than a month before our wedding we were transferred to a different wedding coordinator and things only went downhill from there. The day of the wedding I was called multiple times by the coordinator to ask for direction or help setting up outdoor seating and decorations. My mother and brother, both of which were in my wedding, had to get ready in 30 minutes because they were at the venue doing everything the coordinator couldn't do because it 'wasn't in her contract'. Finally, during my reception, my mother and multiple other family members were approached by the coordinator and told they needed to bus all the tables from our dinner. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism that this coordinator showed and the way that my family was treated. In the end, my wedding day would have been much more stress free had we not hired McCall Weddings.

Shannon and her team at McCall Weddings handled both our wedding coordination and florals. When I first started wedding planning I wasn't even considering a wedding coordinator. We were living in Nashville, Tennessee and needed advice on venues in McCall and was referred to McCall Weddings by a friend. Shannon and I immediately connected, I felt like we had been friends forever! And after my wedding photographer made the point that whatever I was unable to do on my wedding day (most everything), it would fall on my family. The last think you want on your wedding day is to worry about anything and you definitely want your family to be able to enjoy the day. Shannon and her team were absolutely worth every penny and more, they was outstanding!! She constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had our dream day and I felt like she really looked out for our best interests every step of the way. Even when we changed our wedding location to Squaw Valley, California she was flexible to our needs. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect, everything went so smoothly and the flowers were stunning! Not even kidding, everything looked like it was straight out of a magazine. I can’t thank you enough McCall Weddings, so THANK YOU a 1000 times over!

It might take a little longer to get your photos then you expected, but very friendly service, and professional. Tara is great to work with! She even provided us an hourly rate because we had guests who are photographers as well.
