The best wedding planner I could ever ask for! We had the pleasure to work with Kristina. She is the best of the best! She is a genius when it comes to design and execution of large events. Our wedding day was so magical and breathtaking thanks to her. No details were untouched and every aspect of the event exceeded my expectations. Our guests were so impressed, they’re still raving about how it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever attended. She is also very down to earth, incredibly warm, humble, and kind-hearted. She was able to make my vision a reality. You will feel confident knowing she’s there to make sure your day is a special one! It was a dream come true and we loved every single moment of our wedding day.

Kristina was an absolute dream to work with. From day one we felt the professionalism and kindness she spoke with and felt that was a perfect match for us and how we like to plan. We got in contact about a year away from our wedding date and we were able to plan a large part of the wedding planning process ourselves however we knew we needed someone on hand for the day of that knew the wedding day inside and out to ensure a peaceful day and that’s exactly what she was able to achieve. Kristina made herself available very easily via zoom or phone call and made sure we were not falling behind in our planning process as we got closer to the date. She organized our wedding rehearsal single handedly with our wacky families and maintained professionalism. Definitely would recommend her services!

Kristina was a wonder to work with! She is such a great friend and guide throughout the process of wedding planning. She is very clear as to what her services include and is always open to communication. She really goes above and beyond for her clients, checking in on us often, even though we only hired her for 'month of coordination'. Kristina guided us through our meetings, and they were a breeze. She comes prepared with questions about details you may have forgot about or didn't even think about but are so important! She ensures that she knows what the vision is, so that you don't have to worry on the wedding day. On the day of my wedding, she made sure everything was in order and I didn't hear any questions or concerns, so I was able to fully enjoy the day without a worry! Planning a wedding can be a very lonely process, but Kristina is the friend that will come through for you!

Kristina did an amazing job as our wedding planner! She was readily available, answered any questions we may have had, and met with us several times a month to ensure we were on track for our wedding timeline. She did an excellent job taking the lead on our wedding day to ensure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to enjoy our special day celebrating with friends and family. Kristina is such an amazing planner! The communication was excellent from the time of booking all the way to the big day. She made everything run so smoothly. On our wedding day she took great care of us. She brought us food, water, desserts, and anything else that we needed. Our venue was large and she would walk back and forth between the ceremony and reception areas, all the way down a huge hill and then all the way back up. She works so hard and is seriously the BEST and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kristina is absolutely wonderful. When I started planning my wedding, I was overwhelmed with the amount of planning I had ahead of me. She communicated with all my vendors and made sure to followup so I didn’t have to worry about it. Kristina is amazing to work with. She was on top of her emails. She gave me updated agendas so I, as the photographer, know what to expect on the day of. She was amazing organizing the whole wedding. She was running around and literally setting up. Also, she even helped cleaned up the reception so the bride and groom can enjoy their wedding. I haven’t seen much wedding coordinator doing that, so I admire her from afar for going above and beyond. She was so kind to make sure us vendors had food to eat. I definitely recommend having Kristina as your wedding coordinator. Your wedding will run smoothly with her guidance.

I recently got married on 04/20/2024 in Walnut Grove. I began my search for a wedding planner through The Knot and came across Kristina's page. I was instantly drawn to her website and reached out to her for further information. I appreciated that she got back to me in a timely manner and scheduled a meeting. After our initial call, I instantly knew I wanted her to be our planner for our wedding. We hired Kristina for her Full Service planning since we needed to heavily rely on Kristina's suggestions and recommended vendors in the area. Kristina was organized, thorough and always went the extra mile for us when planning our wedding. She was communicative through emails, meetings, and arranged a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She really alleviated any stresses or worries that I had during the months leading up to the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day and I couldn’t have imagined the day without her. Not only was she there several hours before the ceremony setting up, she also stepped into roles (bustling my dress, grabbing us refreshments/appetizers after the ceremony and picking up money during our money dance) when I didn’t expect her to. Let's be real, weddings are expensive, and wedding planners are an investment, but they’re so worth it! It is important to hire a planner that is professional, organized and supportive and Kristina was that and then some. You won’t be disappointed with her services and she was by far one of the best decisions we made during the planning process.

I stumbled upon Beautiful Occasions just a month before my big day, following a coordinator dropout. It turned out to be a stroke of luck. Kristina was very enthusiastic and organized. Her proactive coordination with vendors and consistent communication kept me in the loop. Her emotional support added an extra layer of assurance during stressful time. Kristina is hands down THE BEST person ever for wedding planning! She made everything so stress free and fun, it was AMAZING. Every little detail was taken care of, even things I didn’t even think of, or, when I did think of it, she already had it taken care of! She was always easily accessible both by email and text, even on the weekends, which was awesome and super comforting especially leading up to the wedding day. My wedding was better than I could’ve ever dreamed of and we heard nothing but good reviews about the whole experience from our guests. They couldn’t believe how well everything flowed and how pretty both the venue and decorations and flowers were. I’d HIGHLY recommend Kristina to anyone 10,000%! She’s a one of a kind person who really makes sure you’re taken care of for your special day.

She always kept our budget in mind and helped with keeping all of the vendor contracts organized. Our big day went off without a hitch, and she totally helped the overall vision come to life. Kristina was able to jump in and plan my 30th birthday party. She was attentive to the details and tied up all of the loose ends so the event came together in a cohesive way! She took care of logistics and details that I hadn’t thought of so I could relax and enjoy the presence of my friends and family throughout the event.
