bout Marla (the coordinator I worked with). She was so friendly and so helpful. She always was easy to get in contact with, and she always got back with me right away when I sent her an email. She was there through the wedding night to help make sure everything went smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! It was very expensive for the food, but the food and service is worth it. Plus, there's no room rental, just a minimum charge for food and drinks, so the extra price for the food makes up for that. I would definitely recommend having your wedding reception here if you want to have the best night of your life! :)

Their Westin event coordinator planned every detail, even things we hadn't thought of, worked with us and their other vendors seamlessly, and made their wedding reception truly magical. My husband and I are out of town in another state, so having a professional on site made all the difference in us being able to relax and enjoy the evening. We booked the Fountain Room, a full glass view of Fountain Square, all aglow at night. What a beautiful backdrop! The food was excellent, we received so many comments from our guests on how tasty it was, and the service staff was so very attentive to the needs of our guests. Another plus for us was the ability to book a block of rooms at a special price for our out of town guests (most of us were from out of town) The Westin set up a separate website for our guests to register at the group discount and worked with us effortlessly to accomodate all our guests, including several elderly grandparents with wheelchair access needs. The entire staff of the Westin deserve kudos for their friendly, professional attitudes. There wasn't a person I approached that wasn't friendly, helpful and gracious. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, exceptional attention to detail in planning, delicious food and tremenous service, look no further than The Westin Cincinnati.
