what I wanted. I picked McCormick initially because of their budget-friendly price, but knowing what I know now, I would've picked them regardless!! The views of the mountains were breathtaking, the reception space is so gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! They were so attentive to my husband and I the whole day making sure we had enough food and drinks. I literally cannot rave enough about how stress-free and amazing the wedding went, largely due to the amazing people at McCormick Ranch Golf Club!!

asty. Other brides should be aware that, unlike many other venues, they can and will change the prices of their food and everything else after you have them booked. We initially booked them in November 2021 for our wedding and we were alerted about pretty significant price increases a month after the increases happened, as well as 4 months before the wedding and 12 months after booking. McCormick Ranch also hosted a luncheon the day of our wedding in the room where the party is supposed to be. We were told on the Wednesday prior to our Saturday wedding that we couldn't be on-site until 1:30-2 pm which threw a last-minute wrench in our timeline. The communication of the price changes, the occupation of the room and the overall feeling of being prioritized at your wedding was very subpar but again the food and the venue itself were beautiful/tasty.

Melissa was awesome to work with; she was very accommodating with last minute guest count changes and also advocated for us with one of our other vendors.

I can’t think of a more idyllic spot as you are saying your vows to your husband/wife in front of all your family and friends. Then, the reception venue is so stunning and is the best of both worlds, indoor with that outdoor feel and view of Camelback at night…the drapery and chandelier makes such a dramatic statement. It’s perfect! The best part though of MRGC though is Melissa. She honestly is the most organized, caring and just the sweetest human on this earth. We had to postpone our wedding twice and let me tell you, it was the most stressful and crazy decision but Melissa made every single second easy and was so reassuring and calm throughout the process. She by far is the best wedding venue director and made our process seamless and perfect! I couldn’t have picked a better venue, amazing scenery, food (definitely pick the green Chile mashed potatoes-serious Yum), location or staff. Choose MRGC, you’ll be so happy you did!

We ultimately chose to cancel our big wedding and switch to a small ceremony in our home town in the Midwest, but I know that if we would’ve ended up having our wedding at McCormick Ranch it would’ve been incredible. Melissa was so supportive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, and then when covid happened a month before our wedding she was a huge help with rescheduling and then ultimately cancelling. During a time when so many other vendors proved to be really difficult to work with regarding deposit returns and breaking contracts, it was a huge relief that Melissa and the McCormick Ranch owners genuinely had the customers in mind. I would 100% recommend this venue to any bride, and I can’t thank Melissa enough for all of her support!

g director, is so hands-on and has a ton of experience in the field and it clearly shows. She knows how to make you feel special on your day and wants to make sure you are happy throughout the entire duration of wedding planning. She's incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and understands and accommodates all requests and ideas. She was there with me every step of the way which took a lot off the stress away and made everything seem like a piece of cake! The food was incredible and guests kept complimenting how tasty it was all night! The staff that does everything behind the scenes and caters to the guests during the wedding were also fabulous and kind. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience with this venue and staff. Everything was positive and well executed which made my wedding day one of the best days of my life! I will be forever grateful and couldn't recommend this venue enough!! My guests also heavily complimented the beauty of the venue and how wonderful it was! Everything you get for the price is totally worth it and in my opinion, is a great deal!! Book your wedding here ASAP!

a loves what she does and it shows as each and every wedding she coordinates unfolds. We truly trusted her with the most important day of our lives and she did not disappoint! She went above and beyond, always made our wedding a priority, even when she was juggling 5 weddings in 10 days!! I don't even have words for how thankful we are for her and her staff at the golf course. Hands down best venue, best service, best food, best bartenders, best coordinator EVER. Our guests are still talking about how great of a wedding it was! Truly from the bottom of our hearts we can't recommend McCormick Ranch Golf Course enough!

The food is absolutely delicious and the Chef was able to accommodate a number of different dietary requests. hough March is a very busy month for events, Melissa made me feel like I was the only person she worried about. I could really tell she cared about my wedding and making sure it was perfect! All of my guests were RAVING about the food, many of them stated that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. I highly suggest getting the "swag" package with the chandelier for the pavilion, it makes the room so beautiful. I can go on and on about how wonderful and magical my wedding was at McCormick Ranch! I would recommend them to everyone!

with me to make the wedding gluten free (everything except one appetizer and the bread were GF -- they had GF bread just for me)! Melissa is AMAZING and made sure that we were always on track and followed up with all my vendors and coordinated the day of to make sure that everything ran smoothly. The weather was uncooperative and the forecast kept changing and Melissa & team made sure that everything went according to plan and all the back ups were in place. We were able to have our ceremony outside despite the threat of rain, but we were easily able to change the plan and have cocktail hour in the clubhouse last minute. Everything went off without a hitch and I'm so glad that we had our wedding at MRGC!! It was so beautiful, the food was amazing, the floorplan of the pavilion really gets everyone to the dance floor and it was so much fun!! Thank you Melissa & team for making our wedding the best day ever!!!

our wedding ourselves and price was definitely considered but we also wanted to make sure we could get the best bang for our buck. We chose McCormick because they made us feel important, they assured us that May was perfect for a wedding (even though its HOT out and I was trying to cut costs and find a holiday weekend for a Sunday wedding), even so they never once made me second guess my decision. Keep in mind we didn't have a "cheap" wedding, the decor, flowers and photography made up for it. However, we had the wedding of our DREAMS, one we never thought we could afford or have in a million years and the best of all is that the venue was absolutely gorgeous. The glass pavillion, the sunset creeping through the windows, the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains at the ceremony. Flawless. The photos turned our AMAZING. With that being said, this venue is an easy choice. The cherry on top, the staff. Our wedding coordinator, who we ADORED, resigned 2-3 months before our wedding. I had a mini panic attack until we met Melissa and Jordan. I literally did not stress once about anything and I did a lot of DIY things myself, being a graphic designer I had to lol. Melissa honestly was the magician behind the stage who pulled it all off without a single hiccup. Piece of cake in my eyes, I did not have to worry about anything and that is 5 star service on your wedding day. I emailed these girls at least a few times a week for a year and every time I apologized they encouraged it. I have never heard of service like this, especially when its covered in your costs. Seriously, best decision. Take my word for it. Oh and all my guests commented that it was the best food they ever had at a wedding... Can't beat the service, quality or quantity. I can promise you that.

The day of the wedding was absolutely smooth; I didn't have to worry about whether or not everything would be set up the way I had envisioned because they took it all into their own hands and the set up turned out EXACTLY as I envisioned. For a DIY bride, I had plotted out every little detail that went into the big day and I didn't worry for a second about anything! I was able to enjoy my day and the day will forever be one of the best memories of my life! more affordable when compared to other similar properties. When I walked onto the property and saw the beautiful view, I knew it was the right one. It has a gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain and is right on a lake. It makes a beautiful backdrop for those sunset pictures that every bride wants. The Pavilion reception room is a really unique space, it has floor to ceiling windows and can be open air or closed so no matter the temperature you will be comfortable and get to enjoy the beautiful surrounding the entire night, which is not true of many other locations. You often spend a ton of money for a beautiful ceremony site, and then are stuffed into a room with no windows. You are able to have fireworks at McCormick, which was another big selling point for me. How awesome to have a venue where the wall can be opened up and your guests can be led out to watch fireworks over the lake. We love to eat, so the food was really important to us, we were really impressed. They spent a lot of time discussing the details and reassuring our family that everything would be perfect. We were concered due to change in wedding coordinator close to the wedding date, but Jackilyn, the new coordinator, was super friendly and helpful. John spent a lot of time going outside his normal call of duty to make sure our mind's were at ease about the transition. I am very happy that we chose McCormick as our venue.

We must also mention that we were one of the first weddings since the old wedding caterer left (marcia). The new wedding caterer, jackie is great! Everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend that if you use mccormick ranch for any event, you may also want to couple it with a wedding planer named Jeanne Colquette with events your way. She has done many weddings there and really knows everything about the venue. If you are considering them for your event, just do it! This venue is like no other place. The ceilings are high and the decorations are great. Enjoy your event! Ours went by too quickly. When we are ready to plan our next event, you betcha that we will be back at mccormick ranch golf club! Thank you to everyone there that made such a wonderful event possible!

ZING deal! Marcia (the wedding coordinator) was great to work with and even made some last minute changes with ease as a pesky dust storm rolled in minutes before our ceremony was about to start. She managed the crowd, the bridal party and my nerves like a pro!

We got married on a Sunday so it came out a little cheaper as it can be pricey, but look into sundays because they give special promotions and discounts! And people still partied like it was a saturday :) Marcia was so easy and a pleasure to work with! She is super helpful! The food was delicious! I am very happy and would totally recommend!
