McCune & Co. Photography & Cinema

ss and feel like you are experiencing it all over again is so so worth it. 🩷

edding day so perfectly. She’s so professional, and her vibes are unmatched. She makes it so there is not a single second of being uncomfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture the best day of our lives. We were already sold, but seeing our wedding photos confirmed that we will be going to Sonni for everything we will ever need professional photos for and recommend her to anyone who is needing a photographer for any reason. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Sonni > literally anyone else!

agic she worked on my best friend‘s wedding, Sonni was my first call when it came time to start planning my own wedding, and I can never thank her enough for being willing to pack up all of her tools and meet us on the beach (during the weekend she and her family were moving!). She made the entire planning process a breeze, even for my very anxious and type-a self. She had an answer for every single question I asked, and moved through the day with such grace and poise, while still keeping our wild Bunch on schedule. Sonni was an absolute angel when it came to working with our very uncooperative six month old, and wrangled our bridal party and families like a champ. She’s officially part of our family now and I can’t recommend her enough! We love you, Sonni!

for capturing our day! She’s always quick with a response and so helpful with any questions we have.

ed it. She captured the day so perfectly, and it means even more that she’s one of my besties 🥹🤍 Couldn’t imagine our day without her! You should hire her for everything. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and will pour her heart into your photos, Sonni is the one. We’re beyond grateful for her and these memories she created for us.

ep of the way with the most professionalism, showing true care and concern for us as a couple, and lending a hand happily throughout our day to make it as successful as it was. She makes you feel so comfortable (and my now husband even commented to me multiple times how he couldn’t have been happier than having Sonni as our photographer since he isn’t as comfortable having his picture taken). Our sneak peak photos came back immediately and were captured so beautifully with raw emotions and perfect quality. Our wedding party also have commented to us how seamless the day of photos went and one of my bridesmaids is now going to Sonni- which speaks volumes. Sonni demonstrates wonderful and prompt communication, the ability to make taking pictures fun but also organized to wrangle people quickly in and out so everyone can make the best use of the time, and she will become a friend and your continued photographer even after your wedding is over. Best decision I made for our special day!

g a fun and light atmosphere. As a plus-sized bride, I was nervous about having my picture taken, but Sonni put me at ease and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

st meeting, to our engagement shoot, and especially on the big day. Words cannot express how grateful we are for her. She not only documented our day perfectly, but also stayed a bit later than scheduled to make sure all parts of our day were documented. We were so lucky to come full circle with someone so talented that not only captured our wedding, but our friends big day as well. Not only did we get to come full circle and pass on the garter that my fiancé caught at their wedding, but we made a great friend in the process.

t and some you didn’t know you needed. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. My photos turned out better than I ever could’ve imagined. She also goes above and beyond EVERY time. Not only did she help push me and my husband in a boat to get the perfect shot she also helped us back out lol. She is truly amazing! She even sent me and my husband an ornament for Christmas. That is the kind of person she is❤️

he also genuinely wants you to have the best day of your life. Sonni runs such a smooth schedule that you’ll actually get to enjoy every moment, knowing she’s taking care of all the details. Whether we were singing ‘Baby Got Back,’ calling for cows, or even having Sonni sew my bustle back together after a golf cart mishap, we spent the entire day laughing and having fun. Do yourself a favor: pick Sonni. It’s the best wedding gift you could give yourself.

all sonni. I am so beyond thankful to have had her capture my wedding day, I truly don’t think anyone else could have done a better job than what she’s done. We’ve gotten our sneak peak that brings me to tears and I am so excited to see the rest of the special moments she’s captured of us. I highly recommend sonni and her fantastic crew to anyone looking for a photographer

photos fun. Her photographs are phenomenal, I will cherish these photos forever!

vot with some of the unpredictable weather and cloud coverage we had on our wedding day. Look no further for one of the best photographers in the St. Louis and surrounding areas!

process and reasonable fees to her timely communication, helpful tips, and friendly personality all the way to the most beautiful photos that perfectly capture us as a couple! We had Sonni for our engagement and wedding photos, and cannot wait to work with her again in the future!

ad been a huge help. She pays close attention to detail and helped create the wedding of my dreams. I would recommend McCune and Co photography to anyone! I look forward to working with her in the future!

. I also really liked that she offered a video and photo package. All photographers and videographers knew each other which made it easier for them to work as a team to capture our day. Beyond that- her work is incredible! My husband and our friends and family were floored that we got so many preview photos back so soon. They are all such great photos I want to frame them all!! Thank you for capturing our day so perfectly!

thing from making sure I didn't have lipstick on my teeth to keeping the wedding party in line and on time, Sonni and her team were extremely on top of things and made the wedding day so much less stressful!! She also worked with our venue owner seamlessly and made sure they were on the same page. Sonni also met us for coffee a few days before our wedding to go over any questions and talk through the timeline, which made us feel at ease! Sonni and her team made the groomsmen and bridesmaids feel comfortable and engaged throughout the wedding day as well, which was much appreciated. We LOVED McCune & Co. and cannot recommend them enough for any of your wedding (or other) photography needs!!

ss. When the big day arrived she and her equally personable assistant, Delaney, enhanced the day. She was organized, relaxed and always one step ahead, while also excited about about different poses and shots. Her passion shows. Sonni, thank you for engagement and wedding photos that we will cherish forever!

raph our wedding was a true full circle moment and such a blessing for us. As if taking the most beautiful photos wasn't enough, Sonni was also the person who helped us create a perfect timeline and shot list for the wedding day. She is so thorough and on top of everything. My husband refers to her as "a machine" because we truly cannot figure out how she does it all! She is also so great at managing people throughout the day. We had a huge bridal party, nieces and nephews (even our dog for some photos!), and Sonni does a wonderful job of getting everyone where they need to be, while keeping it light and fun. This was such a relief for me as the bride, because I didn't have to wrangle the group, which is not an easy task. My favorite photos of the day were Sonni's idea, as she used a moment while we were waiting after the ceremony to pull us aside for gorgeous shots of us outside of the church door. I will be forever grateful that she saw an opportunity for gorgeous shots and took it! Sonni cared about us and our wedding day just as much as we did, and that meant the world to us. Thank you, Sonni for being more than a photographer, but a friend.

as so important to me. I kept finding myself going back to her photography page to look at her pictures which led me to reaching out to her. Along with her skilled talent, Sonni is so easy to talk to, she’s incredibly organized, and was so helpful in providing a timeline of how our day would go. She made our engagement session so fun and was a calm presence on our wedding day. I keep finding myself looking back through the pictures she took and am so thankful I chose her. I certainly can’t wait to work with Sonni again down the road!

s with us every step of the way. On top of the photos being absolutely stunning! Book with her, you won't regret it!

o smooth. She was a chaos coordinator when family pictures got crazy and helped keep us calm and on time. She was always checking in, making sure we were feeling comfortable, checking to see if we missed any shots and being amazing capturing all the best pictures!! We absolutely loved our sneak peeks and cannot wait for our full album! She has an amazing eye for the perfect pictures!

only did she capture our special moments perfectly but she is so knowledgable and helped us every step of the way. From the planning process and our engagement session to keeping us on timeline throughout the day, directing our large wedding party and even getting our toddlers to love taking pictures Sonni really goes above and beyond. We cannot recommend her enough!

table. She made us feel so special and so beautiful. She was on time for everything, put the bridal party in check (mainly the boys) when we were goofing off to make sure we were on schedule with the entire day. Our pictures were beyond what I imagined they would be, just absolutely flawless. I love Sonni and had soooo much fun with her. I can't wait to use her again for our Maternity photos when we start growing a family!!!

cannot wait to have her capture all of our big life events in the future because there is no one else I would trust or want to work with! Thank you, Sonni.

engagement session. She guided us in poses that felt natural and even got our two dogs to look and pose in photos! She was fantastic with handling our wedding party and getting every detail captured. She was so much fun to work with and is so so so SO talented! We were shocked to get over 100 “sneak peek” photos the day after our wedding! We are forever grateful for her art!

rdinary with the group. She made the day go so much smoother with her detailed information and questions she asked beforehand. She was prepared for each scenario and was wonderful to work with. If you are considering hiring her, DO IT! You will not regret it.

ng process. Not only did she send me a full itinerary for the wedding day, but she also provided me with tips, insight, and guidance to make our day as effortless as possible. From day one, she made me feel like everything was taken care of, and she also was just so organized. Speaking of organization, Sonni made sure that every picture we wanted was taken by getting our bridal party in the right place and using her voice when necessary to keep everyone in line. I could not have asked for a better wedding day experience and the fact that she gave us over 100+ proofs in a day was just incredible. Everyone asks me. how I got photos back so fast, and I said every time...my photographer is just amazing. THANK YOU SONNI for everything! Zach and I love you and your amazing work!

ural lighting which I love! I would recommend her over and over for whatever your photography needs are:)

oto shoot to our engagement pictures to the wedding day that had a few surprises thrown in. She is wonderful at her job and does a superb job. She posted some of our wedding photos in less than 24 hours! I don’t know how she does it but I recommend her to all of my family and friends.

ion that Sonni was going to capture some amazing photos for us on our big day, and BOY she did not disappoint. Sonni is efficient, hard-working, and so personable. Our pictures from our preview were absolutely stunning and I can not wait to see the final album. Sonni's work is under-valued as she should be charging double for the services and skill she provides. We love Sonni and can not wait to work with her in the future!
