I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience we had having our wedding at McDowell Mountain Golf Club! What we love most about McDowell Mountain Golf Club is how perso...
nalized the experience was- so many vendors and AZ just shuttle you in and out. Greg and Miles put so much love and care into making our wedding the most perfect day! From the vey start, Greg was on top of everything. We even got to come in to do a personalized tasting of all the food- and WOW the food was incredible!! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. The drinks were top notch as well- Miles made us his/hers wedding drinks, and all of our guests raved about how delicious they were!! You cannot find value like this in Scottsdale. If you're considering having your wedding here- DO IT!
We had our wedding at McDowell Mountain golf club this fall and had an amazing experience. The space was incredibly beautiful for both reception and ceremony. We had the most perfe...
ct sunset over the lawn for our reception. All of the staff was super helpful and made out day run so smoothly. The event coordinator Shannah was such as asset to our incredible day. She was available pre-wedding to answer all of our questions even when my mom became pestering with small detail questions. On the day of Shannah was hustling on the property all day long to make sure out special ran perfectly. She stayed until the very end and made every detail came together. We are so grateful to have worked with Shannah at McDowell Mountain Golf Club.
I cannot say enough good things McDowell Mountain Golf Club as a wedding venue, and Shanna as a wedding coordinator. We originally booked our wedding for 10/11/20, well before we e...
ven knew what COVID was. We had to reschedule twice, and Shanna could not have been more accommodating, helpful, or understanding in this process. When we finally got to have our celebration, it went seamlessly. The vendors Shanna recommended were fantastic, and the setting was absolutely stunning. We were pretty particular about many things so many things, from decor to timing to food, and Shanna made them all happen.
I would highly recommend McDowell Mountain to anyone looking for a venue. Not only for the incredible food, gorgeous views, but Shanna the event director is AMAZING!! She helped me...
every step of the way while planning our dream wedding that went off perfectly and exactly how I envisioned. I 100% give Shanna that credit. She went above and beyond any expectations we had! Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and our guests are still talking about how it was the nicest wedding they’ve been to and how phenomenal the food was. Thank you Shanna and McDowell Mountain for making our dreams come true.
The best day of my life was spent at McDowell Mountain Golf Club! My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Shanna and team (McD...
owell Mountain’s wedding coordinator/s) picked up on my vision and exceeded all of my wildest expectations. When I arrived at the venue, my mind was blown. There was no shortage of detail and the process was seamless. I truly never wanted this special day to end and it’s all due to McDowell Mountain and their amazing team.
Our wedding at McDowell Mountain Golf Club was absolutely incredible! The event director there, Shanna, is amazing. She was the biggest help in our wedding and the biggest reason i...
t was so amazing! The venue itself is beautiful, and very well priced. You should definitely book your wedding here for the gorgeous venue and most importantly the amazing Shanna. Every vendor she recommended was amazing, she was so accommodating, helpful, and fun. I can't say enough good things about McDowell Mountain Golf Club and Shanna! Also, the food was actually delicious, way better than any wedding food I've ever had.
Both my groom & I were immediately turned off by this event coordinator. She let us know despite us being 20 minutes early, she was on a time crunch and couldn’t give a full tour d...
espite us having an appointment she scheduled. Into the tour, they then let us know that when they said they accommodate our 250 person party they failed to say it would be broken into 2 separated rooms and they close at 10 or 11 pm “depending”
This was easily the only experience of planning our wedding that left me feeling anything but excited or positive. Gorgeous location if party is 150 or less but Do not recommended using the team from McDowell.
Mel at MMGC was outstanding! She was very responsive any time I reached out to her. She was constantly keeping in touch with me, which I greatly appreciated. We had an issue with o...
ur flowers being delivered, so she actually made my bouquet! My mom and I did all the decor ourselves, and Mel was extremely helpful with whatever we needed. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did have an issue with some of our food not tasting the way it did at our tasting, but most people said they enjoyed it. I cannot say enough good things about Mel though. She was wonderful!!!
Shelley from McDowell Mountain Gold Club was a joy to talk to! She was very easy to contact and provided everything we needed in our first meeting. Unfortunately, all our guests ar...
e from out of state and we had the difficult decision to look for a place that also has accommodations. I greatly recommend this venue though. The outdoor setting and view of the sunset is just splendid! They also hold the function room for you so you can move indoors if you want too.
Beautiful venue, attentive and accommodating staff, and just an amazing overall experience. If I got the chance to do everything again, I would still have my reception here. It was...
perfect. Not to mention the amazing views, too!
I hosted my reception here and it was gorgeous. The course was recently purchased and renovated; it is absolutely beautiful. The food was great and the chef was very kind. Also, th...
