hat he does. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, the first dances and then the open dance floor, every song he played fit our crowd's energy perfectly. Our dance floor was packed all night long, several guests said that they couldn’t find a dance break to enjoy the dessert. We are so grateful for Chandler and the time he spent with us planning to make the night unforgettable for us and our guests. We can’t recommend McFadden DJs and Chandler enough! He exceeded our very high expectations throughout the whole night!

ious. David Wimmers is a phenomenal DJ who goes above and beyond just playing music all night. He helped keep our timeline flowing, regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and he kept the dance floor bumping for 3+ hours, which is impressive given our wedding was fairly small (75 guests). Not to mention, we did not give David a set playlist for our reception, we just communicated a general vibe and he killed it! Furthermore, David was super responsive, helpful, and flexible in the weeks leading up to the wedding.

He totally understood what we were going for and delivered!! So many of our guests said it was the most fun wedding they’d ever been to!

We had certain music for each group walking down the aisle and he made sure it matched perfectly, allowing each moment to be had. lf American and this was Mark’s first multicultural wedding (McFadden has done multicultural before) and we gave him a playlist of Arabic songs to pick from and put some on the must playlist. We had no doubt that he would play those songs at the appropriate times and he sure did!! Our Arab friends and families praised his ability to play those songs and get people on the dance floor!! We also had a nonalcoholic wedding and I told him my worry about our friends who regularly drink at weddings may be hesitant to get on the dance floor and he told me not to worry that he can absolutely get people on the dance floor and he sure did! You couldn’t even tell there was no alcohol served at the wedding because people were having a blast and rarely were people not on the dance floor having a good time. I want to also thank Mark for being so flexible with our timeline; we had given him our timeline of first dances and speeches and everything got unfortunately delayed by an hour as the bride (myself) got sick around dinner time and he was so sweet and understanding and kept reassuring us that we are here all night for me. We absolutely loved Mark. He truly is one of a kind DJ and I will forever be grateful and thankful for the amazing time we had despite me getting sick (just a little hiccup of an amazing day) we will forever recommend McFadden music and specifically Mark Smith. His ability to work the room with a different culture and bride getting sick is impressive! Thank you Mark!!

Then David talked us through all the details about a week before the wedding. The first question he asked us on the call was, "what questions do you have for me?" and we so appreciated that! He is an expert at what he does, and he put us at ease throughout the process. Where we didn't have music in mind, he picked just the right songs. We got so many compliments on the music David chose for the dance floor, and he mixed everything really well. We can't recommend DJ David enough! And, we'd also recommend doing a photobooth--we weren't sure, but everyone lived it, and looking through the photos the next day was like an extension of the party!

He even took a video of our last dance and sent it to us because all of our guests were outside getting ready for our exit (he asked our permission of course!!). He helped with some specific requests, to have a cellist for our ceremony, and play a recording by our friends for our first dance. I used the client portal for some song suggestions throughout the night, but told Mark to fill in the gaps and use his expertise for song selections. I'm so glad that I did because Mark had us and our guests on the dance floor all night long! I think the most compliments on our day were about how great our DJ was! My great aunt even commented- "You DJ was the best!" :) Highly recommend Mark and his company for your wedding or event. If you are able to book him, you've hit the jackpot!!

(we only had a month to plan everything) David helped us to flesh out details we had not yet considered providing ideas and options to match our vision. On the day prior to the event: David came to the venue early to set up his equipment and provided me with an extension cord and tape to complete the setup of the photo booth. (Legendary) Day of the event: Everything went smoothly! David kept us on track. He met with us before he introduced us to our guests. We walked into Danger Zone by Kenny L. queued exactly as we discussed. It was epic!! Mom and Dad dance was perfect. The dance floor stayed packed all evening with the perfect blend of slow songs incorporated. I didn't fully realize David's skillz until Ice Ice Baby. This man scratched this song like he wrote it, my guests and I were WEAK!! It was audio art in action! Any time I have an event in the future, I'll be calling to check David's schedule before we solidify the date, The Skratch Master has to be there. Thanks, David!! Our guests are still talking about our reception.
