McKenzie Elizabeth Salon

I never leave reviews but I felt the necessity to do so this time. I had scheduled over a month in advance to have Mackenzie do my hair for my best friends wedding. I called to confirm the day prior. 30 minutes prior to my appointment time she TEXTED me that a time sensitive appointment had come up and unfortunately she could not do my hair. I tried to call her, she did not answer. Then proceeded to give me excuses via text. Completely unprofessional. 1. Have the class to at the very least deliver that type of news on the phone. 2. You own a salon.... it should have been your priority to find a replacement to take your place as this was not any typical appointment day. It was a very important day & one that was coordinated far in advance with the rest of the bridal party, makeup artist and photographers. Huge disappointment!! I would strongly caution anyone from trusting this salon with such an important day.

Mackenzie Elizabeth Salon is absolutely amazing. I would never recommend any other salon. For my wedding day, McKenzie made me feel so beautiful. From the hair being absolutely flawless to the makeup being absolutely perfection. She is such a beautiful person and really cares about making you feel your very best for your big day and for any day! I also, get my hair done every couple months at the salon. McKenzie and her staff are so professional and want nothing more than to give you exactly what you want. I’ve been to so many salons and I’m never leaving this one. Definitely 5 stars and more!

I have been having my hair done at Mckenzie Elizabeth for years, and they were my first choice for hair and make up for my wedding day. Mckenzie is awesome and she and team travelled to our venue, and made us look and feel our best for the big day. My MOH, sister in law and myself are all a little indecisive with hair and make up and they gave us each looks that were beautiful, timeless and perfectly suited for the season and venue. Just as importantly our hair and make up still looked great hours later after an embarrassing amount of dancing. On a personal note, Mckenzie is a wonderful, funny and vibrant person, and a delight to spend such and important (but also stressful) day with. We were so thrilled with Mckenzie Elizabeth Salon!
