My husband and I purchased a wedding package and got married in January. Everything was great except for the wedding photos. The photographer (Jenn Flipes from McLaughlin Photo and... video) was arranged by the resort to take the photos. We received a sneak peak of the photos on Jan 31. To put it nicely they did not look good. The photos were not centered, you saw the spit on peoples teeth, and the photos were overexposed so you could not see the beautiful beach background. I brought my concerns to them and they said they would fix it. We received the full package on March 28th but the changes were half heartily made. We reached out again and didn’t hear a response until April 22nd apologizing for the delayed response and that they would fix the photos and give them to us within the next 2 weeks. I have not received the photos. I have followed up via email on May 20th, July 21st, and Aug 11th and I have not received a response. They are also dodging my phone calls.
