Janice went above and beyond the day of the wedding. She helped so much when our wedding had to be changed from outdoors to indoors in 24 hours due to rain. She was amazing to work with and everyone at the venue was so nice and attentive. Janice and Heidi were really responsive answering all my questions leading up to the wedding. I wouldn't had changed a thing about the venue, everyone raved about how great the staff and the food was. There was so much food and every single thing tasted delicious and the portion sizes where big. The staff at the open bar got our guest their drinks fast and the waiters kept making sure everything was just perfect. The location was just beautiful as a backdrop for pictures as well. I would highly recommend Mcloone's Boathouse and Janice

My husband and I worked with Heidi to coordinate our wedding day at McLoone's and I do not have enough great things to say. From the moment we first walked in the door, we were treated so well. I sent many many emails to Heidi with questions and she accommodated our every need. On our wedding day, Heidi and the whole staff made our day run so smoothly. Not only was the scenery outside beautiful, but the food and service were amazing. We were so happy with how our day went and we would recommend McLoone's for any party!

This place has some of the worst service known to man. The food is average at best. The service can only be described as "special". The view is the only thing going for them. Each time we go it gets worse and worse and finally done after giving it a few chances. The last time tonight one of the waiters dropped sauce all over our sweater and yet did nothing. Only after we mentioned something to the "manager" she said " I took $20 off already so I don't know what you want me to do". This place sucks and if they didn't haven the lake, would've been gone long ago

We were looking for a location to have our wedding shower and have always been fond of McLoone's. We worked closely with Victoria and she was amazing!. She helped us with menu selections, ideas for table settings and extra's. On the day of our wedding shower, Victoria was very helpful, attentive and the staff was welcoming. The food was top notch and our guests still talk about the sangria. Our guests had a wonderful time and we will definitely consider McLoone's for other events.
